Wonderful tour. We had a great time on this tour. Theo was incredible. He gave us historical information about the island and a personal perspective on it. He tailored the day trip according to our preferences and was very adaptable. He showed us the village of Pyrgos, the lighthouse, the Caldera cliffs, a delicious lunch at the black beach, a wine tasting, and finished at the town of Fira.

We booked a tour with them and it was not good at all. The tour was not interesting! book something else don’t spend your time.

Our driver Gabriel, spoke excellent English. He gave us a great deal of information on the history of Santorini or as it’s also known, Thira. He took us to a local taverna on the beach for lunch, which was very authentic (I know, because I was born in Greece). My granddaughters (ages 20 & 23), also enjoyed our guide tremendously. He had many anecdotes and a self deprecating sense of humor. We enjoyed the winery, and Fira and the various sites. Would definitely recommend this. Only two negatives (none his fault). The company said they could not pick us up at the hotel and gave us another point. I had challenged it by email but they were insistent because the hotel was in the side of the cliff. As it turned out, there was a parking area very close to it. Gabriel dropped us off at this parking lot on the way back. The second item was the car had a strong smell of cigarettes. The car was owned by the company, not the driver.

Gabriel, was fantastic! He asked about our interests and took us to the different villages, monastery, picture spots, Akrotiri, and a winery with a gorgeous view. He proactively offered his recommendations but never pressured us to do anything not in line with our interests. Along the way to the sites, he told us stories about the island’s history and other notable things such as the grape basket vines. Our boys (13 and 11) were entertained throughout the tour. There’s only so much you can do in the allotted time so we are saving the rest to do another tour with Gabriel in the future.

Theo, our guide, was so friendly & welcoming! He was most interesting about the history of Santorini & we loved the stunning views through the streets of Fira & Oia, the chic boutiques & shops, the black sand beach and the beautiful view from the monastery high on the mountain. We definitely recommend Theo as a tour guide. We were so pleased, he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and made our visit to Santorini memorable and most enjoyable! Ingeorg D & Mary K

Demetrius was excellent! He was able to customize our trip to please everyone in our group including a few that needed to be dropped off early at the cable car. We enjoyed shopping and photo taking in Oia, drinking wine at a restaurant at the black sand beach, and visiting the red sand beach and monastery with magnificent views!

We did the private half day tour and had a wonderful time seeing Santorini with our guide Penny. She understood what we wanted to see, from Oia to the less traveled areas.

Our driver was informed by my wife and I, at the beginning of our 4-hour tour, what we were looking for in a personalized Santorini tour. Specifically, we requested to go to specific locales for “Instagram” photo experiences. The driver said he understood but recommended and took us to places of his own choosing and photo locations that were not what we wanted. In fact, we had to re-visit a specific location as his recommended choice of a photo location was ill contrived and my wife was unhappy. Also, he actually showed us where he once lived and this seemed very inappropriate and more about him and his experiences than about what we wanted to get out of our own. The 4-hour tour ended earlier than the 4 hours we paid for, by our choice, as we were dissatisfied and wanted to tour the area independently.

We stayed at the Volcano View Hotel and I have say the room and the view was stunning and the staff was magnificent George our Bartender and Lauren at the restaurant was very attentive.

Guide took us to see all the tourists spots but we love to go off and see how the locals live. He showed us his country and took us to a great little local restaurant on the water with nothing but locals there. It was making.

One of our favorite tours! Theo, our guide, was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. We only had 4 hours but it didn't feel rushed. He also made sure we got to see the sunset before we leave, and made sure we get back to the port on time. We highly recommend Theo, and if we have the same opportunity in the future, we will definitely book a tour with him again!! Thank you, Theo!

This was our first time to Santorini, and we had limited time as this was an excursion from a cruise ship. The private day tour was a great option to see the Island with just our group and a private tour guide. Apostolos was our tour guide and he did a great job showing as much of the island as possible in the time we had. I think we actually covered almost the entire island! You can provide requests on what you want to see on the island, but we left it up to our tour guide. He did a fantastic job. The tour is a little pricey, but it was worth it.

If we could give this tour more stars we would! It was fantastic!!! Our guide knew every inch of the island and we were able to see so much. Our highlight was visiting the winery and the black sand beach. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely perfect for our family. We had such a wonderful day!

Our driver was fantastic! Punctual, friendly and provided plenty of information without it being too much. Accommodated our requests for sites to see and more! 6 ladies can be hard to please, but he did it, we were all very pleased! Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time with Apostalis. He was amazing. He was especially helpful in getting us through the areas. One of us walked with a walker and had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely time with Theo. It's a great way to get a good feel of the island, see the main sites and absorb some of it's history and stories. Everything was very nicely organised; Theo was punctual, water for all four of us was supplied, car was clean, ride comfortable. The critical part is the tailor-made experience. Travelling with our elderly parents, we had Theo select accessible places and then for the more difficult ones we went by ourselves in subsequent days. Highly recommended!

The views were amazing. We saw all most all the attractions in a very short time period. Learnt some interesting facts about Santorini and its history. Excellent guide!

Theo was a great guide for our private tour. Methuselah at the cable car snd took us to oia before the crowds. He provided a lot of history of the island and his own story. He adjusted the day to our desires and we snoozed the crowds. We saw the archeological dig and then had a fabulous meal at the black sand beach. Wonderful day
