I've done the self-guided bike tour twice now, and both times were such fun! Steve and Jo are great hosts, and provide great advice on the best places to go - you can tell they want every one to have a great time! I've used the single bikes in a large group, and the tandem bikes in a smaller group - both were very enjoyable. Definitely will be doing this again!

Everything was great, from the email communications prior to our trip to the pickup at our hotel to the warm welcome and winery tips onsite. Bikes were top notch, which made it easy to enjoy our day of biking in Marlborough. Glad we were prepared with raincoats - no showers predicted, but Mother Nature had other plans! (If you go, Hans Herzog was our favorite winery.) Steve & Jo were wonderful hosts!

Fantastic day! Bikes were in great riding condition with two panniers each. Plenty of room for the wine we purchased while visiting 5 wineries that day. Easy riding! Professional and friendly. Happy to have the pick-up and drop off to make the day relaxing and enjoyable.

Fantastic day out! Pouring rain the entire time but this didn’t dampen the mood- Steve and Jo got us sorted with all the gear including ponchos and towels for when we returned, which was very needed! Would highly recommend Steve and Jo’s tour to anyone, rain or shine

Very well organised business with good reliable bikes. Steve explained everything very well and hug around for us when we were a bit late returning back. Cycling around the vineyards and winery’s is a fantastic way to spend a day!

Fantastic day. Picked up from accommodation and delivered to the Wine Tours base. Very warm and friendly welcome. Helpful video and suggestions from the team as to how to plan your day and then the rest is up to you. Equipment supplied was of a good standard and fit for purpose, wineries very welcoming and Boomtown beer garden, 2 minutes away from base was the perfect way to end the day with a jar of ale and live music playing on the day of our visit.

We had such a great time riding the tandem bike and visiting wineries. Steve and Jo were super friendly and helpful. It was all very well organised, from the shuttle pickup to the bike hire, and they helped us plan our day based on which wineries we wanted to see and where we wanted to go. They even gave us some great advice on other places to visit on the rest of our holiday!

Steve and Jo were great hosts! They had all of the up to date information about winery openings during the harvest season.. They were very knowledgeable about the area and gave very helpful directions. All paths in the area were very easy to ride on and even some of the roads were not busy at all which made navigating very easy.

Thanks Steve and Jo, we had a fabulous day biking around the wineries. Jo was exactly on time to pick us up. Directions and instructions were very clear and the bikes were comfortable and easy to ride. We managed to visit 4 wineries including a lovely lunch at Fancy Cow. We appreciated that you were able to accommodate an earlier finish time for us. All in all, a great day out which I have already recommended to friends.

Would absolutely recommend this to anyone, such a fun day out! My friend and I were picked up from our accommodation by the mini bus at the begginning of our booking and dropped off at the end. We were given a bike and helmet each, and were well informed on the vineyards we could visit with ample information about the different options. In the 12-6pm slot we were able to have 3 wine tastings and finished the day in a beer garden close by. A great experience!

Well maintained bikes, pick up and drop off from our B&B a big help (🍷) and Steve and Jo sorted your bikes in person. So many vineyards within 5-10 minutes cycling that you are spoilt for choice. And they will collect any wine you buy if you let them know....so it is safe in case you fall off your bike 🤣

What a wonderful day we had thanks to Jo & Steve! Everything was so well organised and they were both very knowledgeable about the area and different cellar doors to visit. It’s also the perfect location to start your wine trip. We got stuck in roadworks which meant we missed the shuttle service but Steve & Jo were so helpful and accommodating, we can’t thank them enough! Would highly recommend hiring bikes here & plan to come back in future.
