Great experience! The guides, Lek and Vivi, were both super friendly and helpful!!! The ride was long and hard at parts, but it was gorgeous countryside. They were super patient when we went slow (or walked the bikes up hills). Lek was giving my teens lots of tips to improve their technique. It was totally worth the work :)

We did the rural explorer with our two boys, aged 6 and 8. It was a great experience, helped by good communication before booking and also an excellent guide on the tour itself. Beautiful countryside and decent bikes. Plenty of water, snacks and good food at the end. A great adventure, all in all.

Very well organised, pickup at the hotel followed by a coffee and overview of the day. First the waterfall, a short hike through wonderful nature and then on the bikes. Just must do this when you want to experience rural Chiang Mai, the mountains with paddy (rice) fields ... ending with a great meal. The guides are very knowledgeable about the area and make sure everybody's enjoys the ride.

This was AMAZING. One of the most beautiful bike rides of my life. Our guide was superb. There was a “recovery” car following us in case we got too tired and at various pit stops the driver from the car would bring us water and fruits which was fabulous. One of my best vacation days ever. Also, I am not a very good biker and the guide was so helpful in walking me through changing gears on hills (I recognize that most people would not need this kind of help) and he was super patient with me when I wanted to stop and take a rest or take a photo. Just a glorious day.

We loved the tour and felt safe the whole time! It was challenging but still fun. Thank you Kom for looking after us! Next time we want to try the harder routes.

Very good organization, very nice team, good price. The tour we did was a great way to discover the country side. What is reassuring is that there is a car following the group at all times, so if somebody is tired (which did not happen for are group) they can always finish the tour in the car.

An amazing day. Started with a short hike to some wonderful waterfalls. Then off on the trails on our bikes. Very fun ride on some back roads and pretty rough trails. Wonderful food was provided. This was one of the best organized days I've even been on. Highly recommended!!

Pick up was on time as scheduled and free coffee was given during the short briefing. There was a short walk to a waterfall and caves prior to the bike ride, which was interesting. Bicycles in my estimation were of quality but well used. There was a lack of any safety equipment other than helmets that were provided…no bicycle gloves, or padding for knees and elbows. An excellent Thai lunch was provided at the end of the ride. All in all, it was a quality adventure at a reasonable price which I would recommend.

Good experience, the staff were professional and takingcare very well. This is my second time to join their activity and will be the next time for sure :)

A great day with a trip to an amazing waterfall on foot followed by a great ride through some quiet Thai countryside with great views and rolling roads. A few hills to get the heart pumping. Plenty of refill stops, sticky rice, water melon, coconut and a top quality meal in a waterside restaurant. All the guides really helpful and knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough. In addition they took some great photos and videos which were sent out after the ride. Would definitely ride with Trailhead again.

The staff made it such a great experience! Their sense of humour, knowledge and skill level. They understood our abilities and encouraged/coached when necessary. Such incredible scenery! Very well organised and so glad we did it! We got to see Northern rural Thailand!

the tour was fun but also a bit challenging with the rain and mud. some roads were flooded, however the guides were able to find alternative routes immediately. we were provided with fruits and drinks along the way so i didn’t feel hungry even though lunch was at the end of the tour. some parts were challenging for me especially the slopes but i still managed to finish the journey. overall, it was a great experience

The tour and the view was great Vivi and James were amazing . They are so Nice , professional, warm and patients for any needs , requests , feeling and changes kids asked during the tour . Really enjoyed our day out with Trailhead. Some stunning views along the way. Super professional and took good care of us. They also helped take some photos and videos along the way for us which they emailed the day after our trip. The bike ride was listed as easy (it was not very technical), however there was quite a bit of up and downhill riding so probably more enjoyable for those with a moderate level of fitness. Definitely recommend following Trailhead for tours.

What a great day out with the family. The guides were pleasant, helpful and professional. The day was well planned and we had our support vehicle following where we could leave our bags, they made plenty of stops for supplied cold water and to catch our breath. They also had some pop, watermelon and coconut. The route was just the right amount of challenging with lots of fun hills to bomb down. The views alone were worth the price of admission. Photos and videos were also included in the price whereas many tours charge extra. We were a family of 4 with kids 13 and 15.

My family and I enjoyed a great trip into the mountains and fields outside Chiang Mai - on the way to Pai - in Mae Ping, drove past rice paddies and through bamboo forests, saw various orchards and enjoyed a lovely Thai lunchon on a lake. Had great guides Khun Lek and Ahkom who came with us on the trip. Lek was guiding on the bikes and explaining about the surroundings and Thai life and Khun Ahkom was driving behind and helping out with everything. Higly recommended as a great fun day out while in CM! Thanks!! :-)

We had a great trip with Trailhead. A beautiful mountain bike ride, that was not too hard, through a beautiful rural valley north of Chiang Mai. Kom, our guide, was great and super helpful, and all of the logistics and management were handled to perfection.

Lek and his team was absolutely amazing! So helpful and professional. I was not feeling well today and they were spline and accommodating throughout. Someone stayed with me the whole time so I can do the biking in my own speed. The countryside is absolutely beautiful. This is such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
