We had booked a 5:00 ride, when we (11 of us) got there we were told it was a 7:30 reservation. The transaction between your agency and billing agency is flawed. We accommodated you, forfeited our dinner reservation and lost deposit. You all never apologized, just made it seem like it was our fault. Not cool.

It was magical and a completely different way of seeing San Miguel, even if you saw sights you had seen before. My tour guide was amazing and the horses are not scared of a thing. I would completely recommend it!
