We were super disappointed. I booked the bike tour when doing the planning for my husband’s 65th Birthday and we were so looking forward to it. James left me a voicemail early the morning scheduled to inquire where we were and we were late. The seasonal hours changed at some point to 7:30am and our tour was scheduled for 10am and were not informed. We were so disappointed when James informed us of what happened. Just one of those things and not really anyone’s fault. James was kind, refunded our money and provided us with 2 hours of e-bike time at no cost. Next time we are back to visit Tucson, we will try again to take the tour.

Great ride through the park. Electric bike made it easy to go up the hills and our guide was knowledgeable of the plant life.

There were four of us ladies (age 60 to 67) and we did the half day Saguaro National Park East tour. Our guide, John, was EXCELLENT. He was patient, kind, encouraging (varying abilities) and very informative on the area's history and nature. The bikes were a blast, and John certainly made the whole thing more fun. Although we would have liked the option to purchase a gel seat, we all give this experience a full 10!

This was my first time on an e-bike, and it was so much fun! Carol was an excellent guide. She ensured we were all comfortable with our bikes and shared so many amazing facts about the park. We had beautiful weather, and this was a great way to spend the morning.

Carol was a great guide and very friendly and knowledgeable. A real professional. We’d love to do another ride with her. One negative observation… Pedago recommended the food at Saguaro Corners but it’s not very good. The staff is friendly and efficient but the food is below average.

The guide Chris was excellent. The ride itself was easy but would have been difficult for me without an e-bike. Learning about the park was the best part. My wife had to cancel at the last minute because of illness. We would have appreciated a refund or Viator credit for her ride.

A great way to explore the park. Carol was knowledgeable and offered us several different options for trails as we toured the park. The e bikes were easy to learn to use and made physical effort to pedal an option. All right of us enjoyed this two hour tour.

My family and I had visited the Saguaro National Park 5 years prior and we had some fond memories of hiking through there. When we learned that it was possible to experience the park on a e-bike, we knew we had to sign up for that! We’ve been on e-bikes before, but these ones were a bit different than the ones we are used to. The bikes used on the tour are Class II e-bikes, which have a throttle and a bit more power to them. Chris, our tour guide was very friendly and informative of both local wildlife and e-bike safety. Because of this, the trip was very enjoyable and everyone in my family felt safe and well-informed.

Chris did a superb job! He was funny, entertaining, and very informative. We thoroughly enjoyed the ride through Saguaro.

This was our first time on an E-bike. We had good instructions before taking off. Our leader, Chris, was knowledgeable, friendly and funny! The Saguaro Natl Park was amazing, beautiful in every direction! We learned a lot and had a great time on this amazingly beautiful day!!

Being able to ride a bike again though it took about a third of the trip to be fully comfortable which is quicker than I imagined. The frequent stops at the lookout point were not only informative but went a long way to helping to get comfortable with the control issues.
