Tour guide was very good lot’s of stories lots of information about rocks and talking about the fire service was great we were all glad we took tour

DeDe was our guide and we really loved the tour, especially her explanations of the history of the area. She showed us lots of historical photos and really accommodated our photo taking. The experience was so much richer than if we'd gone to the Royal Gorge by ourselves -- she took us places in the jeep that most people aren't allowed to visit. She even showed us screen grabs of the movie in which she was an extra (which we watched later that night).

Our guide was excellent. She did a great job telling the history of the territory. My husband did the zip lining over the Royal Gorge & loved it.

Mike was an excellent tour guide! He knows the gorge’s history like nobody I could imagine! My wife and I had a wonderful experience!

Getting hailed and rained on. The gorge bridge was also really cool. But didn’t get to go to third park because of rain.

The Royal Gorge Loop Half Day Jeep Tours by Colorado Jeep Tours was amazing. Coach is an excellent driver and tour guide. He is so knowledgeable and kept us entertained the entire two and a half hours. The scenery was beautiful and we went places only the jeep could take us, but we always felt safe. I would highly recommend the tour and you can't go wrong if you get Coach as your driver and tour guide. We would definitely go again and try the Red Canyon tour this time!

Richard was a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide. We had a great time learning history and science of Colorado.

Great tour. We went to many places that we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to see. Our driver was super nice and knowledgeable about the area. I think his name was Steve. The only recommendation I have is to maybe offer a shorter tour. We did the half day, and it may be a little long for small children or older people. We traveled some pretty bumpy roads, so be prepared for that. It was super cool to drive the Royal Gorge bridge and Skyline Drive.

Too much back road, arid scenery. Better if more time at Royal Gorge, with time to walk across bridge, not just ride.

The tour was about as advertised. It wasn't quite as adventurous as I thought it would be. But, it was definitely beautiful and included some picturesque vistas. The person who greeted us at the business was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our guide was also pleasant, knowledgeable, and kindly provided a cooler of water and covered our seats during a break to ensure they wouldn't become too hot in the sun. Overall it was a good experience. However, I wish it were a bit less money. Including the tip (which was well deserved), the overall experience for my family of 6 was about $1,000. I'm still glad we made the trip and I know inflation abounds in every industry. But, I just don't think the value was quite what I was expecting. If I could do it all over again, I would instead try to do a full-day experience.

This hidden gem of a town, at least I have never heard of it, is made all the nicer when you take a jeep tour to the Royal Gorge. It is an adventure traveling in a jeep with our guide, Suzanne. She is very knowledgeable of the surroundings and had a lot of interesting anecdotes. Our Jeep did break down, luckily at the bridge site, but she got us right on another jeep with another guide, Coach, who took our group for awhile and was very welcoming of us. Suzanne was able to get another jeep and picked us up again so that we could continue our journey with her. All of this was without missing a beat of the tour, so very professionally done by this company and the guides. It was an extremely hot day, but Suzanne provided us with plenty of water which was so nice! I would definitely take this tour again because we got to explore areas that the general public cannot get to. I would love to visit Canon City again now that I know about it because it holds a rich history of the west. There were some naughty, biting flies on some portions of the ride, but that is no fault of the company, but I would bring some bug spray that may help and something with which to whack those little buggers. All in all a great trip at the 1:00 time slot and the bridge area also sells food, alcohol, and other beverages too so you can get a nibble during that stop on the trip. Just do the trip! It is fun!

We went on the morning tour, and although it was hot, there was a nice breeze. By the end it was getting toasty. We went on the royal gorge tour and did not feel like we needed the stops after the Skyline drive. So ending at three hours would probably have been plenty. There were some bumpy parts, but it made it kind of adventurous. FYI: At the gorge, you do not walk across the bridge you go to the overlook deck. It’s a beautiful view from there. But if you wanna walk the bridge, you have to come back later that night. We paid 130 per person. Which I thought was very high. They have now increased it to 150. I think they are overcharging at this point. We loved Mike!!

Had a great time! We went out on roads not open to public. Our driver was very informative and pleasant, was able to ride across Royal Gorge Bridge, and able to get lots of pictures. Would go again!

Tom, our guide, was a wealth of knowledge. We had a great time and saw areas that we would not have seen if we were sightseeing on our own.

We did a full day tour with Royal Gorge in the morning and Red Canyon in the afternoon. We had a great time, lunch was arranged and ready for us at Pizza Madness. We saw beautiful scenery and learned a lot about the history of the area. If given the chance DO the zipline across the gorge. And added fun was the jeep ride over the rough "state roads" that are dirt and rocks.

It was great! Dede was a wonderful guide, & she went above & beyond to ensure our safety, fun & learning!

This was a great experience and I am so glad that I booked it! This is the way to see the Royal Gorge, especially on a super busy day. Our guide was very knowledgeable and I loved that we got to see stuff that I never would have known about on my own.

Fanastic tour about 31/2 hours. Mike our guide was really great. It was fun and educational. The scenery was beautiful. My sister and I had a fabulous time. We're 83 and 78 respectively and had a blast. worth the time and money.
