This was a fantastic experience. We met Daniela in Bordeaux who drove us to Saint Emilion to start our tour. She kept us entertained on the drive, getting to know each of us and sharing her extensive wine knowledge. Once arrived, we were fitted to our high end e-bikes and met Jorens our guide for the day. He also was fantastic, making sure we all enjoyed our day and taking us to two excellent vineyards for wine tasting. He treated us to a wonderful picnic with plenty more wine for lunch. Once back at base, he even provided some macaroons during our final short tour of the town. Everyone really enjoyed the day, and I can’t think how it could be improved.

Very good tour, Daniella was an amazing guide. Would highly recommend and do again. Knowledgable and entertaining guides paired with great wine is hard to beat.

We truly enjoyed a wonderful day on the bikes! Riding thru the vineyards and St Emillion is a highlight of our trip. The e-bikes were easy to use and made all the difference for us as we navigated up and down the windy roads. Our guide was very good and made the day even more memorable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vincent was a fantastic guide. I learned more about wine than I thought possible. Very informative and the wineries we visited were amazing. Started a little rainy but cleared up. Bikes were great and whatever wine we bought Vincent put in his bike trailer. Great little wine, cheese, meat lunches and we never tasted a bad wine. Vincent is very passionate about his tour and his job. The countryside is incredible along with history and the tour around the center of St. Emilion was a great walk around a very old and picturesque European village. Definite must do!

It was really relaxing and well organised. Andrew was a fantastic host with plenty of good knowledge on the region and its nuances, and of course wine history. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended for an easy day cruising through the key landscapes of Bordeaux’s surrounding regions.

I absolutely loved this tour! It was one of my favourite parts of a two week trip. There was truly nothing like biking through the countryside in the sunshine on the way to drink some wine. The wineries themselves were informative and the wines were great. Our group even rain into a bit of rain, but that didn't detract from how wonderful the experience was. Our guide Taylor was informative and ready for anything in between the rain and having to patch up one of our friends who had a bit of a problem with the bike. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat when I am back in Bordeaux.

Great day . A comfortable trip out to Saint -Emilion . Bikes were in good condition and were easy to use . A couple in our group were first timers and could have used some extra instructions from the host . Helmets were offered but it was indicated they weren’t needed as we were riding on country lanes . This wasn’t the case and the traffic at times was heavy . Wear a helmet . The wineries and wines were excellent, as was the picnic lunch . Our host was very knowledgeable and the trip well planned . I would book again

Fantastic trip from start to finish. Our guide, Daniella, was excellent and the trip was well planned. It was fun, informative, tasty, and we had 8 people, making it easier to manage and meet one another. Thought and care were put into every stage of our day together.

This was an amazing tour. Loved the cycling through the vines and wine tasting at the châteaux. Fabulous lunch too! Andrew was a brilliant guide, really knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. Would thoroughly recommend this tour!

We chose to stay in Bordeaux but wanted to see St Emillion via bike. Rustic vines with our guide Danielle took our group of 6 via van to St Emillion. Once there they outfitted us with comfortable e-bikes. The town and country is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend touring the area via bike. Both of the wineries were lovely and the picnic we shared was perfect. With respect to wine tasting, the best part is when you are in the city. You will go to a wine shop and taste multiple varietals and be able to compare. I highly recommend the tour

Great way to visit the Saint-Emilion and Pomerol area and taste its wines. The electric bike is a great way to enjoy the beautiful landscape at a leisurely pace. In our case it helped that the weather was perfect. It is also very important to have a good guide. We were lucky to have Nicholas, a well-travelled Brazilian gentleman. He complemented his comments on wine with interesting stories of his travels around the world. The tour took us to 2 Chateaux, a Pomerol first and a Montagne-Saint-Emilion after. I understand that Rustic Wines, the organizer of the tour, works mostly with these 2 vineyards. We were well welcomed and given thorough presentation of the wines. We walked through the vineyards, tasted the grapes when possible, got introduced to the winemaking process and finally tasted the wines. We had plenty of time for questions. We had a light picnic in the grounds of the first property before cycling to the second one. Wine from that property was served. We had plenty of time to stop between destinations to take photos. We ended the bike part of the trip in Saint-Emilion, where we had a finale degustation in a wine store and a visit by food of the town. I highly recommend this tour, particularly if you like red wine (no whites in this region) and hope you get Nicholas as your guide.

The day was a highlight of our European holiday, the tour was a group of six plus the host ... very friendly, very well organised, the sights of the Bordeaux wine region are stunning and the wines even better and ample! if you're worried about not being fit enough to ride a bike don't because the Ebikes make it easy .... In one word Perfect!
