Although it was a windy day the boat was relatively comfortable. I was surprised that there was so much space inside the semi-submarine! The underwater sights were magnificent and there is plenty of time to enjoy it. We had the opportunity to snorkel also but did not do it as it was a little cold for us. I recommend the semi-submarine.

Your booking service is shocking. I would not recommend to anyone. Pick up from hotel 5 hours late. The concierge tried numerous times to reach you on the phone. When eventually we got to the submarine we were then asked for more money.

Although internet said 08:30 starting time, we were communicated in advance to be picked up at 07:45. The driver was punctual. The driver and his assistant were friendly. Upon questioning currency of the national park fees, the operator communicated to me in advance that only euros would be taken even though I insisted on giving Egyptian pounds. When we arrived to the marina, I tried my luck and asked whether they take Egyptian pounds, and they did. The tour itself was quite nice. The staff was nice and entertaining. Drinks were provided on the boat. You could also go snorkelling for a short period of time. They should be more descriptive of their tour on the internet, that is, what time will the submarine tour exactly start, how long it will last, and what time we reach back to marina. Because the submarine tour itself was around 1 hour and 50 minutes (our boat started at 09:10, and we were already exiting the boat at 11:00), NOT 3 hours! So this is falsely advertised. In this sense, the tour is not worth the money. Unless they make it clear and be transparent, and correct this 'false advertisement', I wouldn't recommend booking from them. After we reached back to marina, the drop-off was also smooth.

Well organized tour. Very close distance to watch marine lives and snorkeling. It is worth to have this tour.

Brilliant trip!pick up and transport was great.crew were lovely on the boat and the views from the submarine level were amazing.some lovely fish and we even saw some stingrays. Snorkeling was great fun.highlight recommended especially for the price!

If i could have rated 0 stars i would. Dreadful trip... they turned up 25 mins early and were moody we were not ready. Then when we got to the harbour, tried to extort us for US dollars..charged us 1000 eyptian pounds in the end .... then we waited on the boat for an hour before even starting the trip... a 2 hour trip was 1hr 20mins total rip off. DO NOT BOOK. Our next trip on viator better be good or they will really recive a bad review. By the way do not come to Eygpt unless you have SHED LOADS of foriegn currency. The locals do not give a **** unless you pay

Nice staff at the boat, not much to see underwater. The pick up was delayed for 40 min with no info. We had to call several times until they told us that they were on the way.

The boat trip itself was excellent. Good view of underwater creatures and reef. We even saw three turtles on the sea bed. Safe snorkelling provided. Least reliable was the pick up/ transfer from hotel. We were waiting for half an hour on the booked day. Contacted the provider only to be told to make our own way there. We refused and had to do the trip the following day which was most inconvenient. My advice - don’t book this for the last day of your holiday in case arrangements change!

It said drinks like bottle of water or pop are inclusive in the tour but the boat crews said it was not the case. Couldn’t find any of the tour operators to confirm. Even thought only US$1 to $3 each drinks which were not too bad nor expensive, but felt being let down and misled. Overall the experience was alright but disappointed that the fishes we saw were very limited varieties. If you are expecting lots to see, you might be disappointed. Overall the experience is good t but do not have too high expectations!

It was an amazing trip with very kind staff. The atmosphere was good, the view was beautiful, we had a great time.

Very enjoyable experience. My partner does not like swimming in the sea this was superb as I could swim whilst he was watching me underneath the boat. Excellent for all family members. Staff are very kind and friendly. Always made sure we were happy. Picked us up and dropped us back to the hotel. Refreshment on board. This trip is well worth the money!!!!

Admin wasn't the best to book with but team on the sub was fantastic. Especially Ali. Best tour help ever. Made such an effort with us and the kids. Would do this again in a heartbeat and would recommend to all who can go. Just amazing

All was arranged via whats app. Pick up was on time and the the little mini van was really clean and luxurious compared to most. We collected our passes and then joined a boat. It was really well done, the scuba diver coming down to look thru the window and attract the fish was fun. Son went snorkelling and the scuba diver was in the water with him. Overall a nice morning out and unique experience. Toilets on board too and you could buy refreshments.

It was terrible, i waited with my family on hotel reception but no one came to pick us. Even i tried to call viator, no help, i tried to call local agent, but no help. Finally it was all screwed up by viator and their agent together. Very sad.

This is certainly a great experience to undertake. The boats are impressive, the crew were excellent. Safety is their priority and they are very informative. Most of them speak at least 3 languages (English being our chosen one) The journey starts with everyone sitting on deck (plenty of seats) and once out of the harbour and over the coral reef you are invited to go below where once again there are seats all along the the huge observation windows. As the boat manoeuvres a whole new world becomes open to you and its fantastic - different species of fish, coral and depths of water. Time is allowed for those who are adventurous to receive snorkels and go overboard for a closer look. NB there is always a member of the crew in the water and safety is paramount. Free refreshments are served on the upper decking ice creams can be purchased. Returning to the Marina after 2 hours.
