Brilliant. So much fun, felt so safe, the staff were so helpful. The zip line was as good as expected. Small tip, try not to go in the rain - it hurts!

Amazing! Highly recommend! All the guides were excellent and fun. Scenery so beautiful and all the zip lines were so fun. The only negative was that we waited close to an hour from the time we got there to the time we were on the tram. Also, they tell you there are 7 zip lines, but this is including the first one that is a very short practice line.

We booked to do the bridges tour with a guide followed by the tram. We were in a small group of eight. The walk was excellent and our guide was excellent. About half way round you can take a different route back on your own via the water fall and river - we really enjoyed having sometime on our own and felt that was well worth doing though without a guide you will not see much wildlife - only the expert guides spot anything. We had lunch here and the food was excellent. The ride in the skytram is lovely and gives excellent views. At the top is another short trail you can do on your own. It was a perfect day all round. We drive here ourselves and must admit that driving in Costa Rica has been easier than we expected.

Great guides, always felt safe, our kids loved it. It was a rainy and cloudy day, but that didn’t take away from any of the fun.

My wife had done this before, and even though I am very afraid of heights she convinced me to try it. When I saw how good the equipment was and how safely conscious the staff was I got bold and loved the experience!

The staff was very friendly and communicated clearly. They were patient and made the adventure super fun! Juan kept us all engaged and entertained. Wonderful experience for my “maiden voyage”!

Souring down the seven zip lines over to top of the cloud forest was a fantastic experience. Attention to safety was good and the guides made it thoroughly enjoyable.

We opted for this adventure and it didn't disappoint. We were picked up at our hotel (not a private transfer and organised by Sky Adventure) and taken to the site. The ziplining is brilliant and I couldn't recommend it enough, even if you are scared of heights because they only last around 30-60 seconds each and the views are amazing as you are high above the trees. The landing is easy too, no hard stops and the staff are very helpful and professional at each platform. You can't take a bag, so no camera/ phone unless you take a jacket or trousers/shorts with a zip or bumbag type thing (we didn't have this and missed out on some phenomenal views, but that was our fault). There is a professional photographer but they wanted $42 dollars - I think they'd sell more if they were a little cheaper! We then moved on to the walk and were lucky enough to only have 5 people in our group. Our tour guide was brilliant - he knew so much and went out if his way to find animals for us. We were lucky enough to see a monkey and a sloth. If they have their camera equipment and manage to get better pictures they will share them with you. A wonderful tour that I would highly recommend! If you opt for the transfer, they run regularly and I believe you can hop on any one and they will drop you back at your hotel - we found it a bit confusing but the ladies at reception were great.

Andre was our guide on the walk. He was very knowledgable and very personable. We very much enjoyed the hike.

The “kids” had a great time zip lining through the canopy. The walk through the jungle and on the swinging bridges was a little tougher than I expected, but very worth it. Saw lots of interesting plants and animals. And yes. My knees are better now. Thanks!

Our tour guides were great! We had a small group, so they even took us on a short hike to look at a tarantula, sloth, and eyelash pit viper. We rode a gondola up the mountain that had amazing views of Arenal Lake, and then ziplined down via 7 connecting towers. It's an adrenaline rush with great views!

Our family enjoyed this excursion, but we are not savvy, zip liners. And we were nervous, and the guys and the equipment and safety checks were very reassuring. The ride up the mountain showed us the beauty of the cloud forest from above. The zip lining was exhilarating, and we were warned that you do this activity for the adrenaline not for the view. I assure you that this is accurate. It was quite windy and at times we had to double up. It was fun, but most of our family did end up, preferring the guided hanging bridge walk in the end. Photos are good but not great value for money, you can get a helmet for five dollars that has a GoPro mount if you wish.

As far as zipling and their property, it’s the best in Arenal. They bring you way above the tree tops where you see Arenal Lake and volcano. Jurassic park views from every angle. It was breathtaking. I am not great with heights, but felt totally fine because the guides were right there to ensure everyone’s safety. It surely got our adrenaline pumped up!!! We were so glad we choose to do this excursion!

I went up with my husband and teens on the Sky Tram and they took the zipline down while I rode the tram back. Saw a sloth on the tram and the kids definitely enjoyed the zipline.

The Sky Tram & Sky Trek tour was wonderful. We went as a family of four (two teens). One teen was excited for this and one is afraid of heights. The guides were so great with the one who was scared. Since both of my kids are skinny, they allowed them to go together on the first long zipline so my daughter wouldn't be afraid. For a couple of the other ziplines, one of the guides would jump on with my daughter to make her ziplines made it to the end since she is light. The guides made us feel safe. The views of the volcano from the zipline were breathtaking. You can purchase pictures cheaply at the end of the tour. Overall it was a great experience!

If you want a HIGH and FAST experience this one’s for you. From hotel pick up to the zip line experience everything was great.

Our family of seven (grandma, parents, and teenagers) had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful island of Costa Rica. While there, one of our excursions was to Sky Trek to go zip lining. This is a true heart racing adventure - soaring 650 feet at 40+ MPH. All of us were a bit trepidatious about this experience, but the crew was amazing. For each of the seven runs, they strap you in, ensure you are ready, and away you go. It truly is an amazing rush and the views are incredible. From beginning to end, the experience took about two hours. It was one of the most memorable times during our time in Costa Rica.

The staff here AND the trip coordinated through Nayara was fantastic!! Highly recommend this experience. The best zip lining ever experienced. Safety was front and center the moment you walk up!

This was by far the best zip-line all in our group of 9 have ever experienced! The zip-lines are exactly the type of beauty-surrounded type thrill most seek when considering zip-lining in Costa Rica. The tram ride up was an extra tranquil and scenic bonus. All of the guides were engaging, encouraging and efficient during each stage of our adventure. Would love to return if we are ever in the Arenal area again Highly recommend!
