Just do it! Was the best ride. Can’t recommend it enough. You can’t take your own photos on the boat but for under $50 you can get a digital video and photos which we thought was a great deal. Really enjoyed our trip.

Second time on the Shotover jet and still an awesome thrill. It is a must do at Queenstown and I highly recommend the experience.

A great activity and experience even if you're not into adrenaline sports. We were lucky to visit on a sunny day but it was still freezing down on the river. Our driver was very professional and obviously experienced - the jet boat ride was exciting and thrilling without being too scary! The check-in process was simple and easy as was the online booking process.

Simply amazing experience. Worth every penny paid. The skills of the shot over boat driver was simply amazing. The 360 degree turns, manoeuvring so close to the sides of the George, the speed of the boat combined together makes it an extremely thrilling 30 minutes. Everyone in the family loved experiencing the ride !!!

Fabulous, thrilling, slightly scary jet boat ride! The skill of our driver Nick was unbelievable, the closeness to the sides of the gorge, and the 360 degree turns were incredible. Definitely a really fun thing for all ages to do if in Queenstown

My husband had always wanted to do this so we decided on this trip we would do it. He was so thrilled and excited. The experience was unbelievable. Everyone was extremely helpful and the experience is well worth it.

We loved this experience. This is one of those things everyone tells you 'it's a must', which means it always runs the risk of being a lot of hype. This was not the case at all. The boat ride is so much fun and so much better than other jet boats we have done in other locations. From start to finish it was just a great time, the only negative is that it goes so fast! Certainly an experience we would recommend and we would probably even do it again.

Exceed expectation! The ride was fun and the driver was friendly and gave us a few insights about the boat and the location. The landscape is also pretty amazing. Would recommend this to anyone who’s coming to Queenstown.

My most memorable part of this trip was our driver, Nick, being excellent in taking us through the river with high speeds and joy. He always managed to fits in as many 360s as possible and that is fantastic! This activity made my day and because of our brilliant and humorous driver, we left with a colossal smile for the rest of the day.

Great experience. The 25 minutes flies by, but you'll love it. If you have kids or are you are short try not to sit in the back row as the cameras won't pick them/you up. My boys basically aren't on the photos we purchased. Apart from that, a professional and we'll run operation and a great experience.

The views were awesome the ride was also great and very fast. The heated handles were also great. Great for the family or friends you don't get too wet either which is also good.

This attraction does not disappoint if you are into thrills and chills. Each boat holds 14 and is piloted by a professional driver. You will experience high speeds, and sudden quick turns as you head straight for a rock wall. 360 degree spins. We felt completely safe doing this. Amazing that the boat requires very little water to go skimming along at high speeds. Ride was 30 minutes so some may say it is pricey. But it was worth the adrenaline rush. A must do while in Queenstown.

I was not thrilled to have this on our itinerary, but was pleasantly thrilled with the experience. It starts out feeling a little touristy, but then being out on the river was so much fun. Our driver was informative and made sure everybody was comfortable with what we were about to do. I also was so happy with the number of times we went through the river so I could really get a good view and memory of the place.

I was bit scared to do this but it was amazing. I.loved it. Our coach was really good, explained everything . Worth it. Thanks

Heaps of fun..... driver was exceptional, felt very safe the entire trip and the views were sensational. This is the jet boat to do...... heaps better than the ones that leave out of Queenstown harbour. Was a cold day, but once in the boat with the life jacket on, it was comfortable. Wear some sunnies to keep the wind out of your eyes. You will get a few splashes of water, the outside seats get wetter than the middle seats.

Fantastic experience when in Queenstown. Adrenaline fun. Great captain knowing how to drive the boat.

The shot over was a great experience. The drivers aim to entertain and enhance the experience. Wear something warm, when you are flying around it gets chilly. Must do when in Queenstown.
