They were very nice, good communication on time, the bus was comfortable and clean. Got a free water bottle and the driver was nice :-)

Overall great service, punctual pick-up and lovely driver. However, we arrived in 6 hours to Puerto Viejo instead of 4 because of traffic that they must’ve foreseen, given it’s Easter week - so I would’ve appreciated a heads up and some honesty regarding that.

Loved the MyPinkBus experience. Everything about booking, pick-up, the drive, drop-off — it was all wonderful! Mary Beth was super helpful with my questions pre-booking to make sure I was at a hotel in San Jose that they could pick me up from. The bus itself was super comfy, and the onboard wifi was such a bonus. Would absolutely reco MPB for anyone traveling in Costa Rica!

Driver was in time and did a really good job! We got a pillow and a small bottle of water. After a short toilet stop I think the AC didn’t work pretty good because it gets a little hot inside, but that’s the only „bad“ thing :)

The bus itself is amazing! Working wifi, strong a/c and a mini fridge! However we were picked up over an hour late and weren’t added to the WhatsApp group which had all the delay updates, timings, etc. When we eventually got out of San Jose after an hours worth of other collections we ended up having a tyre issue! We then had to wait for around 40 minutes whilst this was fixed! The driver didn’t speak any english and didn’t try to communicate what was going on in any way, leaving all of the passengers very confused and frustrated. When we finally arrived in Puerto Viejo after 7 hours of travel the bus driver clearly was not very organised; he drove straight past our hotel and when we tried to say something he just responded with “no ingles” and continued to drive in the opposite direction. Once everyone else had been dropped off he was very angry when we explained we had to go back. All these drop offs meant we were on the bus for an extra 45 minutes being driven by a grumpy and rude driver. I would recommend the company just be careful that you are added to the WhatsApp group and that your driver is pleasant.

Beautifully designed, feels premium, was comfortable & very kind driver. Great overall experience. I used many transfer services in CR and this is by far the best.

Really good and fast service. Driver was super friendly (but i think we can say that about all Costa Rican people). I love the whatsapp group before, so you know exactly when they arrive etc. I also love the pink design. They do enough stops for you to pee and buy a snack. Only the leg space could be a bit more, I have long legs :)

Everything about the service was first class, from customer service, the driver, and bus ride! I want to thank you for accommodating the last minute change in drop off, after my original Airbnb stay cancel the booking. I look forward to our ride back to San Jose. Tony

My driver, Chico, was great! And overall, the service was fantastic. I received regular updates regarding my shuttle's whereabouts via Whatsapp. Chico arrived at my hotel in San Jose on time. The shuttle was impeccably clean (and very pink!). The service included complimentary pillows, bottles of water, and free WiFi. Chico navigated some challenging terrain and road conditions, and got my safely to my hotel in Puerto Viejo. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend My Pink Bus

The Pink Bus was perfect for traveling from San Jose to Puerto Viejo. The shuttle was clean, comfortable, and come with a pillow for the ride. They also offered a cold free water bottle. There were outlets at every seat to keep your belongings charged which was very nice since its a long ride. The driver was very nice and helpful. It is also the best price for a shared shuttle between these destinations. If you're feeling apprehensive about booking this because it is not recommended by locals or has minimal reviews, you can have confidence that this is the ride you want. Interbus also worked well but we had to change shuttles halfway through and had to wait at the station for the next driver. Pink Bus was a direct route with a bathroom break halfway through. 100% recommend this service. Communication was perfect using whatsapp with the company as well.

MY PINK BUS WAS AMAZING THEY WERE ON TIME AND KEPT ME INFORMED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THE ONLY SERVICE I WILL USE WHEN VISITING COSTA RICA!!😁
