The tour guides know the city by heart and therefore will be able to give answers to possible questions or simply provide information about the background and history of certain sights. As this tour is personally guided, there is no need for Audio Guides or anything like that. Stops, in order to take pictures, can of course be made anytime.
To start off this exciting Segway tour, everyone is meeting up at SEG2GO which can be found at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. The first stop is going to be at the famous Berliner Dom, from where on your tour guide will navigate you to the Reichstag. On your way to see this famous building, one will stop at several other sights along the way. After getting to know one of the most important buildings in Berlin, the Segway tour will proceed to the Brandenburger Tor, which is considered the town's landmark. Furthermore, your tour guide will stop by the SONY-Center and at a spot where you get to see a few feed of the Berlin Wall. On the way to the final destination of your tour, the "Museumsinsel", which is the place to be if you want to visit some of Berlins most famous museums, you will stop by several other sights that round off the tour through Berlin and give you a great impression of the city.

Due to rain we started 30 minutes later than planned. Still you performed the tour quite well and you also managed to perform the entire programme.
I can not judge the competence, because it was my first Segway tour. I did like the tour a lot and I will surely book another Segway tour, but not with you. My overall impression was rather marred, because the chemistry between me and the guide just wasn't right. The tour and the group were great, the weather perfect. But I didn't fit into the picture of the guide. It surely is highly responsible to be a Segway guide and it requires good insight into human nature to see possible danger and prevent it. I would've loved to follow his advice, but not if it's brought to me in this rude and unpolite way.
The telephonic handling for consultations or short-handed problems of the customers is to be improved.
The tour was terrific, even though it was very cold. In autumn / winter / spring you really should dress warm and have a beanie and gloves with you. Since there are almost no people on the streets, the driving enjoyment is even bigger :)
