I really enjoyed our tour guide, Valentino. Expert guide. I also really appreciated his colleague who helped to get us in line and help with our wheelchair. So the actual people on the ground are excellent. But the tour company in general does nothing to follow up with you or answer questions. We arrived to St. Peter's Basilica, the "meeting point" was incorrect according to the pin that the company provided, and then no one answered my calls and texts to the company phone number provided. So, the people are great, but the corporate tour company is disorganized. It's too frustrating to deal with when you are touring with older people. Maybe recommended for younger people who can handle the corporate side.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the paintings and the art in general. There were just too many people and so much noise that it was hard to enjoy the experience. There were too many groups in the area at one time. The Sistine Chapel was awful! The actual chapel was magnificent as far as the art, but there were way too many people on there at one time. We were all packed in there like sardines. There was not even enough room to turn around. I could not wait to get out of there. It was not enjoyable. The volume of people needed to be regulated better.

We were in a small group with Fred, who was amazing!! He was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, filled with so much great information about the history of the Vatican. Fantastic tour and guide!!

We had a beautiful experience touring the Vatican especially due to our wonderful, highly educated, humorous, and friendly gem of a tour guide Lara with EcoArt! We highly recommend EcoArt - very organized and certainly try to get Lara as your guide. We learned so much from her, and she got us into the Basilica on a Wednesday which sometimes does not happen. I would tour with EcoArt and Lara again and again. Grazie Mille!

The Vatican tour with Ilaria was incredible! She was an exceptional guide, very friendly, energized, and informative, and I know we would not have gotten nearly as much out of a self-guided tour as we did with her leading our way through the museums! She was able to guide us through to all the highlights/must-see areas in a good amount of time - which we were really grateful for after learning how expansive the galleries are - but at the same time, we did not feel rushed. It was really ideal. The only reason I am not giving this experience 5 stars is because of an administrative issue we noticed before the trip where the cost went up significantly after we booked it, and it took much more effort/time to resolve than it should have (though we were ultimately issued a partial refund for the difference). Other than that, it was a great experience, especially with Ilaria as a guide!

We had an amazing time walking through the Vatican Museums and seeing the Sistine Chapel! After seeing the Sistine Chapel, we were able to get skip the line access into St. Peter’s after the tour. Trust me, you definitely won’t want to wait in the security line in order to get into St. Peter’s without the skip the line access. Our tour guide was Maria Laura and she was phenomenal! She was the most knowledgeable tour guide I’ve ever had. She took the time to explain so many facts that weren’t common knowledge, she had expert interpretations on the artwork, and she was an entertaining and genuine person. If you have an option to choose a guide, choose her!!

This was on a much larger scale than I imagined. The guide explained well and kept the group together at a good pace with plenty of time to take photographs. The team at the initial meeting point were easy to locate and helpful. It was good to do St Peter’s in your own time. If visiting Rome this needs to be booked in advance.

Carmello was an excellent guide, he spent time explaining all parts of the Vatican and stopped to teach us about the special art in each location.

Guiseppie was an incredible guide with vast knowledge of the Vatican and surrounding area. Great sense of humor! So glad he was our guide!!

Loved the Sistine Chapel and visit if the Basilica / very impressive! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and knew her history for sure!

We were very grateful for the skip the line part of the tour, as the lines are very long even at the start of the day. Our guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out interesting pieces of information. We went through part of the Vatican museums, but only the statue parts. The reason we gave this four out of five stars was because we would’ve loved to seen some of the paintings that are in the Vatican.
