Amazing view!! Excellent food and a very good driver!! We saw all type of animals and came very close to the animals. A lot of time in the jeep was pretty tuff for the body thow..

An Incredible Experience! We saw so many amazing animals. All the hotels we stayed in were 4/5 star, although some of the 4 star ones, were like 5 star in my opinion. Our driver, Ben was the best we could have hoped for. He really looked after us & was amazing with the jeep. We did a waling tour at Lake Naivasha & got so close to the animals; never even knew that would be possible. We had a call from the owner on the last day wanting to make sure we had enjoyed everything and also got a gift for each of us. The visit to the Masai village on the final day was a specially ending to an already brilliant trip. Highly recommend this company & especially the driver Ben.

My journey through Kenya's remarkable wildlife reserves, including Maasai Mara, Amboseli, Tsavo West, and Tsavo East, was a breathtaking experience. Natural World Tours and Safaris ensured a trip of a lifetime. Each day, I marveled at the diverse landscapes and the stunning array of wildlife. In Maasai Mara, the Mara Serena Safari Lodge provided a luxurious haven amidst the wilderness. Amboseli's Ol Tukai Lodge offered unrivaled views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Tsavo West's Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge and Tsavo East's Ashnil Aruba Lodge were equally fantastic. The impeccable service, knowledgeable guides, and up-close encounters with elephants, lions, and more made this adventure unforgettable. Kenya's beauty and Natural World Tours' professionalism exceeded all expectations.

Great experience. We also started our tour with a day in Nairobi visiting the Giraffe centre and other places with Nicholas our guide taking great care of us. A great introduction to Kenya and amazing to experience Nairobi traffic... Nicholas was a great host. Our Safari was a dream come true. Our guide Harrison was also warm and welcoming right from the outset. He explained all our arrangements and helped us make the most of the experience. Getting so close to the animals was amazing and we were able to see the big five and all the animals we hoped to see. It was great to experience the three different locations and it was fascinating driving in-between taking in life in Kenya and the views. The accommodation was a good standard and with great choice of food.

Natural World Kenya Safaris is a professional company that took care of every need of ours during our Safari. We had only interacted with Ms.Esther, our tour manager over email and WhatsApp yet there was a personal touch to everything. Starting from the welcome at Nairobi and a personal visit by Esther to ensure everything was going to be okay. We then had a very cordial city excursion of Nairobi followed by excellent safaris at Masai Maara, Lake Nakuru and Naivaisha , Serengeti and Amboseli. Nothing was left to chance everything was planned and we were assisted by the best drivers Julius at Kenya, Swahibu at Tanzania and Paul back in Amboseli Kenya. The big finish was the cordial courtesy call from Mr.Humphrey the owner of the tours to check if everything was fine, this personal touch was indeed something new. We would highly recommend this operator to anyone who is considering a visit to Kenya and Tanzania

Going on Safari has always been a childhood dream of mine and my now fiancée and I had THE MOST AMAZING trip visiting Kenya last week. We travelled to and stayed at three phenomenal locations, Samburu, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara. Each location surpassed our expectations, and we were so lucky to see such varied wildlife within the natural beauty of their habitats. Along the way we were able to stop at many other places including, Thomspon falls, the equator and a Masai village – all which added incredible memories to our trip. A massive thanks to Tour Compass/ Natural World Safaris and our tour guides Tony & James & Njomo for making this adventure so easy for us to do and to all the welcoming staff along the way. We would like to give a huge shout out and appreciation to Tony who is a credit to the company! He was not only our tour guide but also became a great friend during our time together. Not only was he a joy to spend time with but he was knowledgeable, funny and the best wing man to my partner as they teamed up and surprised me with dream proposal surrounded by herd of elephants. We spent in Kenya with Natural World Kenya Safaris-Nairobi for a total 7days 6 nights. We visited Amboseli national park, Lake Nakura, Lake Navisha and highlighted Masa Mara national park. We've seen the big 5, giraffes , and many many more species during our Kenya Drive. All the hotels that we choose for our comfort package are well equipped and good services. The most important our driver Mr Patrick know well the location to see those location, and we are very lucky to see the migration in the masai mara park. But unfortunately we don't happen to see the Wildebeest cross the river. Just a small suggestion, if you are keen to get this package service with them, do let them know and adjust as per what you need, especially I think you can spend more time in Masai Mara and see the cross river scene.  And I think Lake Navisha can just skip, there is nothing much to see there. 

Amazing experience! The entire journey was very well planned and was packed with beautiful scenery, animals and culture. Our amazing guide, Fred, took us safely to and from all the locations and navigated the parks with great skill, knowing exactly where to find the majestic animals and gave us the opportunity to capture them with our cameras. Overall 10/10. Would recommend to anyone interested in safaris.

This is a team of caring people - they really go out of their way to make everything memorable. The best part of this team, according to us, was our guide - Ken. He was thoughtful, kind, and really stayed on top of what could go wrong and how to make this safari extra special. I didn't realize how much driving is involved in this safari! It's hours and hours of sitting in a car, but the thrill and joys of the Kenyan landscape and animals in the wild make this once-in-a-lifetime trip. Thank you. Our family will carry this memory forever. The only suggestion I have is to not send any of your future guests to the Muthu Lake Naivasha Country Club. I know that was not part of our original agenda, but as you know, our experience was horrible.

Had an amazing experience with Kim Ngare, tour guide extraordinare! He listened, answered all our questions, took care of us making sure all was well, made sure we were able to see EVERYTHING on our bucket list from Elephants, lions, leopard, cheetahs, rhinos, hippo’s, crocodiles, three types of giraffes, zebra and much more! He was very knowledgeable of all animals in Kenya including many birds! Our vacation was a dream come true. Thank you Kim and Natural World Kenya Safaris and Esther for being so attentive and helpful during the reservation process answering all questions so graciously and thoroughly.

We just finished a week long safari and the experience was fantastic. Our tour guide, Kim Ngare, made our trip exceptional. He was so friendly, so knowledgeable, and he did an amazing job at finding interesting animals for us to see. We were lucky enough to see all the big 5, but also so so so much more. I could write an essay on how great Kim was and everything he did to make our trip amazing, but to keep things brief I’ll just say that he was an excellent guide as well as an excellent representative for Kenya and their culture. In addition, Natural World Safaris was so easy to work with and set us up with great accommodations and helped us tailor our trip to what we were most interested in. I cannot recommend this tour company enough and if you go, definitely ask for Kim to be your guide!

Better than expected Safari experience every day. Our amazing tour guide, Sisto, was very committed to providing the best animal viewing experience and he delivered on every safari. The logistics of the lodge stays, food and transportation was 5 star. Highly recommend Natural World Safaris.

What an amazing holiday. We expected the jeep to be full but we were surprised to find just myself and my wife. Our driver Douglas was amazing. Very patient, considerate and knowledgeable. We saw the big 5 and he even stayed out late one night in order to find the missing buffaloes. To save us an even earlier wakeup call for the communal bus to the hot air balloon takeoff destination, Douglas took us himself at 4.45 am. We would like to make sure management know how much we enjoyed our trip and pass on our appreciation for Douglas! We would not hesitate in recommend Natural World Safaris for anyone considering a trip to Kenya.

Everything was excelent. We contract everything from Spain via mail with Faith, and it was very easy and clear. During the hollydays we were travelling with our guide Thomas, he speaks Spanish very well, pick up us at the airport and he was very friendly with us. We booked a six-day private tour with Natural World Kenya Safaris to Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Massai Mara. Communication for arranging the trip was great, as well as re-coordinating the trip once due to Covid-19 (Our original trip was in August 2020). We had an amazing experience everywhere we visited. Accommodations were great and as advertised. We stayed at Kibo Safari Camp, Elsamere Lodge, and Zebra Plains Mara Camp. The Natural World team is very attentive and provides everything you need for a great experience. We specifically want to highlight our tour driver/guide, Peter Kanyi, who was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about his job. We would definitely book again with them and would recommend Peter as a guide.

We did a 6 day Nairobi to Mombasa safari, visiting the Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli and Tsavo West, and highly recommend it! There was such a mix of landscapes, animals and stunning scenery between all the parks, if you have time we would definitely recommend visiting multiple parks. We were really lucky and saw all of the big 5 as well as all the other main animals. Natural World were brilliant throughout our holiday. Faith in the office was extremely helpful and responsive, helping us to plan our perfect trip so that everything was seamless. Our guide Joshua was exceptional, he did everything to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed, he was also incredibly knowledgeable about the animals and the parks as well as amazing at spotting animals way in the distance (whilst driving and with no binoculars!). We had such a brilliant time that we then booked a further Safari around Nairobi National Park with Natural World and Joshua on our last morning in Kenya, which was a great way of escaping the city and seeing some more animals. 100% recommend!

The whole safari included 2 nights in Amboseli, 1 night in Naivasha and 3 nights in Maasai Mara. Since this is a review of just Natural World Kenya Safaris and not the parks themselves, it will not include the reviews of the lodges themselves either since those were selected by us, not Natural World. Booking process: Initially, we had thought that we may book just vehicle and guide and pay for the lodging and park/reserve entrance fees on our own, but we realized ultimately that doing a full board/all inclusive safari was the best way to go so that we would have fewer hassles to worry about. An online link was provided to make 40% of the tour payment up front once we had settled all the details and the remainder 60% was paid once we arrived into Nairobi. Airport Pickup: A pleasant surprise was our pickup from the airport. This was not something we had originally discussed when we did the booking, but we were told that we would be picked up from the airport and dropped off at our nearby hotel. Although we had issues at the airport and our process to exit from the airport was quite delayed, the driver patiently waited for us. After meeting the driver, we walked a couple of blocks with luggage to get to the vehicle for our pickup. If you have roller luggage, this is not a problem. If you have to actually carry the luggage, it can be a problem. We were dropped off at our hotel and the safari started the next morning with a different driver...which we were aware of. The driver guide who picked us up was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the area. Before we got well into the drive, our driver guide gave us each a Shuka which was a very pleasant surprise again...something we had not expected. Although we were not expecting it, it became a welcome addition on the early morning game drives especially due to the colder temperatures. Along the drive to Amboseli, we saw several things where we had questions and our guide Sisto answered each question promptly. He was very pleasant to interact with and our journey to Amboseli was great. We had several interesting conversations during the entire safari, and I can see how this should be a requirement for the guides because the parks/reserves are hours apart. This means that if you are dealing with a driver guide who is not very conversational, this can become a problem. Fortunately, in our case, we had someone very pleasant to talk with. We had selected the private 4x4 Jeep Land Cruiser (no air conditioning) for our safari because we knew the weather would be pleasant (in July) and if anything we may need to layer up at times when we felt cold. At the entrance to the park, it is important to note that the park authorities can have issues with internet and other network connectivity in general, which can mean delays with payment and therefore entrance into the park. One option to make things better for guests would be to somehow call ahead and purchase tickets for the park ahead of time so that these issues are bypassed. After Amboseli, we were off to Naivasha and then finally Maasai Mara. At each location, our driver guide Sisto was able to communicate with other guides in the area and provide us with excellent wildlife viewing experiences. Navigating the park and figuring out where the animals would be is something not every guide is able to do, so we were appreciative of his experience with the parks/reserves. One of the things we had selected as part of our tour at Naivasha was not available, so our booking agent Clinton directed our driver guide Sisto to provide us with a cash refund equivalent to the cost of that part of the tour. Sisto's driving through rough terrain was safe and easy and at no point did we feel in danger. Free WiFi was promised to us inside the vehicle, but it was spotty at times. Part of the reason for this, I think, is because people used to cell phone networks here in the USA are used to unlimited data plans and so the whole concept of topping up the mobile hotspot with data was a bit unusual. And its not close to the data usage we are accustomed to at home. A 15 GB free hotspot included with your cell phone plan in the USA is normal, but it is highly unusual in Kenya to get that for your device. So there were times that our guide had to top up the WiFi for our use, which also meant that there were times we did not have WiFi in the vehicle. When the scenery outside is ok and we are traveling between destinations, this is a big plus to have WiFi. I hope Natural World can make some adjustments to rectify this for our future visits and of course, we do plan to visit again sometime! The Jeep Land Cruiser itself was comfortable and had slots to put your bottled water/drink, binoculars (provided complimentary for use by the safari), cell phone etc. Each 4x4 jeep Land Cruiser is equipped with a roof that can be pulled up high enough to where you can stand inside the vehicle and use your favorite camera to take pictures and video as desired. Bottled water (ample supply) is complimentary in the powered cooler in the vehicle. At one point, between 2 destinations, we were required to have lunch on the way. Since neither one of us really eat pork or beef, the lunch stop provided much fewer options for us and the chicken served to us was quite dry...if there's any 'complaint' we have, it's that that lunch was lacking. During our second such drive where we had to have lunch along the way, Natural World arranged for our lodging to provide us with packed lunch. An interesting thing to note here is that our chef at the lodge's restaurant was requested to come by our dinner table where we provided some thoughts on what we would like to have for lunch and those things were present in our lunch box the next day!! The customer service all around was great. Considering Kenya has now opened it's borders to tourism and every international traveler is required to provide a negative Covid RT PCR test before entering the country, it was surprising to see that even during peak season, the number of travelers was low. This worked out quite well for us because where normally you would expect a lot of traffic on the roads between parks/reserves, we experienced none at all. Social distancing at the lodges/hotels was not a problem at all. And at breakfast/lunch/dinner, there was no crowding. Right now is probably one of the best times to visit Kenya for Safari tours, we think, considering the fantastic game viewing experience combined with safety precautions. We were vaccinated and so was our driver guide, so we felt safe at all times. Staff at all lodging always wore masks around guests as well. Would we recommend Natural World Kenya Safaris to book a Safari tour for you and your family/friends? Absolutely 100% YES!! In fact, the next time we go, we will probably be using them again. The customer service was great throughout and the prices were very competitive as well.
