We had a great experience with Skyline Travel! We booked a spanish tour, and it was easy to follow. Our guide Victor was very nice, had a great playlist and even spoke some English. He always explained things about the locations we visited and was generally very helpful. The accomodations were great (and the second one was not as basic as we were told, it was clean and comfy!) There was plenty of great food and we even got vegetarian/vegan options (e.g. soy-lomo saltado). In comparison to some other agencies that offer the exact same program, Skyline Travel really has the best prices! We went to San Pedro after the tour and they took us back to Uyuni (from the border) three days later without additional cost (we checked in beforehand for availability).

Great tour! The guide, Ivan, was very patient, answered all questions perfectly and repeated information when needed (my Spanish is not the best) and he took the best photos! Both hotels were very clean (the first night I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom), the showers were hot, the food was super tasty and there was wine for dinner! If I ever go back to Uyuni (hope so!), I will definitely book the tour of the Salar with Skyline Traveller again!

Amazing trip! Everything was perfect. Our driver and guide, Ruben, was the nicest and most patient man ever. He drove very safely and always made sure we had enough time and photos at each location before moving on. He explained everything in a lot of detail too (in Spanish) so we got a lot of insight into what we were visiting because of him. The meals were super tasty, and considering the remote locations of the accommodations this was really great. The 3 days tour with skyline traveller's was amazing. Our guide Ruben not only informed us about Uyuni's beautiful nature, he also kinldy offered funny group pictures of us and continued to bless us with his road trip music in the car. I am vegan and never expected the delicious 3 meals per day, I felt so appreciated since I was nervous about this part before the trip. I would definitely recommend this agency and hope to see Ruben again since he holds a special place in my heart.

I booked the 3 day tour with two friends and it was incredible. The tour was very well organized and the food was very tasty. There were even options for vegetarians and vegans. Our guide Ruben was super nice. He knew a lot about the salar and nature, was able to answer all our questions (plus the music he played in the car was great and he took great and extraordinary photos of us that are a good memory). I can recommend the tour 100%.

We loved our three days Uyuni tour! We saw incredible scenes and places, and had great accommodations, even a Salt hotel. We were a tour with only vegan/ vegetarians and the food was always amazing and plenty of options. Our guide Ruben was great as well. He explained us a lot about the different places, cultures, traditions, nature and animals. He was really patient with everyone, really kind and a great photographer. He even put on some great music! ☺️ We enjoyed our time a lot and could definitely recommend it!

The tour was absolutely incredible! Life changing tour under the more then capable hands of Luis. He will make your tour unforgettable, with great information, some jokes and know how of the ideal spots to visit. Definitely book a tour with them and ask for Luis!

Did the 3 day, 2 night tour of the Salt Flats with Skyline and am super happy with the overall experience! Our guide Beto was incredible! He was attentive and always ready to answer questions, inform of what we were doing, and went above and beyond to ensure all of us were comfortable. Beto also took the BEST photos and wanted to make sure everyone in the group got the photos they needed to make sure this was a memorable experience. Tips to know before you go – note this trip was taken end of November: 1. American travelers – do your research on the Visa process as you will need to provide printed documents that will be kept and filed as well as $160 USD to enter Bolivia. You can buy a Visa upon arrival but the full process will take ~45mins so come prepared. 2. Get your Bolivanos at the airport – no ATMs in Uyuni as far as I could find 3. Bring more Bolivianos than you think you need you will pay for every bathroom stop, need money for park fees, cash for the small shops if you want any water/soda/snacks. 4. It gets very cold at night! Pack appropriate clothing – I recommend puffer jackets and layers underneath that you can shed as the day gets warmer. 5. Food – it is very basic as defined in the tour description. Be smart about what you select to eat as they’ll serve you some form of cooked meat, salad, veggies. It’s edible with a high risk of getting sick from it for us weaker bellied folks. Pack proper meds as you spend hours driving with no bathrooms in sight so take that into consideration when you are choosing what to eat. Pack plenty of snacks as that’ll likely be what holds you over. There are a few stores in town by the office so be sure to grab snacks for 3 days and plenty of water. They do serve water and coke with each meal but not enough water to keep you hydrated for 3 days. 6. Water –This one is so important given the harsh weather you’ll experience. It’ll be windy, desert dry, freezing cold, hot in the sun, altitude gains… the elements are tough on the body and water can really help here! Be sure to bring enough. They’ll store it on the top of the car for you too. 7. Accommodations – very basic but you’re so tired at night you will fall quickly asleep. I’d recommend renting a sleeping bag if you don’t love sleeping in jackets and layers. The bathrooms and showers are clean and you can shower but I’d recommend wipes as the water may or may not be hot. 8. Lastly, brush up on your Spanish because there is a high chance you’ll struggle to communicate otherwise. We were ok with it given we got to practice our Spanish a lot more than anticipated. Overall, really great experience and you will not be disappointed on the views and landscapes as those truly make the full experience worth it. And of course going with well experienced tour guides such as Beto at Skyline makes it worth it!

This agency was excellent and I definitely recommend them! The travel agent ANDY who supported us at Skyline in Uyuni gave us instructions, and information helped us with the itinerary, and also got a cab for us. Our guide DAVI, did all he could to make the trip better. Always smiling, he took us to places that the normally the guides do not do, he put his effort to take amazing pics, and also helped people during the cross-border time.

This 3 day trip was spectacular. The ease of booking (through Howlanders.com) was exceptional and the trip was a great value. I paid by credit card and my reservation was confirmed immediately. Howlanders promptly informed me that Skyline Traveller would be my local agency and communication from Skyline was excellent. On the morning of the first day, they picked me up at my hotel, took me to their office, where i rented a sleeping bag, and I met up with the other travelers. Our guide Saul was professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. This was a Spanish language tour but Saul's English was more than adequate. He timed our visits to key sites (and some beautiful unusual ones) so we avoided the rush of other tourist groups which was much appreciated, as August is high season. And the other guests in my groups were wonderful -- I will always remember this trip.

Absolutely fantastic tour with breathtaking landscapes, compétent, super nice and honest guide (Saul!), great timing, great flexibility (we were travelling with kids).

We had an amazing trip - from them matching us (two female solo travellers) with a great group, our driver and tour guide Ruben was so great! He has great artistic direction for us for the group photos and videos. It was carnaval when we went, so for the Tuesday night - martes de Chaya - he had a little carnaval celebration to share with us. I am so grateful for such a beautiful experience! One thing I would recommend- if it fits in your travel plans, I think it’s a good idea to take the Atacama option to to to Chile on day 3.

Skyline Traveller made us experience 3 of the most amazing days ever. We made the 3-day journey of the Salar de Uyuni into the andes incl. transfer to San Pedro/Chile. Everything went perfectly, from the start to the drop-off. The two owners of the agency are super nice, professional and helpful, aiming to provide you the best experience possible. Our driver Placido was super responsible and nice while being considerate. He was not just our driver but also guide with cool stories, well-prepped cook and professional as passionate photographer. Overall, the trip is the absolute must do and Skytravellers a recommendation. The price is quite low for that what you get and experience in the 3 days. You get more than you expected and payed for.

Great 3 day tour to Salar de Uyuni, a lot of lagunas, Arbol de Piedra, Salvador Dali and Siloli desert, geysers (at sunrise), termas, a canyon... a lot of highlights in just 3 days! Acc. were much better than expected: the first night we stayed in a salt hotel (2 pers. per room with bathroom), the second night it was 3 people sharing one room (shared bathroom/3 toilets outside). Wladimir (driver/guide) is really a nice guy. He drove safely and explained each spot we visited. Very nice contact to Angie and her sister Sol. Recommended!

The tour was amazing! I was travelling solo and was lucky enough to not only be put with the best people ever but to also had the best driver/guide on Vladimir, who made sure we'd not lack anything on our trip. He was kind, knowledgeable and always up for stopping along the way so we could take pictures or breathe some fresh mountain air. Within mere hours our group became so tight-knit it felt like we'd known each other for ages - Vladimir included (please promote him, he's excellent!). It felt more like friends take a road trip through the desert than a tourist tour. We did all the sights plus saw a few secluded places which added to the pool of wonderful memories I have about this tour. The food was home cooked and nice, nothing fancy but always more than enough to fill our bellies (and hearts). If I ever went back to do another tour I'd without a doubt book through Skytraveller again. Anghy and her sister are just the nicest women and make sure that all questions are anwered and you can fully enjoy your tour. An outstanding travel agency in the sea of travel agencies you can find in Uyuni. Check them out, you're not going to regret it.

This was hands down my best experience of my bolivia travels and it was majorly influenced by our amazing tour guide Reuben and the great company. Solar de Uyuni is amazing no matter the company you go with but Skyline gave us the best price and experience. Reuben was so lovely and warm and really made the experience, there was nothing he wouldn’t do to help. The food was excellent and there was always plenty to go around, with all dietaries catered for. One tip is to bring snacks though as there is often a long time between meals and you can get hungry. The 1st night in the salt flat hotel was great, very warm, cosy and had hot showers! We had heard the accomodation on the second night was bad and very cold but standard for the 3day tour. The 2nd night accomodation whilst basic was better than anticipated; with some warm layers we were fine. However there were no showers or toilet paper. Couldn’t recommend this tour group enough!

Ruben was a great Guide, he had a lot of nice picture ideas and create a warm group atmosphere. The food was amazing and the places we visited were incredible. The Jeep was in a good condition and the places to sleep were very comfortable.
