Great day but we left a book on the bus. Trying to get it back is difficult. I would take it again thank you

Wow what a great experience!!! The bus driver and Hannah Hanse the guide was amazing.
Highly Recommend!!!

Busy day with lots packed in. Monica was a great guide. Despite the weather, it rained most of the time, I was able to see some great sights. I wanted to take photographs of the castle from Mary’s bridge and was able to do so but had to foresaw lunch for an on the go sandwich To ensure I got my place in the bridge queue and made the castle tour at the set time. The walk at the end of the day is quite a trek fortunately I was able to jump in a horse and trap but be careful these guys only leave when all the seats are full!!!

Great Trip, fantastic hosts. No issues with the COVID situation, well prepared and social distancing on bus. The Scenery at both locations and whilst travelling around the Bavarian Alps is stunning and we had time to stop for 30 mins at an Alpine Village which was a bonus.
The Bonus of current COVID Situation meant that albeit Neuschwanstein was busy apparently it was no where near how busy it would have been under normal circumstances to access to all the viewing points were accessible.

Things were a bit delayed in the morning but tbe tour still went mostly as expected. Due to covid-19 the castles were quite empty so it was possible to see a lot and to really enjoy the experience. Our tour guide was always very informative and told us a lot of details about the history of the places we visited.

We had a lovely time. We were worried the tour maybe too long, but the timings worked out quite nicely.

The trip was fantastic. The timing leaves you no margin of error if you want to experience the most of it but on the other hand, who would book a trip longer than this one?
I was already having second thought about this one because of its length, and I have no regret, every stop where meaningful, enjoyed the whole experience, great couch, great guide.
I highly recommend it.

Hanae, our guide, was great!! She explained a lot about the history of the castles and locations. The entire trip was excellent. Agenda is pretty packed and almost to time to look around, nonetheless it was very nice and organized. The guided tours on the castle and palace are a little rushed (nothing to do with grayline, these are the actual attraction guides) and not being able to take pictures inside the properties is a bit disappointing. But overal experience related to the tour was great. I would definitely recommend.

Monika, our tourguide, told wonderful stories about king Ludwig and made the bus ride (luxurious and spacious) already a great experience. Also our driver, Senat, was very friendly. If you are looking for a perfectly well arranged day tour with beautiful sites, make sure you book this one!!

Oberammergau stop was nice and we were able to walk the streets and enjoy paintings on the houses and small shops. Both castles were very beautiful, and were decorated much more over the top than many European castles Our guide, Paul, was very fun and had some good stories. You might even get him
singing. Paul has some good history of Ludwig II and his family. The actual castle tours require the castle guide. They were informative, although a bit quick. Both castles are worth seeing, and the area around the castles is stunning. It is a long day, so having a driver and guide made the day much easier!

If you're hesitating, go for it.

This was a great day out.
And we covered so much more than we could have if we'd been doing it by ourselves.

We had a great tour guide. I enjoyed everything we learned on the bus.

The castle was outstanding, and the countryside on the way stunning.

We had time to get lunch and then walk up. My mum isn't the fittest but we took our time walking up and got there with time to spare.

Tour guide was fun, nice, and spoke a few different languages. They had a bathroom onboard the bus, it was a two story coach. Timing is tight, but I expected that from the description (it's not until you get there, you want to stay longer). First Castle was ok, the grounds were more impressive that the actual Castle. The second stop was fun, but not long enough to do anything besides visit a gift shop and get a quick bite. The big Castle was the money market of this trip. It takes your breath away. Don't be lazy, walk up to the bridge to see the Castle, it's unreal and breath taking.

Tour guide was very friendly and informative adding little anecdotes along the way. Bus was comfortable

A well organised day, we got to see lots in a short space of time. The castle is truly magical and Danielle is so friendly and knowledgable

Our trip was wonderful! Paul was the best guide one good only hope for. He was so informative, gracious, and fun all wrapped up into one. Our driver was also very nice and gracious. My husband and I cannot express enough, how happy we were on this trip! Thank you all and most definitely to Paul!

Great bus ride from Munich and the tour guide was awesome! It was cold and it snowed at the castle but that just made the day better. I recommend this excursion!

We toured with our four year old son (plus I'm 5 months pregnant) and everything was very well managed by Lucy, our tour guide who was very knowledgeable and humorous. The tour guide at Linderhof castle was very experienced and entertaining and the castle itself is certainly worth a visit. Neuschwanstein (my second visit) was wonderful too and all in all, the best thing about this tour is that you don't need to worry about queuing at any point and maximising any spare time you have dining, taking in the views etc. We didn't quite have enough time to do gift shopping and skipped the Oberammergau visit due to traffic.

This was a well organized tour that took the planning out of your hands so that you could just enjoy the beautiful views. Paul was a very knowledgeable guide and kept everyone entertained on the trip to and from castles. Highly recommend for a day trip.

Tour guide was great. Driver did a fantastic job driving us safely through the snowy weather. The castles were beautiful and it was overall a great experience

Annette my guide was wonderful! The bus was clean, ride was smooth. I'm very glad I have joined this tour and get to go to 3 places without using my brain at all! Yes you are paying more but there is no fuzz!

I would highly recommend to everyone!

Thank you for such a lovely trip. I would recommend this one because it’s gives you plenty of time to explore. Like all bus tours I have ever been to obviously you got to follow the time but the knowledge he had of both the castles and local
History was amazing. Our guide was very friendly and always ready to answer queries.

Tour guide was really friendly, the views were absolutely amazing! i totally recommend going to this tour.

I went on this day trip as a solo traveler, and highly recommend! It was one of the highlights of my trip.

The pick-up spot was really conveniently located, right next to the central train station (Hauptbahnhof). The tour guide was very funny and energetic, and made sure her group learned a lot about the castles on the drive there and back. Both castles are incredible. Linderhof is much smaller but well worth the visit, and the surroundings are stunning. Neuschwanstein is breathtaking, and the views from it are too, so I didn't even know which direction to look in the whole time I was there.

If you're visiting during high season, be prepared for crowds. They didn't diminish my enjoyment of the experience. Also, if you walk up the hill to Neuschwanstein, first take a detour to see the castle from the bridge, as it's probably the best vantage point for pictures.

Lisa was a wonderful guide who made the round trip enjoyable with her stories and her kind manner. The bus is very comfortable and the stops were just long enough. The castles, of course, are stunning. Just be prepared for stairs upon stairs!

This pleasant bus tour lead by Elisabeth and her driver started in the morning across from the Munich train terminal. Elisabeth gave us a wealth of information during the trip that included both palaces. I highly recommend this tour.
