Really enjoyed this and learned a lot. Nice variety of elegant Slovenian wines (1 sparkling, 1 white, 1 orange, 2 red). Cheese pairing was nice but would have liked a bit of meat and bread, too. Beautiful old cellar.

This was Me and my parnters first wine taking experience and what an experience! Our host was so friendly and funny and his wine knowledge was outstanding. It was one of the highlights of our holiday and we now think we're wine experts and drink wine in a completely different way. Highly recommend.

The excellent, knowledgeable commentary; the varied selection of wines; the convivial atmosphere; and the thoughtful regional cheese accompaniments. The cellar gave great ambience but the necessary steps down to it could be a problem to anyone with a mobility issue.

Very nice experience on the shores of Lake Bled. The hotel itself is beautiful and the wine tasting was interesting and tasty. Would recommend!

Information about Slovenian styles of wine and which regions they come from was great. Wines provided were a good sample from the region and good quality.

Benjamin was a gem! Very knowledgeable about Slovenian wines and definitely on his way to having a great future as a sommelier! Food, wine, atmosphere.. everything was perfect!

This was a fantastic experience! Beautiful venue, historical hotel with a lovely view of Lake Bled. Sommelier Benjamin did a great job of explaining the five wines we tasted - they were delicious and the hotel went all out with a wonderful platter of goodies to have with the wines. Really enjoyed it; highly recommend it!
