We were with a big group and separated on the food tour day into two different groups. Our tour guide for this was Pamela. I can't say enough great things about Pam or the tour, both just amazing. She is just so professional and knows her stuff. We went to lots of places and had great food. My favorite was the Popiah, carrot cake, fried hokkien mee and sugarcane @ Old Airport Road Food Centre: 51 Old Airport Road. A really wonderful day. Pam is just the sweetest, and it was such a joy to meet her. I highly recommend this tour company.

I feel this tour is a must for anyone new to Singapore/and or its extremely diverse and expansive cuisine(s). Kwang, our guide, was very knowledgeable, and his passion for food and the city was infectious. We learned so much about food and history as we visited various neighborhoods and tried 8 different places, all with delicious food! The people at every place we visited were always delighted to see him. Kwang was also very attentive to our comfort (note that the climate is very hot and humid, and the experience involves quite a bit of walking outside) and made sure we knew how to get to where we needed to go next after the tour ended. I’m very glad I did this tour towards the beginning of my stay—it was a lovely introduction to the food and culture that allowed me to continue exploring with more knowledge and excitement for the remainder of my time in Singapore. If you happen to do the tour with Kwang, you’re in for a real treat!

Our tour guide Kwang welcomed us at the meeting point which was very easy to find. The tour took us through all the different cultural areas and their food, including the iconic hawkers market. Kwang was so informative and knowledgeable explaining the history of the different cultures in Singapore and their food. We must have eaten over 10 dishes during the tour and were quite full and satisfied at the end. I would recommend this tour to everyone who visits Singapore as you not only get to try all the different food but also the history behind it.

We were with our guide, Gee Soo, for three days in a row. He is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to our every need. We feel like we have gotten to know Singapore over our time together and had fun while doing it. The food we tasted was fantastic, and we loved the diverse culture of Singapore and all the sights we saw. This is a not-to-miss experience!

I have done food tours all over the world, but his food tour was amazing! I kept telling the tour guide Pam - that I was so impressed with this tour. Because we visited so many neighborhoods in this tour, I felt that I got to see Singapore in ways I would not on my own. This tour is a must do in Singapore and Pam was so knowledgable and very dynamic.

This tour was one of my favorite tours and a highlight of my trip to Singapore - highly recommend the tour with Pam as your tour guide! It was a great way to see the different cultural influences in Singapore and try a wide variety of dishes while getting some exercise. Communication: - Clear instructions were provided on the meeting location along with an introduction to our guide. - After the tour concluded, we received a follow up email from Pam with a recap of our tour, photos taken, the dishes we ate, locations visited, and a few of her favorite restaurants around the city. Tour: - Our group had a total of 7 people, which was the perfect size. At the beginning of the tour, Pam asked everyone to share a bit about themselves (name, where they're from, any allergies, and what dish they hope to try while in Singapore). I appreciated that approach as I look forward to meeting new people as a solo traveler and not all tours take the time to get to know everyone. - The tour was primarily centered around the Katong and Kampong Glam areas. This included a stop to view the Peranakan houses, Sultan Mosque and Haji Lane. Tips: - Wear comfortable shoes - Bring a poncho in case it rains - Bring water or you can buy water while on the tour - Tips for your guide are not included, but appreciated - If the tour is fully booked, I recommend contacting the company to check on any last minute changes to availability. I emailed two companies and both were able to accommodate my last minute request. I would definitely recommend this tour and will go on the same tour again next time I'm in Singapore.

Su Ling was a fabulous guide, very knowledgeable and articulate about each neighborhood. She was attentive and considerate — one member of our group had dietary restrictions, so she skillfully worked those into the menu as we went. She took photos at each stop and sent them to us at the end of the tour, which was very thoughtful. The tour was well organized. There was variety in both the food and the types of eateries, with a good pacing for drinks and frequent air-conditioning. The tour included the charges for food and a bus ride between neighborhoods, making it faster and more convenient than doing it on our own. Highly recommended!

Pamela was an excellent tour guide and really showed us a wonderful experience of Singapore as we traveled across four different neighborhoods and got a taste of the local cuisines of each area. Pam also shared a lot of historical and other facts that made the tour well worth it. Met a great group of folks that made this an awesome experience!

Great food in lots of different places and lots of info about Singapore. Although 6h was a bit of a food marathon and the longest food tour I've ever had it was great.

Gee Soo Boo was a fantastic guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. The food tour was the perfect combination of Singapore history and food tasting. It is a 6 hour tour snd we used public transportation to get to the different districts. We were kept well supplied with water and made the most of the available air conditioning throughout the day. If you want to see and taste all aspects of Singapore then I highly recommend this tour.

The Food Tour was an excellent introduction to the diverse food cultures of Singapore, and our food guide Pamela made it a great experience due to her friendly personality and her deep knowledge of Singapore’s history as a local. If you’re still on edge if you should spend money on this food tour… do it! You won’t regret it.

Hello! The instructions on how to get to the meeting place in Katong were easy to understand and follow. The meeting place was super accessible by bus from Orchard. The pace of the tour was just right, steady enough for us to enjoy the sights, understand the history Pam was sharing with us, and savor the delicacies that we were tasting. I would have never found those dishes we ate on my own. Despite the humidity, I found the tour leisurely. I’m glad we got Pam as our guide because she made sure we would have a wonderful time and we did! Thank you very much, Pam 🙏🏻

I wish we did this tour earlier in our trip so we had more time to go back and experience 'more as a local'. We thought we would be doing more walking than we did, you do get the bus a few times so don't let the amount of walking put you off. We loved visiting restaurants that we simply would not have gone into on our own and to also get the commentary of the foods and the areas was amazing. Su Ling was friendly, passionate and knowledgeable also taking photos along the way. The follow up email after the tour was welcome so we knew exactly where we want and what we had. We loved the tour, learnt alot about the culture and foods and would highly recommend.

Richard was an informative and friendly guide who took us around multiple food stops in several different areas, via walking and bus. The advice to skip breakfast was spot on - there was plenty to eat, and lots of variety, accompanied by explanation about the food itself and the interesting multi cultural history of Singapore. A fascinating and fulfilling introduction to the place.

An amazing tour with a wonderful host. It was exactly the introduction to Singapore and its food that I wanted when I booked. Multiple people on our tour, including myself, commented that we typically start to get bored on tours after 60-90 minutes, however, Su Ling kept us interested and fed for six straight hours. Su Ling, our guide, was wonderful. She was friendly, social, engaged us in conversation, and imparted knowledge on us about the country and the food all while still keeping us on schedule. She kept our whole group together while navigating and experiencing the city. She is a true pro. In six hours, we were provided the opportunity to sample dishes covering every type of Singaporean cuisine including Peranakan, Chinese, Indian, Malay, Arabic, and Singaporean. It was a TON of food and each dish was a great representation of the country.
