Our day with Nuno Baptista was without a doubt the best highlight in our trip to Portugal. He is everything a traveler wishes for a tour guide to be; he is prepared, knowledgeable, engaging, enthusiastic, friendly, warm, thoughtful and so much FUN. His passion for his country is a “gift to every traveler”. This experience was filled with beauty, magic and wonderful memories. Thank You, Nuno! I’d follow you anywhere as long as you were my tour guide.

I will start off with complimenting the tour guides! Lukas and Gee (spelling is not right lol). Lukas was our primary guide and Gee did our guided tour of the Pena Palace. They are both so easy going, friendly and knowledgeable. They laughed with us and made the day truly special. The Pena Palace was truly a sight! Thank you to our guides for all the wonderful photos they took for us! Lunch was beautiful and delicious! Very filling! So.Much.Food! The coastal views were breathtaking! Say the end, we were given an awesome video compilation of the day spent! What a wonderful memory we have of this! This is a must-do tour if you’re visiting Lisbon and want to explore outside the city! There is so much to see and learn! Thank you again Happy Tours Portugal!

Our tour guide Lukas was the best! Very amiable, he really kept us engaged the whole time. Each and every spot we visited was absolutely gorgeous or amazing in some way. A big bonus was the food… finger-licking good!

An excellent tour led by the very entertaining Lukas The early start was rewarded by an empty Pena Palace to see around and photograph the amazing buildings. Then off to the beautiful Place and gardens Quinta da Regaleira before lunch when we had plenty to eat and drink. Karoke followed on the way to the coast with Lukas once again showing one of his many skills. After a number of stops to view and photograph the beautiful coast it was back to Lisbon. 10 hours well spent with lovely people and the excellent Lukas who later that evening sent through photos and videos of our tour.

This was the best group trip I have been a part of thanks to carefully curated sites selected by the group and great tourist guide Lukas. If you are planning to visit Sintra and Cascais you have to do it with this tour group.

Gui was amazing, had amazing day. They go over the whole trip. Made us feel very at ease no pressure. Very laid back. One of the best tours ever.

Absolutely amazing day trip/tour. Lukas was our guide and he was the best guide ever. The meet up time is quite early but I promise it is 100% WORTH IT! Lukas was very knowledgeable, professional, and fun. We got to Pena Palace before it opened and were first in line to get all the best photo ops. Lukas took many photos for us in ideal spots and sent us everything in our WhatsApp group. It is a long day but the best kind of exhaustion because we really got to see it all. And Lukas made sure to maximize our time at each location and made the drive between locations fun and informative! Cannot recommend enough!!!

Wonderful tour. I really enjoyed the small group and the amazing tour guide, Lukas. The views were gorgeous and we learned things along the way. By the end of the tour the whole van was singing outloud and joking around like old friends.

Wow!! Nuno was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had!!! He has such a joy for life and the beauty of Portugal, it is infectious!! We had a small group of only 5 people. The tour takes you to many beautiful spots along the coast and then to the Pena castle and the home with the famous well you walk down into. Nuno provides many fascinating stories and other information about Sintra’s treasures. And to top it off, Nuno took lots of photos and sent them to us afterwards, along with a video that he created for us of this wonderful day! I couldn’t recommend this tour more highly!! Thanks Nuno!!

It was a full day of fun. Lukas took care of everything for us and guided us along the way. He was entertaining, knowledgeable and fun to be around. He also took amazing pictures for all of us and put together a montage for each family. The lunch was delicious and gave us an opportunity to visit with everyone in our group. Amazing vibe! Getting to Pena Palace first is key, so getting up and out early is required, but these guys know how to have fun and made this well worth the price.

We enjoyed a full day of site seeing with Lukas,our guide/comedian/ photographer! Our group of 6 departed promptly at 715 for Sintra. Lukas provided a lot of history and anecdotes about the sites peppered with jokes and we even learned a Portuguese song. You will leave with a lot of gear pics and video to memorialize the experience! I highly recommend!

Wonderful small group experience with a wonderful guide Gui. His knowledge was excellent and his personality added to the fun of the day. A great way to see these places which would not be possible on your own. The early start was a good way to avoid the worst of the crowds. Luka gave us an amazing day !!! All the logistics and timing planned was excellent. We were the first one to access to the Palace so that gave us a perfect view and amazing photos. He also was our professional photographer helping us getting the perfect photo ☺️ I will recommend this tour with Luka without a doubt

This was a great tour if you don't have a lot of time in the area and want to see as many things as possible. The tour moves quickly but you're able to see a lot of places and it is comprehensive. Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. The restaurant we went to for lunch was very good. Despite the fast pace of the tour we didn't feel too rushed. When touring the palace/house there are a lot of hills to walk up so bring appropriate footwear and be prepared. Also, sintra has an unpredictable climate and it can be chilly so bring a jacket! There's a little bit of waiting around in the morning before the pena palace, but you'll be the first ones in which is great!
