Never been on helicopter nor plane. It was a great experience. Everybody was very friendly and professional. I would go back.

This was our first ever helicopter tour, with kids 15 & 8. Jesse was our pilot and was awesome! Our 15 year old son is actually taking flying lessons himself and Jesse was very informative for him, teaching him what he could on our short flight. I was worried about myself & our 8 year old possibly feeling queasy, but it was not bad, I'll go up again for a longer flight! The views are great and it's so hard to imagine how high you are and that your moving at around 120 miles per hour! We will be back for a longer flight next time. And I can't give enough kudos to Jesse, he answered all questions and threw in plenty of good info for our pilot in training!

Although the helicopter tours are fun, Miss Star makes the best pizza in town at the copter cafe. The only thing that would make it better is delivery.

We had a large group who flew with Tommy. The ride was sooo smooth. I was worried because I get motion sick but I had no issues! Jay explained everything before we got loaded up and he took some great pictures of our family. These guys were so friendly and just made it an experience we will never forget!

From start to finish!!! I am not able to express my feelings about this facility giving such extra ordinary services with super affordable rates where each one of them make sure that you have the best experience ever!!! and Indeed we all did. Helicopter was really good and pilot of course who did really smooth take off and landing. Also we got all photos for all our family in affordable rates also. You must not skip this place if you want to ever ride in helicopter. This was my first time experience and had super fun.. Thank you All.

We took the evening flight last night and it was FANTASTIC!!!! This was my first time in a helicopter and it was totally amazing!!! This was the highlight of our trip and we will never forget it. Our plot, Scott was the greatest! He was very entertaining and full of information. The boarding attendant, Caden, took great pictures of us preparing for the flight and taking off. (Caden, it think you had a great first day! We LOVE all the pictures.) Everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great time. We felt like family and not just another tour package. The magic began when we walked through their doors. I highly recommend this company and trip to everyone!!! You want be sorry!

My birthday is July 14th, gift to myself and sons. First time in a helicopter we loved every minute. Wished I would’ve rode longer. Our pilot was very informative of everything around us, made us comfortable riding, gave my son the best experience ever. Did I mention he was terrified of heights but rode a second time willingly lol thank you guys again for everything.

We went Wednesday for a quick trip up. The staff was very friendly and didn’t take long at all to get us going and flying. The fella at the photo center was amazing with my son and paid a lot of attention to him and that really touched our hearts. I wish I would have gotten his name. Thanks for giving him a little attention <3 we can’t wait to do it again. Thank you all

We had an overall enjoyable experience. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating is because I think the prices were very high for the short amount of time you spend in the air. They do offer a small discount with a coupon code though. Our pics came out great and were very reasonably priced. I loved flying over the Parkway and seeing the mountain ranges. Pilot was friendly and took good care of us. Once in a lifetime experience for sure!

I wanted to do something different while we were in the area and make this a memorable vacation. I found these tours and decided to book being my husband and daughter had never flown on a helicopter. I chose the National Park tour as we were headed to the Smoky Mountains the next day and wanted to get a preview of the park. The ride itself was about 25 minutes long and was over way too soon. We loved it up there and could have spent all day up there. It was $250 a piece but well worth it. Husband and daughter couldn't quit raving about it. When we arrived we checked in, had to get weighed then were sent outside where Jay the photographer talked to us while they were getting the helicopter ready. When the helicopter was ready we were escorted to it, had a few pictures taken and then introduced to our pilot Collin. While we were in flight we were talking to Collin and found out had just moved from our area of the country. Collin was great at answering our questions as they came up. It was over way too soon. Can't wait to go back if we are ever in the area again.

For anybody that wants a tour Jeff is an amazing pilot and Taylor is an awesome boarding attendant would definitely recommend this place to anyone

We brought kids and grandparents and this was an excellent trip, the pilot was super professional, they did a great job capturing the moments with pictures. The flight was great and the kids can’t stop talking about it!
