We did a day trip from Nerja to Alhambra with a group of six. This tour was fantastic. Our guide was very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly and gave us very helpful insights into what we were seeing. Booking the tour was also very easy, smooth, and professional. The company is local and provided an excellent experience. Everybody in our group liked the trip a lot and we give our highest recommendation. There are a number of other tours from this company as well and if we were to go back, I have no doubt we would try others.

What a fantastic trip to Granada. The communications and instructions pre-departure from Maria were great and everything was straightforward and went perfectly. Cipriano, our tour guide was fantastic. He arrived on time and was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area and all the facts on everything we visited during our trip. Cipriano is an excellent tour guide. He is the CEO of his small business Oletrips. He grew up in the area, has his college degree, and is very knowledgeable in the history of Spain. He also speaks very good English. He picked us up at our hotel in a Mercedes mini bus. We also had a delicious meal at a restaurant he recommended after touring Alhambra. Then he drove us back to our hotel. It really is a hand-held tour and we always felt safe and in good hands. We were visiting from California, and if we could have stayed longer, we would of went on one of his other tours he offers in the area. Thank you, Cipriano.

Wow! What a fantastic day we had visiting Alhambra and Granada. Cipriano was a fabulous guide. His knowledge of the area and its history was excellent. We were picked up on time from near our Accomodation and dropped back off at the end of the day. The whole booking process was faultless, Maria sent us clear instructions prior to our trip. All in all, it was a fantastic day, and thanks again to Cipriano and Maria for a great experience.

Cipriano was fantastic! His knowledge of the history of Spain and how the Alhambra palace came to be was top notch. He gave us history of the country and notes about the towns and countryside during transportation and that history gave a base for descriptions within the tour. He was generous with his time for his “family” of patrons. You couldn’t ask for a better tour guide.

A well organised tour led by a knowledgeable local guide. The Alhambra is a must see if you are in this part of Spain and Oletrips (who facilitate this tour) ensure that you miss nothing and gain more from the experience.

We spent five nights in a hotel here in April. The temperatures were warn and every day was sunny. The water was still too cool for swimming but great for beach walks. The town has several great restaurants. Nerja is more tranquil than many other town on the Costa del Sol.

We would thoroughly recommend visiting Granada and Alhambra with Oletrips. The tour round the palace and gardens and Cipriano's knowledge and enthusiasm for the history of this area was exceptional. A delicious traditional meal and relaxing tour in the old part of the city followed. We will definitely use Oletrips again, Thankyou to the team for a truly memorable day x

The whole day was great. Cipriano was very informative, he made sure we missed nothing and hearing the history as you go round the gardens and palaces makes the trip even more interesting. He took us to a lovely place for lunch as well.

I found information about Oletrips online and reached out to them about their Alhambra and the El Albayzin trip. I received a quick response from Ciprania about their tour, was advised that their trips book quickly due to the limited visitors allowed into the Alhambra. I booked the trip, they arranged for pick-up from my hotel. Ciprania was very informative about the history of the Alhambra and we were able to visit the whole complex (tour was approximately 3.5 hours). We went at a nice pace, he gave us information about each room and give us time to take pictures, etc. There is a lot of walking and steps, you need to wear sensible footwear (oletrips does advise this). Afterwards Ciprania brought us to El Albayzin, we visited this area and went to a restaurant that serves lovely tapas. I really recommend using Oletrips, the group size is small and Ciprania has great knowledge on the history of the Alhambra and the whole region of Andalusia.

Excellent trip to Granada and the Alhambra! Our guide Cipriano was extremely knowledgeable, the van comfortable and the booking straightforward and quick. We booked at the very last minute and Maria was super efficient in accommodating us. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful trip to the palace with Cipriano yesterday. We were picked up from our hotel in a very nice air conditioned car. We picked up two very nice German people from their hotel on the way and then drove to the Alhambra . Cipriano was very informative and spoke excellent English and German. After the palace we were taken to a lovely Spanish restaurant for lunch that he knew and of course we chose a glass of the local beer to accompany it. After a tour around the old city with one of the best views of the outside of the palace we made our way back home. A great day highly recommended but the one thing we would say , be prepared for a lot of walking.

He is on time, knowledgeable of local history and places, as well as thorough, prepared, and personable. Both Cipriano and Maria communicate the layout of the trip and necessary documents very well.
