We did this tour as a girls' trip to celebrate a birthday & it was a brilliant day. Our guide, Vanessa was wonderful - very knowledgeable & friendly. The winery hosts were also fantastic, as was the lunch and of course the Prosecco itself! All in all, we had a memorable day & would thoroughly recommend this trip

Amazing tour, Georgia was so much fun. It was very educational, especially the difference between DOC and DOCG and the sweetness. If you are a Prosecco fan definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful day today with our group and guide Gorgia. We visited 2 wineries, lots of interesting information regarding prosecco, tastings and a beautiful lunch at Francesco Follador in the Valdobbiadene area. Our guide was wonderful, she was a fabulous host for our day in this beautiful wine region.

This was an extremely enjoyable day trip through the Proseco hills. Our guide, Anita, was friendly and knowledgeable. We visited 2 wineries with gorgeous views and plenty of Proseco to sample, not to mention bread, cheese, and salami pairings. I highly recommend this trip.

We had an exceptional day trip from Venice, exploring two small Prosecco wineries and even taking a charming local detour. Highly recommended!

We are Prosecco lovers and wanted to learn more about the wine. Our tour guide Anita was knowledgeable and personable. The tour was a total of 6 which I really enjoyed because we got to know each other and receive special attention from our guide and hosts at the two wineries we visited. I highly recommend this tour. We also had a flat wine made with the glera grape that was delicious (it's not a part of the tasting). I ask about it and the host had a bottle opened. We left with 4 bottles of wine in all.

Our tour guide Sebastian was Amazing! So knowledgeable and took his time explaining the different processes of making Prosecco. The tour, food, and hospitality is second to none. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

The information and experiences shared by our tour guide, Sebastian who actually lives at the vineyards. He shared a lot of insight on lifestyle on these hills and how Prosecco is produced… we learnt so much.

My husband and I ended up being the only people on the tour since another couple canceled. What an amazing day, our wonderful tour guide Sebastian gave us such great history of the area as we traveled. Our first stop was a family vineyard where we were welcomed into their beautiful home and sampled amazing Prosecco and were given local cheeses, meats, vegetables…superb! Thank you to our host, Stefano and his mother for making us feel so welcomed! Next we went to another vineyard where we saw production. Another great stop! The area was amazing and Sebastian, who had an amazing story himself one that I will never forget, was the best guide. Highly recommend!!

Francesca is a great tour guide. The selected wineries are all small and family owned which made it all even more special. Very dynamic and fun tour.

My guide was Francesca who met me in front of the Al Vinatier restaurant in the corner of Piazzale Roma. Francesca was very knowledgeable about the local culture, food, wine, history and other information about the Venice area. Both vineyard hosts were friendly and treated me to prosecco tastings and small bites. Meeting the winemakers was a real treat. I purchased wine at both vineyards for the rest of the week. I even shipped a ½ case back to the U.S. through a shipping service used at one of the wineries. The wine arrived 1 week later . . . what a treat! Francesca made this tour relaxing and fun. Thank-you! This was one of my favorite things to do while in Venice.

Prosecco has been more and more popular in the US of late, but why? And is it more than just a less expensive alternative to Champagne? This tour introduced us to the land where Prosecco is produced, creating wines that easily stand on their own - not only as a comparison to Champagne but as fine sparking wines that are produced subject to strict controls by winemakers who are thoroughly passionate about their craft. Our guide to this half day of delight was Sebastian, who grew up in this region and who has family ties there to this day (he even introduced us to his in-laws, who run a delightful if tiny B&B in the heart of the region). We stopped at two different winemakers, both who have amazing passion and dedication to growing grapes in a way that preserves the land and honors the traditions. We learned that maybe only 5% of the Prosecco sold comes from this region where the wine has to be produced to exacting standards to be allowed to label the Prosecco as DOCG (guaranty) as opposed to the common DOC. You can taste the difference - that next night we had a DOC Prosecco at restaurant back in Venice - it was nowhere near the quality. We even bought some from our second stop, Tonidoro, to take home to LA - full DOCG top Prosecco - at 10 euros a bottle! Sebastian knows the area, the people and the stories of the region. He makes a perfect host. No wonder his ratings are full of 5 Star reviews - he gets the highest rating from us as well. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were the only two on this tour and it was fabulous. Our wonderful tour guide Georgia was so attentive and friendly from the start. She was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us non-stop information about the areas we were travelling through and of course lots of information about Prosecco. The first vineyard we visited hosted a delicious lunch of local produce along with some outstanding wines. My husband and I had lunch with Georgia and the guide from the vineyard which was also a great opportunity to learn more about the wine and the area. On the way to the second vineyard, Georgia made a little detour to a very picturesque water mill which was really charming. The second Vineyard also had spectacular Prosecco and the vineyard owner was passionate about sustainability and organic production which was both fascinating and reassuring. We bought a few bottles from each vineyard which was silly because we didn’t have the weight allowance in our cases but hey-ho a reason to drink a few before we flew home. My favourite by-the-way was the Extra Brut. I can honestly say this tour was worth every penny and gives you a chance to visit the beautiful Veneto countryside without hiring a car. If you want a unique experience away from lovely busy Venice then book this tour. I guarantee you won’t regret it.

This was a fantastic tour…well exceeded our expectations. The weather was rainy in Feb when we left Venice for the tour, but we still had a great time. Francesca was knowledgeable and helpful on our one hour ride to the first winery. Silvia there did a great job explaining the region and her family’s history of making Prosecco. The location was amazing with the views of the vineyards in the hills, and the renovated barn was gorgeous. We were expecting a light lunch, but not one of the most amazing charcuterie experiences ever…her family’s homemade sausage was so good we bought some of it along with the wine! The second location was equally cool, where we saw the equipment used to the make the Prosecco, and again had amazing food to go along with the great wine. The mix of old world charm and updated decor at both locations was unique and impressive. We have a few dozen bottles on the way to the US and cannot wait until they arrive. I highly recommend the tour…it was great!

Francesca was so friendly and ensured we had a great time! It was just the 2 of us so it made for a private tour, the wineries were excellent and we learnt so much. Really reasonable prices to buy bottles too :)

Francesca is an INCREDIBLE tour guide!! She had so much knowledge and truly went out of her way to make our experience great. She taught us a lot, was so lively and fun, and made us feel like family. I would take this tour again. The two destinations we went to had a little charcuterie board, lots of wine to try, and an option to buy and ship some home. We did it all and loved it. In the winter it was totally fine with a good jacket, and I can imagine how incredible it will be in the summer. A MUST!!!

Laura was a great guide!!! As stated, it was a semi-private tour; we were four. So it felt beyond special. She was cool, friendly, and always there to answer questions. She provided details about Venice and small details about the cities we passed by on our way to the wineries. About these, they are located in beautiful areas with even better views. We stopped at Le Rampo and Guia wineries, and both were great! We were welcomed warmly and were served delicious wines, lunch, and snacks. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ATTEND THIS TOUR. I highly recommend it.
