Patrick was our tour guide and I have to say, he was a wealth of knowledge when it came to Savannah’s history. He also had the best stories.

I've been in a lot of ghost tours but this one is extra special. You get an emf detector and they show you real photos taken during the your in the past. It's locally owned and run an not one of the corporate tours. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide, Patrick has been leading ghost tours for over 25 years. This was our second Savannah ghost tour for 2 people in our group and can say he was far more entertaining and knowledgeable than the others. Patrick was a great storyteller and was full of history! If you are looking for a great tour, this is the one!

Lots of historic information imparted along with the tales of hauntings. Gene was interesting, knowledgeable, and avoided drama.

Our tour guide was Patrick and a wonderful wealth of knowledge about his lovely home town of Savannah! He told some amazing stories about many haunted places and the spirits still around them. He also has several really good photos of the ghosts he talks about. This tour is a must do while in Savannah. Enjoyed it very much.

I highly recommend the ghost tour in Savannah as the best experience you can have. It can be difficult to choose which tour to go on but look no further. Gene, our guide and ghost walker, was truly exceptional. We had the opportunity to delve into the history and haunting of Savannah in a small group setting. This extended tour was packed with interesting, unscripted stories, as well as backed by historical research. Gene is a personable and knowledgeable guide who shared photos of previous tour participants' sightings at the respective locations along the route. The use of EMF meters to detect activity was not a gimmick - it added a fun and beneficial aspect to our tour. Gene explained how the EMF meters worked, encouraging us to take photos when activity was detected. To our surprise, we captured three apparitions and an orb from Lafayette Square by the Andrew Low house. We tried to find a logical explanation and the following day returned to the location to investigate further, but we were unable to debunk it. This was truly an enjoyable and intriguing experience that I highly recommend. Don't hesitate to take this tour, you won't regret it!

We found it lame and boring…we definitely chose a wrong tour and found this a waste of time with questionable graphics on the iPad. When we questioned a fact told us, that we know is inaccurate, guide became defensive and we felt he avoided us the rest of the tour.

Very informative, not hokey. Gene was full of actual, verifiable knowledge and nothing was made-up or theatrical. If you’re interested in a historical aspect and eerie truths, this is the tour for you.

It was great hearing from Gene about the real stories of Savannahs and telling us what were legends. I would recommend to everyone.

This was one of the best walking tours I’ve taken. Gene was a wonderful guide and his knowledge of Savannah’s history is astounding. He answered our groups questions and told stories in a way that I may actually remember them. This is a tour I would take again, he has so much information I’m sure I’ll learn something new the next time around.

Gene was absolutely outstanding. Nothing cheesy or contrived about this tour.. Gene is a diligent researcher with a passion for the history of Savannah and the civil and the revolutionary war. We had only 5 people on our 9:00 pm tour and the time flew by and left us wanting more. Whether you are a believer or a cynic, you will learn and appreciate the rich history of this amazing city and the beautiful mansions that still exist and thrive among the silent ruins of the past.

Went on this tour for the second time, brought friends with us. Gene is a great guide and incredible historian of Savannah. As we were walking around, another guide from a different company told us as we walked by, that we had the best guide in Savannah. We of course agreed with him.
