Mario was our tour guide in Granada and he patiently and expertly showed us how to use the segways and then led us on an adventure up the hills. Despite the terrible weather, we all thought this was a highlight of our visit to Granada (the Viator booking says they'll cancel if the weather is bad - the actual operator will not cancel or refund, even if it's 40 degrees and actively raining).

A great way to see Granada with an excellent tour guide. We had already been in Granada 4 days so thought we would t see anything new but our guide took us to areas we wouldn’t have thought of going.

Alex was a great guide and we loved our experience. We have learned a lot about history and got to see the sites we would hardly find on our own. A great experience!

Fantastic way to see the Albayzin and Sacromonte areas of Granada. Did the tour with Mario who was excellent- managed to somehow encourage my very nervous wife to do the tour and made it fun and informative. Views are amazing. My teenage daughters also loved the tour. Forget about the walking tours, this is the best way to go! (and it is much easier than you may imagine to use a Segway)

For a couple in our 40s and with moderate physical fitness levels, the Segway tour was great to tackle the steep hills to get to key vantage points to enjoy panoramic and scenic views. We felt that it suited us as we had so little time in Granada that this tour covered the best bits of the city (e.g. a visit into a cave home, St Nicholas church) bar the Alhambra. We had so much fun and it was an added bonus that there was only the 2 of us for the tour that day. We appreciated the fact that the company still went ahead with the tour!

This is a MUST do when in Granada! We did the private tour, just my husband and I, and had an absolute blast! Our guide, Javier was absolutely wonderful, and so much fun to spend the day with. We got to ride places we probably wouldn’t have even gone on our own, all without having to battle the steep hills on our own. We got to see the most beautiful views in the city, and learned things from a local we never would have known. We were given the chance to go into a gypsy cave, and interact with some locals who lived in the area. Our tour made us wish we had booked another day so that we could go back and explore the sacramente area on our own, and visit some of the cafes and restaurants for dinner. 10/10 recommend. My only issue was that when we arrived at the meeting place, the ticket office, there was a very, very long line and it wasn’t clear if we had to still wait, or skip it since we had tickets. After 15 mins and finally entering the office, someone walked up and began scanning tickets in line of everyone behind us. That was quite frustrating, so make sure you arrive early! They do have an office across the way with some steps you have to climb if you’d like to use the restroom, or store your belongings in a locker.

Mario was awesome! He told great stories, was patient with an over eager rider, and was careful to assure our safety. Loved every minute of it!

Enjoyed a fun, informative tour of the Abaycin and Sacre Monte with Javier. He was helpful and personable and the Segways were a great way to see the sights. Would recommend. Ian

The guide was excellent. The path looks difficult but he made it very easy even for first timers like us Segway is a great way to see the sacramento and albyzine neughbourhoods in Granada. these are otherwise very steep to walk up and down.

Fabulous!! Mario is an excellent guide with Great knowledge and a Very pleasant person. We had no need to be nervous about using a Segway as we had tuition at the start. Granada is a beautiful city. Plan to go on another tour when we return next year.

We had a great time! Love the fact that kids can ride the Segways. I wouldn’t have wanted to tour the albaicin area any other way. Those hundreds of hills to climb were no big deal on a Segway. Our tour guide was a nice guy and very cautious.

We had an amazing time on the Segway tour. MJ was a fantastic host, very informative and lots of fun. We found the Segways easy to use, fun to ride and it’s a great way to explore the old parts of Granada. Would highly recommend!

We took the two hour Segway tour and found it to be the ideal way to visit and see the very hilly and tight-quarters of the Sacromonte and Albaycin. Our guide, Alejandro, was a good guide who explained the history of the city and its people in both an interesting and engaging manner. We would recommend this tour to friends. Our only critique would be to recommend that a few more minutes be spent ensuring visitors are proficient in the use of the Segways.

First rate guide and tour. It was just the 2 of us and Alix was great - patient and fun. Bit of excitement with hills and narrow streets. Excellent views of the Alhambra

We had an AMAZING tour in English with MJ! She showed us the muslim and gypsy quarter with all to know about history and culture. We stopped at some photospots aswell. She is a really cool person and very entertaining and knowledgable. The tour was never boring and very interesting. We really enjoyed out tour. We hope to book MJ again next time when we come to see Alhambra. Thank you
