I booked through the trip advisor web site about 24 hours before going. Soon after booking Alana emailed to find out what I needed (airport pickup/drop off, atrival, departure times etc). The tour was perfect. 'Just as I had hoped. My driver, Lu, was there to collect me at Pudong Intl Arrivals, just like we arranged. My guide, Xin, took good care of me and gave me options for the itinerary. I got my gift shopping done, and got the photo I had hoped for at the Bund waterfront during the evening boat trip, which was spectacular! The meal at the restaurant under the tower was excellent (I opted for a Shanghai style meal rather than the halal style advertised) Lu brought me back in plenty of time to catch my flight at Pudong intl. 😊. Altogether a fabulous short tour around Shanghai with no worries about getting lost in the town and risking missing my flight. I recommend the Night River Cruise to anyone with just a few hours to spend in Shanghai.

This was the perfect 3 hour tour for my short time in Shanghai. Alice my tour guide was amazing, so sweet and knowledgeable. She took me to a great dinner. The boat ride views were astonishing. Will definitely look to do another tour with this group when I come back!

We had an amazing guide Snow. The cruise was beautiful and the process well organized and orderly. We had an amazing Halal dinner afterwards. Snow taught us a lot about Shanghai culture and history. Highly recommend.

This activity is a must to do while visiting Shanghai. The city’s skyline is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Our young driver arrived on time and we met Lin, our guide, to go to the cruise. There were a lot of people for the boat ride but with this tour, you get to sit in the front of the boat, away from the crowds. Lin was such a warm young girl, very energetic with an easy smile. We took several pictures of the buildings. Once the boat ride was over, Lin took us to a restaurant where we had a Xinjiang style dinner, spicy lamb, noodles and two side dishes of veggies. The food was very tasting and delicious. After dinner, we were dropped off at our hotel. We soent a beautiful time with Lin talking about seversl topics. This tour is highly recommended!!!!

First class service .. what an amazing adventure with our beautiful guide , Queena , so eloquent, beautiful, kind and generous. We loved how she took us on a journey of historical beauty.. What a gem. We loved our driver and the music we played while heading to our restaurant, where we were treated to again'first class' service . I took Night River Cruise and Dining experience with Xin. She was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable, intelligent and pleasant person who would go above and beyond for you. Highly recommended!

We thank our guide Alana for shis professionalism and creating a wonderful mood for the clients. We booked a trip along the river, an overview of the architecture along the embankment, a trip to a restaurant of Uighur cuisine. Everything worked out perfectly. Special thanks to the organizers of this tour for the transfer from our hotel and back, such an attentive attitude towards us helped a lot.

My husband and I had Queena as our guide. She was amazing! She answered all our questions and did a great job explaining everything. She even gave us recommendations for late night snacks after the tour.

One of the best experiences we had in shanghai. Since the beginning with the pontual pickup, the reserved space in the cruise ship, the wonderful night sightseens from huangpu river, the awesome dinner in a traditional chinese restaurant and, the most important, the company of the guide Berlin who made this whole experience happen with her kindness and care with us. We really enjoyed our time.. starting with a pick up and ending with drop off to a nice bar. We started with a nice restaurant, which was fully booked based on quantity of people, Queena (our amazing guide) recommended us smth and it was really delicious. Then we went to cruise itself, really appreciated information about Shanghai and particular buildings we were passing by, was interesting and views were stunning. After the end we didn’t want to go back to the hotel and she recommended us a nice bar, called there and brought us there.. was very helpful considering that not that many people there speak good English. We would definitely recommend this tour to all people who like to be taken care of))

This trip included a meal and the trip on the river. Queena was my guide. This was a truly memorable experience. The food was excellent. The trip along the river at night is a sight to behold. You get to see both sides, the new modern one and the old colonial side. I so enjoyed this tour.

My friends and I booked the Shanghai Night River Cruise Tour with Xinjiang Style Dining Experience with Chloe as our tour guide and she was outstanding. Hands-down I would recommend her tour. She pretty much took care of everything from transportation dinner translating cruise. It was incredible and we had the best time with her tonight.

We had a great time! We had a great dinner where our guide made sure to explain what we were eating and it's origins. We gad a great mix of food. After the 4 of us were stuffed - we went on the river boat. All the buildings and their purpose was explained. We had a lot of fun and she was willing to answer all of our questions.
