We thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Kevin was our guide and he showed us so many different animals on our trip from birds to lizards and even howler monkeys! Towards the end of the trip we stopped on shore and enjoyed a freshly cut pineapple. After we wrapped up the tour we had lunch together and Kevin gave us a tour of the farm. There were pigs, goats and chickens. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we were going to make sugarcane juice as well! A few people from the tour volunteered to make the juice and the rest of the tour got to taste it. This tour felt very authentic. We loved it!

Absolutely amazing trip! Saw so many animals and birds! Our tour guide, Tala went above and beyond to make the trip special! We were on the water for over 2hrs and it was such great value for money! Great food and drinks afterwards!

Warner and the team were amazing! We got on the river and immediately saw a crocodile and we continued with howler monkeys and iguanas. Lunch after the safari was also delicious. The team took great care of us. Would highly recommend this tour if you love being on the water and seeing wildlife in their natural habitat.

Warner was an amazing raft guide. Helped us stop for great pictures. We saw so many cool animals with the help of him.

Warner was a great guide. He pointed out all the wildlife and gave great information. We saw monkeys, an owl, lots of different birds, lizards and an iguana plus a crocodile.

I was worried that the safari float would be boring but it turned out to be my favorite activity from La Fortuna. Our guide, Kevin, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, observant, funny, and great with our whole family (we went with our two kids - ages 7 and 9). We felt safe throughout the entire experience. We saw lots of animals (sloth, monkeys, iguanas, toucans, etc), enjoyed our fresh fruit snack, and the kids got a huge kick out of swimming in the river. The lunch and farm-tour were an added bonus but I wouldn't say the highlight for us. Overall, highly recommend.

This wasn't a great experience. Our tour guide Sara seemed to be in a hurry to get it over with. We saw other safari floats from other companies on our way and they were stopping so that they could get a close up look at animals. Sara ridiculed the other tour guides and how they were stopping at every single creature (which is what we wanted to do because it's a SAFARI). Meanwhile we never stopped when we saw something interesting, which wasn't much because Sara didn't point out anything that wasn't already obvious. At one point, we came across a different safari float tour guide checking out bats in a tree and he motioned for Sara to let us see it, but she didn't even stop in the spot for us to see bats. The same happened with an owl other people were looking at. Suffice to say, at the end of the tour, everyone in my group wished we had booked a different safari float.

This was a fun relaxing adventure. Drifting down the river was serene and beautiful. Sara did a great job answering so many of our questions. The lunch and farm tour were an added bonus!

Our group very much enjoyed the Safari Float trip. It happened to be raining the morning we went (it is the rainforest) so that may have kept some of the wildlife home in bed. Pretty float through the jungle on a slow moving portion of the river. Excellent guide and equipment. Picked us up and dropped us off at our VRBO. Nice typical Costa Rican lunch provided at the end.

Our guide Sara took us for a beautiful and informative Safari float where we had the chance to enjoy a relaxing trip down the river, seeing the beautiful birds and a distant sloth. This was followed by a delicious lunch and a tour of the farm. We had a great day and recommend this experience if you are looking for a low key way to see the natural beauty of Costa Rica.

We had such an amazing day! Moses was the best tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the animals, plants and ecosystem of the river. He found many creatures that live there, including many different birds, reptiles and even howler monkeys! It was peaceful, yet educational, at the same time. After the tour, we had a delicious lunch and a tour of a working farm, including learning about plants and animals that are raised there. We ended our day with watching how sugarcane can be pressed into juice and enjoyed a fresh glass. What an amazing experience. We highly recommend this trip and ask for Moses!!

The tour was so peaceful and a beautiful experience all together. Our guide Sara made the experience that much more calming, by pointing out the wildlife and giving off small tidbits of knowledge every once in a while. We were able to enjoy a typical costa rican lunch and coffee afterwards, with a little walking tour of the farm at the end.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I saw at least 20 monkeys along with many birds, iguanas, and bats. Our tour guide, Warner was INCREDIBLE. So informative, smart, fun, and kind. I felt VERY taken care of and after rafting you get an incredible meal and a coffee demonstration/tasting. I was worried before that the water would be fast or that I would feel unsafe but I felt very comfortable and it was the most fun I have ever had. Warner stopped whenever we saw anything cool and I got the best photos of two different kinds of monkeys! Best tour guide ever. Great food. Incredible experience. Do not go to Costa Rica and miss this!!

Once in a lifetime amazing experience. We had Warner as our tour guide and he was able to point out SO much wildlife. We saw probably 5 different families of monkeys and two different species! Plan to spend your whole afternoon here after the float for even more incredible experiences! Warner was an amazing guide and took lots of pictures and made sure we stopped and enjoyed the monkey families for as long as we wanted.

Our guide Warner was spectacular. He showed us monkeys, bats, birds, and lizards on the tour. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the rainforest.

Grievin & Sara were absolutely fantastic tour guides! Our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed an authentic experience from experts that took good care of us and educated us while having fun. It was extremely convenient (picked up, given food and water and snacks, driven home). Would return 10/10.

It was nice, no effort float on the river but didn't see any wildlife. Kids enjoyed the raft since they are too young for real rafting. Lunch and snack were nice too.

Sara was our tour guide and she was amazing and a wealth of knowledge! Would highly recommend this tour.
