Excellent trip to Luxor with a very experienced guide. Abdul explained a lot of interesting information very clearly. He loves his job! We liked all elements very much. Big wows were a lunch at the Nile and the big Karkan Temple, scene of a James Bond movie.

Our guide Ahmed Sliem was nice, he made sure that our needs were met. The trip was otherwise well organized, apart from the over-priced pushy rest-stops, that made tried their best to take all our money. Our guide Ahmed Sliem bought our tickets for all attractions beforehand, probably taking a share for himself, which I'm not sure is legitime. Nevertheless the trip worked fine.

We had booked this tour in advance, then Love Egypt Tours got in touch a few days before to confirm the pick up time etc - they were very well organised and clearly wanted to ensure the day went smoothly. Our driver picked us up at 5am, with a couple of stops, a lot of speed bumps and many police check points, the journey to Luxor took almost 5 hours whilst we dozed in the car and took it all in. Then our guide Ahmed Awad joined us. We are used to being in control even when travelling, but as tourists in Egypt the language barrier, cultural differences and driving (!) there simply mean that if you want to get out of your all inclusive hotel you have to put a lot of trust in a driver and a guide. Although we had booked a small group tour, it turned out to be just our family that day (October UK summer holidays). Having a guide who is friendly and motived makes all the difference to the overall enjoyment of a tour like this. We were very lucky - Ahmed ensured that we had a fantastic day - he was very kind, professional, sincere and shared his knowledge with us. We managed to see all the sights but Ahmed was so calm, it was relaxed and we didn't feel rushed at all. Ahmed also kindly offered to take a lot of photos of us all together as a family and shared tips to get the best shots. The day ended around 5pm and then our driver returned us safely to our hotel just before 9pm. So it was a long day but totally worth it, the highlight of our trip to Egypt, great memories and stunning photographs. Thank you - especially our excellent guide Ahmed.

We had a van for the four of us, with an excellent driver, very kind and helpful, very good at English language, Nubi. Mustafa Elkereti, our guide, filled our day with extensive knowledge on Egypt history and fun. We had an unexpected but lovely crossing of the Nile by boat. The restaurant could be better ( food too salty, even though we requested a non-salted meal) so that could be improved. The trip was exhausting because of the 5 hours drive from and back to Hurghada, but we would repeat it gladly with this new friends. People can make trips like this memorable! We had a great experience during our Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan. Everything was very well arranged and our guide Ahmed made sure that we had everything we needed! He was very friendly and careful to fulfill all our needs during the trip. He was very knowledgable and explained us in details in our site tours. From booking to delivery this trip was effortless WhatsApp on Saturday for a Sunday 5am day trip was booked and confirmed straight away. Our driver Mahmood was with us all trip and we picked up our guide Ahmed when we arrived in Luxor Ahmed being a local person who has grown up in Luxor was very knowledgeable and gave us tips and pointers along the way as well as an in depth history of each of the attractions we went to We had lunch on the Nile, home cooked food which was delicious and authentic. So from the “Ali Group” it was a big thumbs up and thank you again Mr Hassan and his team One small complaint by the kids, it was hot. So make sure you are well hydrated a sun hut or umbrella would be beneficial

Amazing! Super professional and safe. Abdul was really attentive, full of info and funny. The car was deluxe, picked us up at the hotel and the driver Essa was so nice, he even went out of his way to get us real egyptian coffee and was really respectful. Abdul gave us an amazing tour, really knew his stuff and best of all was added nile tour and lunch. Abdul offered this for only 15 euro was not pushy at all but it was so worth it. We had our own private ferry boat and incredible egyptian food, the view on the nile was the stuff memorys are made of. I would like to add that it was all the small touches that made this trip, from abdul serving the food, knowledge that included the whole gamut of egyptian history and always opening the car door for us. I thoroughly recommend abdul.

Had an incredible day with Abdul! He has a wonderful personality and is extremely knowledgeable about everything ancient Egypt! So many temples, the Valley of the Kings, lunch on the Nile River, and we finished the day at Karnak Temple. Thank you Abdul for the best tour I have ever been on. An experience of a lifetime! We were recommended to Love Egypt Tours and more notably, our tour guide Abdul, by a family friend who had done this tour before. Using this tour especially was the absolute BEST decision we have ever made in all of our travels. If you want a full in-depth look and education on Egyptian history, Abdul is your MAIN man! He is an Egyptologist with such respect and love of his culture. Never have we met someone so genuinely passionate about what they do. If you want the BEST and true experience, look no further. He sets a bar of excellence that no other tour guides will ever be able to match. We were picked up at our resort in Hurghada and driven all the way to Luxor where we met our tour guide, Abdul. Right away Abdul was so warm and welcoming and jumped right in to teaching us the history of Luxor. He stayed engaged with us the entire time and made it such a fun and interactive day! Especially for our son! From The Valley of the Kings and seeing the detailed tombs, to the Temple of Hatshepsut, to the Karnach temples (worth every single minute) and the Alabaster Factory, he gave us information from his first-hand experiences and knowledge that no other guide would be able to provide. For lunch, you get a choice of eating at an authentic Egyptian restaurant or eating on the Nile River. Choose the Nile River. We got to enjoy an incredibly delicious Egyptian meals sailing on the Nile taking in the beauty of Luxor. It was amazing! We got to meet the great great grandson of one of the workers who worked with Howard Carter (who discovered King Tut’s tomb) and his family who have kept their tradition alive of making the most stunning and beautiful Egyptian collectibles. We even purchased a few his great great grandfather made and Abdul made sure we got the best price and even scored us additional gifts! He also sweetly purchased some souvenirs for our son as a gift. It was so generous! He even scored us additional time to visit an authentic papyrus store where we got to learn how the Egyptians created ways to document their history. We also got to meet the owner of Love Egypt, Mr. Haas. He was so kind and made sure we were happy with Abdul and our services, which we obviously were! But the absolute BEST part of the day was the Karnach temples. Absolutely breathtaking! This place went on for ages and this is where you saw Abdul light up like a kid. He was so excited to teach us all the amazing facts on what made this place so special. He showed us areas that no other visitors got to go because of his experience and relationships with other history lovers and it was such a special experience for us. We are so grateful he shared some of his most special memories with us and we will forever treasure that day forever. It wasn’t just a regular tour, Abdul made it a true and authentic event and we were treated like family instead of just a guy taking us around a city. Abdul truly loves what he does and it is evident to anyone who knows him. The only regret we have is that we weren’t able to stay in Luxor longer so we could do more interactive activities with him! If you’re looking for the BEST way to experience Egypt and the culture, don’t wait, book with them now! You won’t regret it! Not to mention, it is so fairly priced, we would pay for this 10 times over again without hesitation! Luxor is a beautiful place, with more remarkable locations than Cairo! The tour guide (Mostafa) from Love Egypt Tours was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire day I was with them. The car provided was comfortable and air-conditioned. I would recommend them for anyone interested in a productive and enjoyable tour of Luxor. One thing to note: as with all tour guides, they do take you to a part of the tour where you are ‘expected’ to buy a souvenir - just be prepared and don’t feel obligated, especially if they start with high prices!

I chose this trip from Loveegypttours because I wanted a smaller group tour since I knew it would be extremely hot in this time of year and we had a 7yr old with us, so I needed a tour that was a bit tailored and faster than big bus group tours. It was perfect since it turned out to be a completely privat tour now in (post)Covid-19 times when tourism is really low. The contact with the agency was very good, they took care of all the details, the pick-up at the hotel was on time, the only problem was we had to come to the security gate by ourselves because of the hotel policy (outside agency). The ride to Luxor was smooth and in Luxor our tour guide Abdul joined us in the van. He was an excellent and very knowledgable guide, passionate about his work and Egypt history, telling stories and facts that were easily understandable. He made us feel really taken care of, especially in that terrible heat (47°C in Hatshepsut temple), supplying us with water and reminding us to drink all the time. Visiting Luxor in the pandemic time was a really good idea, since there were no queues anywhere and inside some tombs we were literally by ourselves. For lunch we were offered a choice to take it in classic restaurant in the city, overlooking the river Nile, or on the motorboat. We chose classic and it was really delicious, even my picky daughter loved the roasted chicken. After lunch we crossed the Nile by a boat and continued our tour in Karnak temple. The tour ended at around 15.30 and we were back in Makadi bay at around 19.30. Highly recommend!

We had private tour to Luxor and all sites. It was a great day with guys who did great job during whole day, showing most important things in very efficient way. Very much worth mentioning is lunch in small restaurant close to Nil river that was fantastic. On top of that, agency helped us in getting PCR test that we paid 50% of price that our hotel wanted to charge us.

the tour is totally recommendable, great sights and - as we were lucky traveling during the COVID period - there were almost no tourists. Guide is professional and knowledgeable... Downsides: the trip is mostly a "shopping tour"...though not mentioned in the itinerary and EXPLICITELEY not requested during booking, there a numerous stops a perfume shops, alabaster workshops, gold shops etc. and the guide uses a significant part of his time to actively promote the products...
