We had a couple of nervous family members to start our day; however, they were soon converted and scooting around like have been on a Segway for years. The instructor took the time to ensure everyone was generally comfortable in the parking lot and then made a point of having one of our family members right next to him (who was still a bit nervous). He was constantly reassuring and soon everyone was having a great time. The riding was more fun for the kids than most of the commentary but the adults enjoyed learning about local restaurants and some history. We would recommend this tour to any of our friends.

Decided to do this for some unique fun. The old town Scottsdale area is beautiful and enjoyed what time we had touring around on the segways. We were disappointed that u were actually on the segways for only about 45min of the “2 hour” tour. First 30min is getting checked in, watch safety video, trial of how to use Segway ( incredibly easy to use ) . Then 1/2way thru tour u stop and get 20min to walk around the shops. Then back to the office. Granted the Scottsdale touring area is small but we felt we wanted more time on the fun machine. Price was $65 which is reasonable. Tour guide was nice/helpful but don’t expect a ton of historical information.

Michael was a great leader and instructor. We had a good time and will do again! Loved the history lesson he gave us and I didn’t realize how pretty Old Town Scottsdale was.

We had a terrific experience from start to finish. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. The Segway was fun to ride and Old Town Scottsdale was scenic and vibrant. Highly recommend this adventure while in Scottsdale.

Our tour guide Michael did a fine job of providing historical facts and modern day information for the Scottsdale area tour. It was neat to experience everything on a Segway.

Years ago I booked a Segway tour with another company. The instruction was minimal, and I had an accident that left me fearful of getting on a Segway again. I have since taken two tours with Scottsdale Segway Tours. The first was in December with some of my family. I explained my concerns to Brian, and with his patient instruction and watchful attention, I became comfortable. My confidence restored, I very much enjoyed the tour. I went again in January with different family members. Larry was our tour guide, and Brian assisted. Once again, the instruction was thorough, and the tour itself was informative and entertaining. Larry and Brian are delightful. It was a lovely day to experience a novel mode of transportation and become more familiar with some of what makes Scottsdale unique.

Ryan was very professional and funny and knowledgeable about the history of Scottsdale. We went to one of the suggested restaurants for lunch and had great meal.

Great fun and it gave us the opportunity to see the latest restaurants and galleries in Old Town Scottdale even though 4 of the 6 of us live here.

This was a really cool new thing to do while visiting the area for a retirement celebration RETIREMENT: our demographic...avg age 58, male and female, none-prior experience on these things! Adventurous as I am, I still had my reservations. But the guys in the shop kept it fun and light. Encouraged us while we 11 practiced in the parking lot, and kept us at a good pace throughout the tour. One of our ladies was really apprehensive during the entire excursion, but the lead guide kept his hand on her handles and she endured! Thank you!! (I forget his name) Lots of cool things to learn about old Scottsdale and I was pleasantly surprised that the car traffic respected our "slowness" and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable- I believe the tour company and the city officials have an understanding The only con: you aren't allowed to take photos while riding, so we didn't get any pics of us as a group "gliding" through the city: perhaps the company might consider having the guides take candid pics to share with the customers. lol. Some might even buy! It doesn't take long to get the hang of it, and though none of us had prior experience, and one was a bit shaky, the rest of us expressed how easily it became, just a few minutes in DEF something I will do in another city. A smaller group will go faster and cover more territory, but they did a great job getting us to all the sites AND with a short break in between

Kyle and Jayce thank you so much for an awesome tour and making my BFF feel super comfortable on the Segway. I highly recommend not only the tour guides but the establishment as well. They show a video before you even get onto the machine. Then you go outside after you put on your helmet and your headphones. They take one by one through the "how to" process to ensure you are comfortable with driving it. Throughout the tour Kyle was always looking out for safety. They stopped and took pictures and let us walk around to check things out. So much history that I didn't even realize even after living here for 20 yrs. Awesome afternoon. Try them out

It was so much fun. I was nervous at first, but quickly relaxed. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable. So impressed. The only improvement I would make is maybe taking like a 30 minute break to get lunch or shop.

It was a great way to see everything the town has to offer. Beautiful city! And the segways were so much fun!!

Was a beautiful day and we got great training/practice before we went on the actual tour. The tour and guide were average though; decent sites but not a lot of information given on anything, and the guide needed a bit more ‘energy’

Surprised my sister for her birthday with this Segway tour. Noah, our guide, was very knowledgeable of sights in the area. He also made sure everyone was safe when crossing streets. He also knew to best photo ops.We had a blast!

Amazing experience. This was a first for me and my husband. Cam was great at making us feel comfortable. It was also a great tour. Would definitely recommend.

Learning about the history of scottsdale and being entertained by our very knowledgeable tour guide. The Segway was easy to ride and something different to do.
