What a fabulous day we had! It was well managed and we had enough time to comfortably see everything. Great value for money as it included a pick up/drop off from very close to our hotel. We had the best time and would definitely recommend! Hint and tip….. phone to arrange collection time and place (as requested In confirmation email) because this may vary from original document.

Guided tour up Nea Kameni was great, tour guide was very knowledgable and entertaining. If you choose to swim in the hot springs, it will stain your swimsuit if its white or very light colours. It would have been nice to have more time on Thirassia, we hiked up the path to eat at the top for lunch but didn't have enough time to explore Manolas (the main settlement on the island) The bus transfers were fine but having a guide explaining sites as we drove from the port near Fira to Oia would have added finishing touches. There was also no guidance or where to find the best spots for the sunset in Oia, we just followed the crowd and managed to get a good spot in the castle.

This was a brilliant day made more so by the guide spiros, he was very informative and fun clearly explaining the history in 3 languages the trip was well organised. It was well worth the money. We stayed on for the sunset at Oia and were more than pleased with the arrangements to get home which were included in the cost. Would recommend this to anyone.

On the day of the trip, we woke up early so we can go to the location but they sent email last night at 11pm telling us that due to weather, the trip will be cancelled. I wasnt able to read it at night because we slept early! They gave us option to do bus tour instead, of course it was disapppointing, so my family opted to cancel the trip altogether. And we'll our own tour of the island, so we rented a car. I was hoping I could get a refund but until now no refund was made. So I lost £174.

What a trip. The boat was fantastic Staff brilliant helpful We had the most amazing weather a slight breeze and 35d heat wonderful.

We paid for the tour with pickup/drop-off service (with an extra charge compared to the tour without pickup), and within the booking, we entered our hotel name as the pickup/drop-off place. We got a message the evening before the tour mentioning a pickup place that was almost a km away from our hotel, and asking for confirmation of whether we were amenable to that pickup place. I answered mentioning that the pickup was far from our hotel and our expectation was hotel pickup. No answers to my written communication, so I had to call shortly before the start of the tour (land-line only, no Whatsapp, hence you need to pay to get in touch with them if you don't have a EU telco plan). They answered mentioning that it wasn't convenient for them to pick us up at our hotel, so we had to walk. Besides sweating, the walk was also dangerous and scary, given that it was on a main road that didn't have sidewalks in some areas, with cars bases and bikes driving fast. The way back was even scarier, given that it was in the dark. This is unacceptable and never happened in any other tours.

Poorly organised, left I'm Oia with no mention of where we are or pick up time. No tour guide for coach portion of day trip. Two stars only for boat service. Never again!

Tour guide Spyros was very friendly and nice.Very clever to speak so many languages.We enjoyed the tour but there’s one thing that i don’t like with the tour, people who was wet after swimming don’t even bother to get change or put a towel on so that the people who doesn’t want to get wet won’t sit with them or there should be a space for the swimmer to sit after swimming because it’s not fair for the others who doesn’t want to get wet.

BEAUTIFUL CRUISE AROUND SANTORINI WITH WONDERFUL STAFF AND ACCOMODATING BOAT. DELICIOUS FOOD ALTHOUGH NO ALCOHOL ONLY WINE AND BEER The only problem was at the end when we were at the port watching the Sunset....there was a One hour wait to pull up to the dock to disembark...this added way too much time to an already long sail... Not a great way to end such a nice day.

The most memorable part was the swim in the hot springs ! Also the trek up the volcano where we saw the original crater and smoke emanating !!!

This was an amazing experience, varied nicely between guided activities and freebie. The hike to the active Vocano, though done on the hottest day of the year, was worth it, and our guide, Anna, was wonderfully knowledgeable and approachable, shifting seamlessly between 3 languages. The swim in the thermal spring, jumping off the boat and swimming to warmer waters was a delightful respite from the heat. And lunch and swimming in Thirassia was amazing. Spending several hours in Oia, ending with the famous sunset was an added bonus. The fact we didn't have to arrange transportation to get there and back on our own, made it worth it

Tour would be nice but the english speaking guide only showed up at the first stop and then disapeared. The captain of the boat tried to fill in. We were bundled with a russian speaking group that had lots of explanations from their guide. :-( Transfer to Oia was in an overheated bus. Not exactly the experience we paid for.

1530 start for sunset cruise to Oia from Fira Old Port via volcano, hot springs, fishing village and finally waiting for beautiful sunset. 40€ Traditional wooden sailing boat, 5€ to walk up to top of volcanic island ( good view but not worth the effort ) hot springs looked nice but only 20 mins so I didn’t go in thinking I would swim at the next spot however the sun had already disappeared and the next stop wasn’t suitable for swimming as it was a little fishing village. Booking agent should have said that gyros etc would be available or that we would be there long enough to eat at the restaurant. I felt I was hanging around. Offshore from Oia to see sunset, pretty but hey it was a subset and return to fira, a nice half day out but no more than that.

The trip was very well organized and planned. The ship was authentic and weather was perfect. The hike to the top of the volcano was not easy but views well worth it. Swimming in the springs was incredible. The visit to the small village was also lovely. The price of the trip was definitely well worth it.

My recent tour experience fell short of expectations, leaving me feeling quite disappointed. The title should serve as a warning to others who might be considering this particular excursion. Allow me to share the details of my experience. The tour started off on a positive note. We were picked up from our hotel and transported by bus to a beautiful boat that would take us to explore the volcano. However, things took a turn for the worse as the trip progressed. One major issue was the lack of shade on the boat. Only half of the seating area had shade, and by the time we were dropped off, all the shaded seats were already taken. Consequently, we were forced to endure the scorching heat of the sun throughout the journey. Surprisingly, other tour boats we encountered had shade coverings across their entire decks, making me question why our boat lacked such basic amenities. After our visit to the volcano, we made a stop at Thirassia, as indicated in the itinerary. However, the port we arrived at was disappointingly small, and aside from a lunch break at a restaurant, there was little else to do. This lengthy two-hour break may not be ideal for those who prefer to maximize their time exploring rather than sitting around. To our surprise, our guide then informed us that this boat was actually a combined tour for both full-day and half-day participants, which might explain the somewhat disjointed experience. Upon returning to the Fira port, the situation worsened. We were informed that there was no transportation arranged to take us to our next location. Our guide, inexplicably, decided to leave, leaving approximately 40 of us stranded by the port under the scorching sun. With little information provided, we waited for around 45 minutes, uncertain when a bus would eventually arrive. This lack of organization and consideration was truly disheartening. The most disconcerting part of the tour occurred when we reached Oia. We were eagerly anticipating a sunset cruise, accompanied by a knowledgeable guide. However, to our dismay, we were simply told to explore the city and enjoy the sunset, with the instruction to return to the bus by 9 pm. While Oia's charm is undeniable, it was evident that we had paid for a full-day tour with a sunset cruise that, in reality, amounted to a mere couple of hours on a boat in the morning, followed by bus transportation to and from Oia later in the day. In conclusion, this tour fell far short of its promises and left me feeling unsatisfied. The limited shade on the boat, poor planning regarding stops and transportation, and the absence of a sunset cruise and guide all contributed to my disappointment. It's important for future travelers to be aware of these issues before considering this tour as an option.

The worst tour operators we were kicked out of the NST office and told our tickets were not valid... we had to make arrangements at the dock... for another tour... I hope viator never uses this company again!!! I still have a little faith in Viator... they have never let us down...

Amazing full-day tour! Our guide Gabriel was really friendly and informative. Very sweaty walk up the volcano with stunning views (definitely needed comfy shoes). Hot springs were lovely to swim in. Thirassia was gorgeous, plenty restaurants to choose from for lunch - would recommend the Captain John. Then to end the day in Oia watching the sunset was a dream. Very long and tiring day with lots of travel, but definitely worth it!
