Axel, was amazing, great attitude and on time to pick the group up in the morning He was very attentive to our needs of the group. The tour was great, I loved every part of it, I had e to appreciate Jeep on your because I was suppose to go on a Wednesday but due to weather it wasn’t feasible. However, I was able to rebook for that Friday. I had such a wonderful amazing experience. If you going to Santiago, Chile. Definitely book a tour with Jeep on tour. It was great from the transportation, to the food and drinks. Even at the last we were able to visit the house of chocolates and before that takes lots of pictures cascades. Wonderful experience

Axel, our guide, is very friendly and attentive. The tour covers several spots in the volcano region outside Santiago. I think the hot spring is quite enjoyable (but don’t compare with those in Japan though). The tour concludes with a delicious BBQ dinner on a patio in the mountain - it was a bit chilly on my night but the ambience was amazing. The mountain view and starry sky are simply spectacular.

One of the best trips you can take in Santiago. The views are some of the best in the country and then some. Axel is a very intelligent tour guides that you can use while in Chile. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The meal was a very pleasant offering of Chilean local food that was cooked to perfection. Go ahead and book the trip it’s worth every penny.

Excellent tour — very special experience. We’ve been on a lot of Viator tours and themed excursions but this was something uniquely different. The views were unbeatable, the rustic hot springs were nice, and the BBQ under the stars was incredible. We were lucky in that there was only four people on the tour, so it felt totally personalized. I really liked that beforehand the company messaged us and asked if there was any special occasion they could celebrate — would be a great excursion to celebrate something. I’m surprised that this region of Chile does not get more press because the whole region was breath-taking. The only downside to the tour was a long drive and a bumpy, rugged road, but this isn’t bad when you consider the end result. Tour began at 1:40 and ended at 23:30, so it is a long day but worth it.

From start to finish the staff and experience was amazing; it’s well worth the cost. Communicating before booking was helpful and the staff genuinely seemed like they wanted you to have a good experience. They even stayed with our bags while we went in the hot springs. The staff are also so thoughtful, especially when caring for the dietary restrictions of my friend and me. The food was amazing and the activities were great. Only suggestions is to tell people about the high altitude. It wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for others! I would recommend this tour to anyone!!

I echo all the superlatives of previous reviews on what an exceptional experience this tour is. More importantly I cannot compliment our guide Rosario enough on her professionalism, knowledge, good nature, and attentiveness to the safety and comforts of everyone in our group.

The springs were great: rustic, natural, and hotter than those I have enjoyed in Iceland. The views in the valley and sunset were fantastic and reminded me of Peru. Keep an eye out for condors, goats, and other animals. Great guide Rosario! The food was pretty good, and there was plenty of wine at the end of the day. I would suggest more food; the day was long with modest portions in the end. We are also in a country that produces great wine at low cost, but the wine was not great. Spend a little more money. Finally, for stargazing, the ambient lighting should be powered off so as to not distract from the experience. More seating would also be a plus. Very good team and itinerary — much potential here. Could be amazing with some small improvements.

We flew into Santiago to board a cruise ship for a 16 day 11 stop cruise. We arrived a few days early to be able to see Santiago. We enjoyed excusions at each of the ports. We have cruised 17 times and always enjoy wonderful excursions. This was by far our second favorite excusion ever. We met at the office of the tour company. There was a large gruop of us. We were to take SUVs each with a tour guide driving. Rosario was our guide. If she is your guide in the future please know she is a great singer and a great driver as she had t take us in some rough terrain with sharp cut backs. Part of the fun was the group in our SUV which included stewardess, a hairstylist/cosmotologist and 2 retired well seasoned travelers. There were many great characters in the other SUVS that joined us at each stop. We stopped at a local set of falls, and the hot springs. We were regailed with information about local customs, flora and fauna. Then were taken to a deck on the top of one of the Andes mountains were we dined under the stars in an ampitheater created by the surrounding moutains. The Chilean BBQ was wonderful, the stars were amazing. I did not consider Orion would be standing on his head, in Indiana he stands upright. We saw the southern cross. All o f the guides were knowlagable. We enjoyed Pisco Sours, the national drink and amazing local wine. We highly recomend the trip.

I had an amazing time on this tour as a solo traveler. Axel, our guide, was phenomenal! His expertise and friendly demeanor truly made the experience memorable. Axel was knowledgeable about the area and its history, but his enthusiasm and passion for sharing his expertise truly elevated the experience. He went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt welcomed, informed, and safe throughout the journey. I highly recommend this tour, and Axel's exceptional service definitely warrants a raise.

First our driver was okay on the way to the hot springs unlike his "wild joyride" return at about midnight speeding through small towns and then through the streets of Santiago! I was shocked at the bathroom facilities at the hot springs! There was no electricity, the floors were filthy! There was no way I'd step foot on that floor and luckily even in my 60's thank goodness I could dress relatively easily while balanced on one foot for a short time! (good thing I'm still in decent shape!) IF you do this trip bring water shoes, because of the poorly maintained hot springs both inside the bathroom and outside where the hot springs are! (This apparently is a privately owned establishment that the tour company has an arrangement to go) One of the mid 30's man in my group said when he went to change in the bathroom that he hopes he doesn't get athlete's foot or something else while he goes in there! On the way to the hot springs they stop at a small waterfall, this is not a big deal really since its quite small compared with Many others I saw in Southern Chile just a few days before. Now, the BBQ...while the food was quite good it was not what an American thinks of as a BBQ! There were no plates, you were literally served using fingers to both take off the serving dish as well as eating! (no plates or silverware) Like I said earlier the food is good but IF you are expecting a feast, you will be disappointed, it's more like light appetizers! (dessert was 2-3 bite size cookies) The price per person in my opinion was a bit pricey considering! During my 15 day trip to Chile this was a tour I had really looked forward to doing, but unfortunately was the worst compared to all the other 9 tours we did during our trip.

Glad we took this excursion as the views and food were exceptional. Staff took very good care of us from start to finish. Be aware that the mineral hot spring is very rustic and the roads are gravel and the ride is quite bumpy. Worth the time and the money!

I enjoyed this tour and it had many dimensions. Viewings of the Chilean Andes, chocolate factory stop, hot springs dip, waterfall stop, night sky viewing, photography at every point and a great barbecue dinner with drinks. Really great range of experiences rolled into one.

Beautiful excursion. Our guide Axel was attentive & kind. The other guides that I spoke to were similar in that regard. Springs were relaxing, food was fantastic, & stargazing was breathtaking. The midway chocolate shop was covered in interesting art & had some lovely gardens, so even if you didn't want to buy anything, it was still a beautiful spot to take in the mountain views. If your itinerary makes you miss the opportunity for this tour: change your itinerary. It's worth it. Ideal for night owls.

Experience of a lifetime!!! We were finishing an Antartic/Chilean Fjords cruise and thought we had seen and done it all but this excursion was one of the top highlights of the trip. Our guide, Rosario was excellent! She was a very competent driver which was comforting since we did go on some treacherous roads. Every stop was well planned and unique. The remoteness of the hot springs and the BBQ was awe inspiring. We were never rushed at each stop and the food/drink at the BBQ was plentiful and delicious. I enjoyed how it was served-right off the grill and not all at once so the food was hot and fresh! Plus we were sitting near a fire under the stars. The star gazing was a treat-stunning and educational. There is a bit of traveling to get from Santiago to the hot springs/BBQ but it didn't matter once we arrived and realized where we were. I have taken several Trip Advisor tours and this tour ranks up as one of the best.
