We love this whole experience! The tasting menu was delicious and the sake was thoughtfully paired! We learned so much about sake and wagyu from Chizuru who was knowledgeable, friendly, and a gracious host. She made our first night in Tokyo a very memorable experience!

Would be a 10 star, but have to settle for just 5* Wonderful experience! Rie was amazing and gave lots of insight whilst not taking away from the experience- so chatty and friendly making the experience amazing - Amazing food with amazing drink! Will definitely go again! 💕

This was an absolutely amazing experience. Hawaii Joe was a great guide in sharing wagyu and sake facts and details. Very inviting location and staff. Would definitely 💯 recommend to anyone visiting Shinjuku. I discovered my new favorite sake.

Rie was an amazing host. Very knowledgeable not just about wagyu and sake but the local area of Shinjuku and the surrounding prefectures. She made the tasting/pairing very enjoyable and fun. Her recommendations for other fun things to do were very valuable as well!

I couldn’t recommend this experience enough! All of the food and sake was divine. The host made us feel right at home and was just as knowledgeable as she was fun! We left completely full and refreshed at the end of a busy day visiting Tokyo. They were also so accommodating and didn’t mind when we arrived late. Arigato!!

The Wagyu and Sake were all amazing. Each prepared dish and drink was phenomenal. Andrea was a great host!! Sharing the meal with others was very unique as well.

Joe was an amazing host! He was entertaining and knowledgeable about the sake and wagyu! Everything was top notch. This is definitely something you should book while in Tokyo.

Absolutely the best food and drink pairing we have had on a tour. The Japanese beef was out of this world and the Saki was just perfect. Joe was a funny and knowledgeable host throughout the evening. Excellent experience with English guide of wagyu and sake. It was nice learning about what we were eating and the company was superb.

It was a great experience. Food was good and the sake paring introduced us to some new ones and matched quite nicely with the food. I really recommend specially if you are looking for a nice experience in english. The host was super great and helpful and we had a great time learning more about wagyu. Do give it a go if you want to have a good time and eat some good meat.

Fantastic experience! Joe was a very friendly and knowledgeable host/teacher. Native English speaker so it was super easy to talk to and understand him. We started with a presentation about sake and waygu and then got to eating and drinking. He provided some helpful guides for purchasing sake on our own. All of the dishes and sake were delicious- not a single bad course. The group was small (6 of us) and easy going, so the whole evening was fun.

This was so much fun. The beef and sake pairings were perfect. Bring your appetite cause it’s a lot of food and it’s so delicious
