The day before the tour I finally managed to contact the operator. Flights hadn't been booked and they weren't available for the day I wanted to go. I asked them to try for the day after and my messages were ignored after that. Terrible service, avoid!

Firstly, make sure you contact the compant after booking to confirm pick up time. They dont contact you first. However - Fantastic trip to Cairo and a wonderful city. The guide "Will" was so knowledgeable and the pyramids are a must see. I cannot recommend this trip enough to people visiting Egypt.

At the last moment, we decided to book a tour to Cairo by plane from Hurghada. Having come across an excellent offer on the Internet by this agency, we immediately booked this excursion. We did not expect to receive such a service. People, we did not hope that this day will be one of the most beautiful in our lives. A private guide, who keeps Egyptian history at his fingertips and knows the best local places, showed us what the spirit of Cairo really is. If you are looking for a reliable agency, I can't imagine better. They exceeded all our expectations, had understanding and patience for us. On this occasion, I would like to thank the guide Saurat (Sasha) and the driver Walid for everything and to say that it is safe to travel to Egypt and see all the charms that this country offers. 100% recommended!!!!

This tour is a fantastic experience. After an hour of flight from Hurghada at the airport in Cairo we were met by our guide Tharwat Abdul Monem. This wonderful man introduced us to Cairo in the most beautiful way possible. We enjoyed while he took us on a tour of museums, pyramids, holy places, ... In a wonderful way, he introduced us to the history and current way of life of the people who live here. We felt welcome, safe and inspired during the whole excursion. We could not come to Egypt and not visit the pyramids. We were collected from hotel at 3.30am as flight was at 5.30am. Flight back to Hurghada was at 10.40pm, there was an earlier flight back but this was booked up. Cairo itself is a very busy place and just watching the traffic and how people drive is a sight in itself. We had a great guide called Hannah, who was very knowledgable and gave us many options throughout the day as to what we could do and our day was flexible to suite us. We visited old Cairo then the Egyptian museum with the pyramids and Sphinx last. We had lunch which was a basic buffet and included in the price. We also decided as a group to go on a boat on the Nile this was extra but Hannah informed us of the price before hand, and also we visited a papyrus shop and if you wanted to you could purchase some but no pressure was put on you. It is worth noting that while seeing the pyramids was truly an amazing experience we were put off by the locals trying to sell stuff, our guide made it clear to avoid any unwanted buys not to make eye contact with them and to just ignore them. Overall this was a great day, only downside was the late flight back. If booking this trip I would recommend you make sure you know what time your flights would be first before booking so you know how long your day will be. Our booking was changed to ensure we travelled with others as my husband and I did not wish to travel on our own, so we did not know times until the night before. Again our day was very informative and relaxed due to our lovely guide Hannah.

Nous n'avons pas pu partir en avion à cause d'une annulation de vol (dû au covid) et on nous a proposé une visite avec départ de Hurghada en voiture privée. Bous avons passé une très bonne journée au Caire et nous ne regrettons pas les 5h de route. C'était génial. Merci encore. Julie et David.

In unserem 4. Ägyptenurlaub wollten wir nun endlich auch mal nach Kairo & Gizeh und entschlossen uns für den Tagestrip via Flugzeug. Dies ist der schnellste und bequemste Weg und mittlerweile echt bezahlbar (wir zahlten einen Sonderpreis von 179,-€/Person). Wir wurden recht früh abgeholt und zum Hurghada Domestic Terminal gebracht. Nach einer Stunde Flug mit Petroleum Air Services (Dash-8) kamen wir um 7 in Kairo an. Unser Reiseleiter war Ägyptologe und Germanistik Student und lies keine Frage oder Information unbeantwortet. Erst gings ins ägyptische Museum, danach zu einem leckeren 3-Gang Mittagessen am Nil und schließlich zu den Pyramiden und Sphinx. Abgerundet wurde der Tag durch einen Spaziergang durch die Altstadt mit stilechten Shawarma auf der Hand. Wir waren um 23:30 zurück in Hurghada und werden diesen Tag mit all den Eindrücken niemals vergessen. Ein must-do für jeden Ägypten-Besucher und absolut sicher!

Wir haben über egypt-booking.com den Tagesausflug nach Kairo gebucht. Die Buchung war unkompliziert und der Kontakt sehr nett. Vom Flughafen ging es nach Gizeh zu den Pyramiden und der Sphinx. Anschließend haben wir das Ägyptischen Museum besucht und sehr viele Dinge erfahren. Überdies haben wir eine Stadtrundfahrt und eine Bootstour auf den Nil mitgemacht. Es war eine sehr schöne und gut durchorganisierte Tour. Der Reiseleiter in Kairo war der Hammer, hat uns viel erzählt und unsere Fragen beantwortet und unsere Erwartungen überstiegen. Nach unserer Nilkreuzfahrt mit den Höhepunkten Tal der Könige, Karnak- und Luxor-Tempel sowie Abu Simbel kam der Wunsch auf, auch die Pyramiden von Gizeh, die Sphinx und das Ägyptische Museum zu besuchen. Übers Internet haben wir bei Egyptio Tours den Tagesausflug von Hurghada nach Kairo per Flugzeug gebucht. Früh am Morgen (3.45 h) wurden wir vom Hotel zum Flughafen gebracht. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten (falscher Name im Flugticket, Ersatzticket musste gekauft werden, Kosten wurden später mit dem Reisepreis verrechnet) landeten wir pünktlich in Kairo und wurden von Mohammad in Empfang genommen, der uns in perfektem Deutsch im Laufe des Tages die Sehenswürdigkeiten Kairos zeigte und erklärte. Wir hatten immer genügend Zeit für eigene Erkundungen, ob im Museum oder später bei den Pyramiden. Alles war super organisiert! Dank Mohammad hatten wir einen zwar anstrengenden, aber unvergesslichen Tag in Kairo. Um Mitternacht landeten wir wieder in Hurghada. Ich kann diesen Ausflug mit Egyptio Tours nur empfehlen und würde zu jeder Zeit wieder dort buchen.
