They didn’t acknowledge our reservation (made through TripAdvisor), and made us pay at a minimum an additional 20 euros or they wouldn’t give us the headsets. Tour was ok, but it was a HUGE group (40-50 people), and narration a bit melodramatic. I’d recommend a private or smaller group, and one more reliable/reputable. They didn’t respond to my requests for a reply when we ran into the reservation problem.

Waiting at the meeting point 15 mins prior to time and the tour guide didn’t even show up. Called the number and found out that the booking didn’t even make it through? By the way, I booked this excursion 3 weeks prior to arrival to Spain. Refund requested but still a total waste of our time.

The guidance we received hasn’t been able to recreate the history of the city and its monuments; it was just a hop on hop off interspersed with small anecdotes and commentaries surpassing the limits of the tour.

Arrived here 2 days ago. Beautiful university city. Vibrant, good restaurants, and everything Spain has to offer in a relatively small package. Very walkable!!! Our guide, Morikita, for the " 3 hour tour" was knowledgeable as to the historical nature of all the sites we visited. She was personable and quick witted and she understood and took care to respect my walking ability which is slow and somewhat difficult going uphill. Speaks English and at least 3 other languages fluently. I would reccomend her without hesitation.

Our daughter is studying in Salamanca, but we knew she wouldn’t be able to give us an good overview of the history. We had her go with us, and we learned so much. The historic area around Plaza Mayor and the cathedrals were really brought to life for us. Our guide was pleasant and thorough.

What an amazing experience! Historical, romantic, sublime! Not much English is spoken here, but no concern.

Did this tour with 'Yolanda' last week. Yolanda was pleasant and enthusiastic. Clearly very knowledgeable and in two hours the tour went to all the places that would probably be at the top of your 'hit list' in Salamanca. A couple of things though. Yolanda spoke in heavily accented English which was difficult to follow at times (i missed about a quarter of what she was saying. Other English speakers made similar comments) and the 10 euro entry fee for the University and new Cathedral are extra and have to be paid when you turn up for the tour (to be fair it does say this on the confirmation when you receive it).

Lovely and very informative, entertaining walking tour of Salamanca .. really enjoyed the day. Well worth the time and money. Beautiful city with fantastic history.

We were there, with our teenagers. Martoke was fantastic, super knowledgeable about Salamanca, its history and traditions. It was a perfect guided tour, very much thanks to Martoke herself!

Amazing guide!! Highly recommended! We did it in Spanish and she was a walking encyclopedia!! So fun too!

Amazing sites.....home of one of the oldest active universities in Europe........the city is an historical buffet..........

Estuvimos hace unos meses en Salamanca y como queríamos conocer un poco de la historia de la ciudad decidimos hacer este tour y la verdad que no nos equivocamos en hacerlo con Salamanca Espectacular, el trato fue magnífico y la guía, Yolanda, además de ser súper profesional nos explicó todo súper bien, sin faltar detalle, se puede percibir que le encanta lo que hace y que tiene muchísima experiencia como guía. Sin duda lo repetiría y se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Viator no tiene representación en este lugar, nos hicieron perder el tiempo de un viaje que no sé si tendré otra oportunidad de hacer, ni pensar en el reembolso que eso es lo de menos por qué pude hacer elegido otra opción pero confié en que responderían y no reembolso ni tour Muy mal

Nos engañaron. Habíamos contratado tour con explicación de la catedral y con la excusa del precio ,que pagábamos nosotros, no entramos. Además nos dijeron q costaba 10 euros y el.precio es de 7. El grupo muy grande, pero ellos seguian ofreciendolo en la calle cuando éramos casi 50. Además, en la universidad se unio otro grupo de casi 20 personas. La guía no los gusto, se repetía mucho , expresaba opiniones personales , y no mucho de la historia.

Solicito d esde aquí reembolso parcial. No cumplieron lo pactado,nos indicaron que no se entraba a la catedral porque era cara,10 €, cuando el precio lo pagábamos nosotros,además esto es mentira,ya que cuesta 7. La empresa, una vez empezando el tour, seguía comercializando activamente,con lo cual seríamos unas 40 personas. Dentro de la universidad se unió otro grupo del menos 20,todo.para una guía que tampoco nos gustó. Se repetía mucho, dando más opiniones personales que históricas . Nos paro se supone que a dar explicaciones , en un local para promocionarlo. El tema del guía puede ser personal, pero me indigna que me engañen.

Realizamos una visita guiada por el centro histórico de Salamanca y nos encantó, tanto lo que vimos como la guía, Yolanda, muy profesional, simpática y se ve que disfruta haciendo su trabajo, nos explicó todo súper bien, se nota que tiene muchísima experiencia como guía, recomendable 100%.

Hemos estado unos días y decidimos hacer un tour y ha resultado fenomenal ,el recorrido y sobre todo el trato recibido,Yolanda además de tener muchos conocimientos de su ciudad supo hacer ameno el tour.gracias por todo y lo recomiendo

Une ville magnifique, parfaitement entretenue et très bien conservée. Un monument à visiter tous les 2 pas, une ville animée et des gens très sympathiques ! Super !!!

Hemos tenido la excursión hoy con Yolanda y ha sido genial. Se te pasan las dos horas y media volando, porque lo hace super ameno y te cuenta muchísimas cosas, poniendote en el contexto histórico cultural en el que las cosas ocurrieron. Totalmente recomendable.

Yolanda y Chus son espectaculares. La visita nocturna llena de leyendas con teatrillo incluido. La diaria llena de realidad histórica. Ambas ricas en explicaciones detalladas y refranes y amenas, divertidas, sin prisa pero sin pausa..Volveremos con la cuadrilla a visitar vuestra ciudad mágica y… vosotras nos la volveréis a enseñar y a recomendarnos restaurantes y bares… Gracias por vuestra pasión…
