It was an amazing experience being in Him, the first time with my 70s and 80s parents. Tom (Linh), Hung, Duy Have done a stunning, fabulous job, despite of just taking us around and showing how local traditional things are, and explaining everything in details, sharing their experience and thoughts, they have been extremely patient with my parents looking after their safety, waiting for them, and being so patient with them! I cannot ask for more! Well I like the most is it doesn’t feel like we are following a guide at all. It feels more like a friend taking you around showing you around and sharing their passion and love about the locals! And is positive contribution towards local students and understand What’s happening in their world now? Very fascinating with the cultural difference and similarity! Take care boys ! My fiancé and I booked the walking street food tour. Our guide, Thành met us at our hotel where we then took a Grab to the start of our walking tour. We enjoyed talking with Thành to learn more about himself and the area we were exploring. We sampled Vietnamese pancakes, sticky rice pudding, dry noodles, snacks, flan and drinks. We were had plenty of food and never made to rush. We loved the night market in district 10. This district had a different vibe to that of district one and three but it felt like this was more local than tourist driven. We loved visiting this area. Thành also customised the tour to suit our preferences. Thank you. Thank you Thành and Saigon Back Alley tours for providing us with an amazing tour, the best we have ever experienced in all our travels. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the city. It will be a favourite memory and of ours.

Quang was a brilliant guide and the walking food tour was interesting and delicious. Quang picked us up from our hotel and took us to district 3, away from the usual tourist trail. He took us to five local stalls/restaurants and introduced us to different vegetarian meals, snacks and deserts. Quang also told stories and some history of each area and answered all of our questions. Quang was a very kind, knowledgeable and friendly guide, and were very happy we had this experience with such a great guide. Would highly recommend!

Quang was amazing. Really friendly, super knowledgeable and took us to so many delicious places. This is 100% recommended for another who wants to see the real HCMC, eat like a local and spend time with friendly guides!

Our tour with Phi was the best part of our trip to Ho Chi Minh. He was so knowledgable and friendly from the second we were introduced. His knowledge of food and the culture of Vietnam made it such a worthwhile experience. It was amazing to be able to chat and connect with him on our walking tour, which felt more relaxed than if we taken bikes from place to place. We also visited some places that we would have otherwise missed as tourists. Everything we ate was incredible and we would do it again with Phi if we ever return to Saigon!

We had a really good time with Nhu on the walking tour. My dad is still raving about the bánh mì and the bánh xèo. Nhu also taught me some Vietnamese words and slang. Overall a great experience and I'm really glad we went. I think if you just do one experience in Saigon it should be this one!!

Stephen was awesome! We had a great time walking and eating our way through the districts. We really enjoyed the Hu Tieu noodles and broth were our favorite and the peach tea was indescribably good. We are still talking about both of those dishes. Stephen was really easy to chat with, really friendly and did a great job of mixing culture, history and food knowledge. Can't recommend him enough!

Amazing little tour, which shows you the best bites you can get in the streets. Vy and Tri were amazing guides to show us around, also get to know them as locals and what they like. Very nice and down to earth discusssions, didn’t feel like as much as a guided tour from the recording. Also some of the places are really not something you would get without locals

This was the best tour ever. We had a team of 14 and everyone absolutely loved everything about it. The guides were fabulous - knowledgeable, funny and professional. The food was delicious and the areas we walked around were really interesting.

Went to places that I wouldn't even think of going to. Ate food that I wouldn't know of or would have ever tried. I'm happy we tried new amazing food and saw more hidden parts of Vietnam. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes to try new things.

The food was great and our tour guide, Hao, was also great. We would do this tour again without hesitation. In addition to the food, Hao showed us some sites we weren’t expecting to see.

This food tour was a highlight of our stay in Vietnam. Our tour guide, Long, was friendly and full of information about history, culture and the food we were eating. This tour took us to a variety of great local places and introduced us to Vietnamese meals and snacks that we wouldn’t have otherwise had the knowledge or confidence to try. Walking between locations also provided an opportunity to explore the streets and learn more about the districts of Ho Chi Minh City. Overall this was a fantastic experience and a highly recommend as a must-do activity!

Ken our guide took us on an amazing street food discovery of HCMC, Ken's knowledge and introduction to the origins of some food was the best, Especially the Cambodian market street food section. Will certainly recommend.

This was one of our highlights of our whole trip to Vietnam. Exploring Ho Chi Minh City by motorbike at night was incredible (it’s a very vibrant place!) and Hung/Tien were sure to show us the very best spots and take us for lots of interesting walks too while they explained everything. The food was great and we were given big portions everywhere - you certainly won’t leave hungry! However, the thing you’ll get the most from is the chats with your tour guides about Vietnamese life and culture. We feel like we made two friends and couldn’t recommend this tour enough.
