Katie, the tour guide, arrived on adjusted time. She gave us a nice circle tour of Big Island. We spent most of the time at National Volcanic Forest. She narrated many important facts about people and culture of Hawaii. She arranged lunch and dinner. What amazed me is her punctuality. You will not be disappointed. Viator purchase experience was flawless. Only feedback is for Viator to send text message updates for the tour if the tourist opts in.

We had a great time on this tour. Our Guide Katie was very knowledgeable. We went to the coffee farm tour. I loved see Hawaiian Sea Turtles on the black sand beach. Volcano National Park was a blast seeing lava tube. Katie added personal touches with a ukulele performance at dinner. Loved the donut at the southern most bakery Would highly recommend

We had such a phenomenal day with Katie as our tour guide. She has such a wide knowledge of the island, flora, fauna and the local legends of the island and surrounding areas. She took us to some phenomenal locations and got to see the turtles, and even a nene goose or two! We had a great time in the Hawaii volcanoes national park! Would recommend to anyone in a heart beat!

We had our trip with Katie and she was absolutely amazing. Friendly and attentive all day, She knew every single route on the way, and gave us tons of information about Hawaii, its history, its culture, its people and its geography. I had my 10yo daughter with us an she was really amazed by the trip. I really recommend this if you’re travelling to the island. Without this tour, we could have easily missed the experience.

First time on the Big Island and the tour was an excellent way to explore different parts of the island. Katie is a great tour guide; she provided a lot of information about the volcanoes and all the other areas we visited. The lunch, snacks, and the coffee tasting were delicious. The lava tube was unique and the black sand beach as well. Enjoyed seeing the turtles sunbathing at the beach and all the other wildlife we saw during the tour (mongoose, Hawaiian goose, etc.).

This tour was wonderful and Katie was an excellent tour guide! Well worth the money; we absolutely loved every part but especially the volcano parks. Katie’s knowledge about every stop & the Island in general was excellent & we loved learning so many facts from her.
