Henry with Wasabi tours was amazing! A great guide and storyteller! Missed out on stargazing due to rain and clouds but it was a great day!

Perfection! Far exceeded my hopes! Our guide Miexia was educational and humorous! The coffee plantation was lovely. Black sand beach gorgeous and the volcano and all the craters breathtaking. All the food was excellent and plenty of water and bathroom breaks. My sister has mobility issues and Miexia even helped with that. I hope he got $50 tip from each passenger because he deserves that and more! A must do in Kona! Mahalo!

Our tour guide Henry was incredible! He was so knowledgeable and fun to hang out with for the day. We got to see and experience so much of the island with this excursion.

The visit to the Hawaii Volcanos National Park was fantastic. An experience not to be missed. Small group, very nice coach, exceedingly informative tour. And if you are lucky enough to have Dreu for a guide, it will be an unforgettable experience.

It was really a fanatastic tour. We stayed in big island for 2 days. This trip was worth taking as it shows the beauty of the island in one day. We were not able to see the rim though as it was cloudy. But the guide reallt entertained us. Lots of information regarding the history of island. Narration was really nice. We enjoyed hearing it round the clock. We dont have to bothee to drive. Just sit and relax and enjoy the island’s beauty.

Dreu was an excellent and informative guide. Dreu was very relaxed and helpful throughout the tour. We had an excellent night for the stargazing. Highly recommend Wasabi Tours. The coffee stop was also a must see.

I had a great time on this tour. Volcanoes National Park was on my bucket list, and we were able to see many unique sights. The lava tube was really cool. The coffee farm and black sand beach were beautiful, and there was even a turtle sighting. It was an awesome clear sky for star gazing. Derek gave us tips for better photos. He was very informative and entertaining.

I went on this activity as a solo traveler during a birthday trip. We had a small group of 5 people (me + 2 couples.) The experience was amazing and well worth it! It was a full day of about 13hours, but there was never a dull moment. Our guide, Aaron was a delight. He was funny, super informative, and very accommodating to each guest. He learned all of our names and made sure every one was comfortable and taken care of for the duration of our trip. He even included a couple of kind gestures to make my birthday special. All of the included excursions were interesting and fun. My favorites were the black sand beach and stargazing. Aaron’s commentary during each part of our adventure (and during the drive time in between,) was informative and engaging. He shared a wealth of knowledge about Hawaiian culture and history, and sprinkled lots of jokes in with all of that information. Overall, this tour felt like being a kid again, on a fieldtrip with a favorite teacher. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. I would recommend it to anyone. Request Aaron if you can!

The entire trip was so informative, so beautiful and despite some cloudy weather and a few light showers it was a truly delightful tour! Our tour guide, Aaron, was among the very best ever! Educational, beautiful experience. We have been to the Big Island many times and attended many tours, but this one, with Aaron as the guide, was exceptional!

Trip was a great overview of the island. Timing at each location was just right, moving through the day, but not rushed. Good information throughout. Good food at the stops, and plenty of photo opportunities. Our guide brought a huge telescope, and did his best to dial in different constellations even with the partly cloudy conditions.

This was a memorable, amazing trip. My friend and had an amazing experience! Our guide, Aaron, was extremely knowledgeable about everything Hawaii! The food was pretty good too. Another note: stargazing on that mountain was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Even though it rained most of the day, never fear because stargazing is above the cloud bank! The provided jackets were a huge help too, as it’s pretty cold up there. Just don’t forget to bring a pair of warm pants to change into!

This was an amazing tour. It’s long but full with a lot of information about the island. Scott the guide tour was super knowledgeable and very friendly. Great story teller !! Gave everyone enough time to enjoy each stop. I highly recommend this specially if you have Scott .

Excellent guide and I was impressed with his knowledge and how much we saw in just one day! The road at the beginning of the drive (before the first stop) was quite winding so I would recommend taking motion sickness meds ahead of time if prone to this but our guide was a smooth driver and the van had good air circulation so I actually felt much better than usual!

Henry was a superb guide for this all day adventure through The Big Island. He built rapport with all the customers and went above and beyond. He brilliantly told stories of the island's history, and made sure we were always comfortable and happy.

A long but very informative and enjoyable day. Aaron our guide ensured that all on the tour felt included and entertained us with a mixture of anecdotes and historical information on the sites we visited. Thoroughly recommend this tour and ask for Arron if you can. We took this tour at the last minute as our helicopter tour with Paradise helicopters was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

This was such an incredible tour. It takes you all over the island so it’s a great way to see a lot if you have limited time there. Our guide, Derek, was great and so full of knowledge about the island! He made the tour fun and engaging and was great with all the guests. Finishing off the tour with stargazing was really special; I’ve never before seen the stars so well.

This tour was beyond excellent and a lot of that was made possible because of DEREK. He was the perfect combination of knowledge, professionalism , and humor. We thoroughly enjoyed all the stops and know we would not have covered all of them on our own. Amazing ☕️ stop, black sand 🏝️ with 🐢, 🌋, lava tubes, star 🌟 gazing, and so much more! A must do! If told you we signed up for the Stargazing and Volcano National Park Twilight Tour and saw absolutely nothing at VNP and only a short peek at some stars at the Mauna Kea Saddle Rd stargazing location. you'd think the tour was a complete disappointment. Quite the opposite: the tour was awesome, thanks to our tour guide Dreu. Under the worst weather conditions (fog and rain) out of his control, Dreu was entertaining, knowledgeable and very funny. His knowledge on so many subjects: geology, history and botany was impressive. My wife and I were moved by his respect for the native Hawaiian history and culture. Would Recommend! Tour is long, but Derek does a great job educating, engaging, and entertaining! (Our 6 year old survived- with minimal screentime). Very knowledgeable and also appreciate his ability to adapt to the crowds by skipping a stop only to come back to it later and have it all to ourselves! From a beautiful view at the coffee farm, sipping coffee and Popsicles, seeing the turtles on the black sand beach, stuffing our face with local "donuts", walking through a dark (well lit) lava tube, steam vents, craters, rainbows galore!! and the stars! We had hot sun, misty rain, cold rain, and clear cold skies. Derek had everything covered for us ( literally covering us with his winter jackets). It is Long! picked up at 1030am, dropped off at 1030pm!, but worth it. ~Mom, Dad, Grandma and 6 year old!

Derek was amazing, kept everyone entertained and informed and would highly recommend this to anyone.
