We loved this tour. Faith & Lizzy were awesome hosts full of knowledge and very friendly. Breakfast was yum and the tour around the base of Uluru was fun. Once trained we were off and rolling with knowledge stops along the way. Highly recommend.

After a light breakfast and then a walk into the Waterhole and viewing Rock Art it was onto the Segways for a ride around the whole of Uluru Learning about the history with a few stops along the way As a first timer on the Segway I found it easy to master so no problem if your not experienced The 3 ladies we had were all very nice full of knowledge and made our day enjoyable Would definitely recommend

Absolutely fabulous. This is highly recommended. We have ridden Segways in many places around the world. It didn’t matter at all. The other 8 in our group had never ridden. The training was EXCELLENT! They were well prepared in a short amount of time for our fun journey around the base. Be sure to bring a large container of water. They have crossbody bags to hold your container, which is something we have never seen before. It’s also handy to have a pocket or some kind of cross body or other attachment for easy access to your phone or camera when you make stops for photos. Watching the sunrise and then have the Rock change colors was spectacular. The pre-ride gathering time for coffee, tea, cocoa, juice, croissants, muffins, fruit was fun for taking pictures as the colors on the Rock changed and getting acquainted with other riders. Definitely dress in layers you can tie around your waist as the temperature changes. We opted not to purchase the fly netting ($10) because we wanted a clear view of the different colors of the Rock. About 1/2 of our group used them. We learned the flies are more attracted to orange, and red. Choosing a light neutral color might help. They are tiny flies and are everywhere. I didn’t mind just swatting at them. You can do your research as to time of day and time of year. With or without a fly net, don’t miss this adventure !!!!!

We went on the sunrise and Segway tour at Uluru Had a brilliant morning with fantastic view and a great tour. The guides were very informative , friendly and fun. We had a lesson in riding a Segway before we set off, (we didn’t need this as we have been onSegways a few times but good to have a refresher ) The base tour took a couple of hours with various stops for photographs in the areas which were allowed . I would recommend this as the best way to see the Rock

Great way to see Uluru and to learn some of the history particularly of the Indigenous people. Perfect way to involve teens in sight seeing. The staff and segways were great, the knee pads and elbow pads need updating, they were pretty much falling apart.

This is a fab tour. Don't worry if you are a bit nervy or "unco"the tour guides give you are training run on the segway. I'm 62 and a bit nervy but got it in 10mins and had a ball. It's well worth doing. The guides are really knowledgeable, the brekky was great. It was well worth the money. I highly recommend to anyone going to Uluru

Unfortunately we only got to try the Segways on the training track as it had been raining & park rangers deemed it too wet to ride them around the base of Uluru. Trying them out was lots of fun & we were able to walk some parts of Uluru & see waterholes, indigenous paintings, caves & the original departure point for when people were allowed to scale Uluru. Breakfast was yummy & we enjoyed seeing Uluru appear out of the night with the arrival of daylight. A magical sight even for an overcast day. The guides were lots of fun & very knowledgeable. We were also offered a partial refund for not being able to do the full base tour on segway if we chose to go ahead with the trip - thankyou Uluru Segway Tours.

I don't typically write reviews. This is the first time I leave a review without being asked. I want to share that this is a fantastic experience. Our guide Nick is super patient and knowledgeable. Never ridden a Segway before, I appreciate Nick gave us plenty of time to feel comfortable during the training course. Although there were tight time constraints, Nick handled the time pressure very well. Morning is a great time to tour Uluru base on Segway when the daytime high is 41 degrees. I can still feel the little breeze under the burning sun.

This was the BEST tour. Super fun and surprisingly easy to maneuver. It was so much better than just walking around. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Uluru is beautiful. Unfortunately due to the weather we could not do the complete bad on the segways but what we did do was GREAT. Our guides made it a wonderful experience!!

Had a fantastic Segway experience around the base of Uluru, which included sunrise and breakfast. Haley, Lizzie (we think) and James, gave an excellent service, which included cultural and geographical history, as we toured around the base of Uluru. A totally wonderful and majestic experience. Would highly recommend.

This was the “funnist” thing have I done this year. Thank you to Brandon and Sam, for a gentle, educational and fun tour of such a magical, historical and spiritual hi-light of Central Australia.

I participated this Uluru Segway activity with a friend, and while the overall experience was enjoyable, I feel compelled to share a concerning encounter with one of the guides, Nick. Throughout the activity, the two female guides were incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. However, my experience with Nick was quite the opposite. During the training session, I struggled to hear his instructions clearly and, despite my immediate efforts to rectify the situation, Nick responded in a manner that was not only rude but also unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance or understanding, Nick raised his voice and proceeded to blame me for not following his instructions, even though I was doing my best to comply. This interaction greatly impacted my mood and overall enjoyment of the activity. As a tourist and paying client, I believe it is unfair to be treated with such disrespect. I am sharing this feedback not only to express my disappointment but also to prevent others from experiencing similar treatment. If Nick treated me in this manner, it raises concerns that this may not be an isolated incident. I hope that by sharing my experience, the management can address these issues and ensure that all guests are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.

This is a must whilst in Uluṟu, especially in the summer months when it’s too hot to walk around the base! It was a great first activity! I went solo but had a great time. It’s a small ish group so everyone talks to everyone, and I liked that the bus is not that big. The tour guides were amazing and it was a very relaxed vibe. Great breakfast you actually got full of, with muesli, muffins, coffees juice, and they had plant based milk which I appreciated. Would highly recommend!

The staff were fantastic and made the experience great. The Segways are easy to ride with plenty of time to learn how to operate them without feeling rushed. The sunrise breakfast was better than I expected, with plenty to eat. The guides do a great job of storytelling and there are plenty of breaks along the way around. Is definitely a value for money experience.
