Boat ride was fun. It was rain a little and the wind made it cooler, but we enjoyed the trip. Took lots of pictures.

Amazing deal if you have the time! The harbor cruise was a perfect way to get up close to the golden gate bridge without driving. The science museum was also fantastic! (visit the Japanese tea garden while in the park). We chose to do the zoo and sfmoma with the other 2 tickets. Highly recommend the zoo. We went in December while it was a little on the chilly side but the animals didn't seem to care lol. Sfmoma was also a lot of fun(felt geared more to adults).

Some people said the pass was not worth it but in my opinion it's great. California Science Academy is worth visiting

Good value! Absolutely saves you money. With the exception of the Aquarium by the Bay (which is super lame), these are all good attractions. I recommend taking the Exploratorium and Zoo as your two options to get most bang for your buck.

Was pretty easy to use for the most part. What would have made it perfect would be explicit instructions on how to use the pass to redeem the ticket for the blue and gold cruise. I picked a time and waited in the line for 30 min to board and at the dock bridge, I was told to go to the office and redeem my city pass for a boarding pass and I had to wait another hour for the next boat.

Don’t used the CityPASS. I was only available to use it for 1 attractions. After that the tickets were cancelled. By Citypass. Even though it states that the mobile tickets are valid for 9 days, beginning the first day use and expulires within one year of purchase. Horrible experience. I had to purchase the entrance to the attractions out of pocket.

Highly recommend. We went to all 4 attractions and saved a significant amount of money. Each admission office was easy to work with.

Worked very fine and saved a lot of money! We bought the explorer pass for 3 attractions and did the big bus sightseeing, exploratorium, and California Academy of science. I would buy it again!

Purchasing the San Francisco CityPass was a very good decision. It was easy to purchase online and no pre-booking required for the attractions we visited.

Was a last second impulse, originally was gonna go into town blind as a tourist but only had one day and got this last minute. 10/10 great savings, saved more like 80-90$ per pass. One thing i wish i did was go to the Academy of Sciences first since it opens the earliest. And recommend doing all the stuff around pier 39 at once to save time if you only have one day. Otherwise was a great deal for someone unfamiliar with the attractions

So we got a late start driving from Sacramento and that kept us from using the package deal. The first stop was the zoo and it was disappointing because a lot of animals were missing. Since we were late getting there we had to run through the zoo fast with no time left for any of the other excursions. We are hoping to get down there again next weekend to finish the other activities.

Boat ride around the bay. The weather was perfect, the skyline gorgeous. We went to the zoo, it was a wonderful experience.

I’m so happy with our decision to get the City Pass! It’s easy to use and helped us choice our itinerary. Viator has so many options for tours. It’s a one stop shop! I’ll be recommending it to family and friends.

Only if you are vaccinated should you buy this because the state of California requires a vaccine to enter and remain inside place of business. Anything open or outdoors doesn't require anything so only get this if you have had the vaccine and can prove it

Not as good as other sf tours . Acquarium is a joke. Zoo is far in in the outbound. Didn't even hit Walt Disney.

I love CityPASS for making our favorite attractions affordable. We used ours just ahead of California's restrictions being withdrawn on July 1, and folks at the various attractions asked fun questions about whether or not we had reservations, what CityPASS was, and the websites for the attractions did not have accommodations for CityPASS users when we tried to make reservations. I understand that the US is just waking up from the pandemic and we were patient and folks at attractions were also patient with us. Updating websites regarding restrictions, COVID requirements, etc. would have been helpful. Potential CityPass users: be a good guest and carry a mask. Not every city, business or restaurant is as accommodating of non mask users as the places you frequent at home. Bus schedules? Us the Maps app in your phone to find bus routes to the attractions you are getting to. Apple or Google did a good job of setting their individual apps up. When selecting the mode of travel, just select the bus icon over the car or walking icons and bingo, there is the bus route.

The boat tour was fun but the aquarium was pretty small and lacking. Aquarium just has big fish 1 frog 1 snake 2 underground tunnels that are pretty fun but just big fish and manta rays

I am very disappointed with the service. I bought 4 tickets for San Francisco and only one of the attractions had a link to make a timed reservation. We showed up at the aquarium of the bay to be turned away because they were sold out. We couldn’t find the instruction on where to take the cruise also included in the ticket and spend about an hour trying to talk to customer service to get an answer. I called and got disconnected twice and had to start all over again. At the end I never got an answer. I was told to call the tour operator and they put me on hold for over 30 minutes and never connected with anyone. I tried the chat feature and they told that they will check and let me know by email which has not yet arrived and it has been more the 12 hours . In conclusion you are better off buying your tickets directly and getting your reserved time that using the city pass.

Not TripAdvisor's fault completely. The Zoo was the only attraction open. TripAdvisor did not show attraction statuses. I verified zoo was open for business and assumed the rest would be, too. Had to improvise activities for our two week stay.
