The tour was useful as we had limited time in SF. Good orientation and nice also to get to the coast for some quality air. The tour guide wasn't great though. Too many generalisations rather than facts, repetition of things as though she'd forgotten what she'd already told us, and bigging up of things that we couldn't get to see from the bus which was just frustrating. Also too rushed at the stop offs; unnecessarily so as the tour finished long before the advertised 4 hours.

It was my first time in San Francisco, and there is no better way to see the city than on this city tour. The Palace of Fine Arts was the best! The bus was clean and on time. I recommend this tour.

Great tour, excellent guide and very careful driver. The coverage of the tour is very extensive and the information provided allows one to understand the local history better. The stops were good and allowed.me to take pictures. Twin Peaks views are amazing!

It was memorable. The tour was a different experience. It was on time and the bus driver was such an expert. The tour guide was obviously ab experienced one.

Everything was amazing. The tour guide Michele and the driver were friendly and helpful. The ocean´s views from Land End are stunning and unforgettable. Also, the views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Super recommended.

We unfortunately missed the bus due circumstances out of our control. Despite numerous attempts to reach the mobile listed as a contact we were unsuccessful. We would have caught up somewhere along the route but this became impossible to organise.

It was a great trip, booked last minute. Saw a lot of sights, the guide was excellent, very knowledgeable. The only thing I'd say is I wish the bus would pause, even for a few seconds so there is more opportunity to take photos when sights are pointed out.

First time visit to SFO and it was worth every penny. Excellent tour to take for understanding the history of SFO and knowing the important places. Stoppages at all important locations and enough time given for roaming around.

I totally enjoyed the SFO City tour with informative tour guide Michelle and ever smiling driver Tony. The bus stopped at important spots, went slow around places that had significance and got to learn so much about SFO which would have got missed if ventured on own. Definitely recommend this trip for first time tourists.

Awesome driver and guide. Saw new parts of San Francisco that are hard to get to and you might miss on your own. Lots of walk around, and bathroom stops. Driver navigated Golden Gate Park driving through a 100,000 person festival so we could see the park.

Great overview of the city! The destinations felt safe, and it was super easy. This is a great way to learn about the city quickly.

I took this bus tour as i had one more day in San Francisco and my sister couldn't host me that day. This was fantastic. There were 5 15-minute stops and then some drive by stops. We went to places like Lands End, the Golden Gate, Twin Peaks, a beautiful mission and the Palace of Fine Arts. Afterwards I took a great boat ride on the bay. Next place I go, I will look for another tour like this!

We took the Grand City Tour in April, 2023. Saw lots of sights, including downtown, Golden Gate Bridge and Park, the Presidio, and more. Tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. Tour was about 4 hours, about the right length for us.
