We enjoyed our first few trips with BD but the past 3 have been bad due to either having to wait 45 to 90 minutes and on one occasion having a shared shuttle even though we paid for private. On that occasion everyone else had also booked private so it shows over booking on BDs part. The people are always nice and courteous so that’s a plus but people pay for private transportation to get to their hotel fast and not wait in the sun for the transport to show. Frustrating and will be looking elsewhere going forward.

We booked round-trip airport transportation with BD Experience. We arrived in Cancun, found them and were told we had to go find them in Playa del Carmen to get our return instructions because we have to hear about their excursions. Weird, but we had already paid so I figured I'd just email the company in a few days to confirm as we use a different excursion company and had already reserved activities for the week. Return day comes, we arrive to the pickup area at our hotel early, 20 minutes after they were supposed to be there I email back to the confirmation email- nothing, I called the 800# and get Direct TV ads, I finally find a local number and get someone who informs me that the van broke down and they aren't coming, I asked her why they hadn't called and she just laughed it off, I asked if she could recommend other last minute transportation and she said she didn't know again. We ended up paying an additional $100 for a cab and are now spending a ton of time with Expedia trying to get half our money back. Scam company, do not use them, use anyone else, even a taxi.

Horrible feeling to be stranded at the airport. Had to fight tooth and nail to get someone to pick us up from the airport. Lack of communication between Costco travel and BD left us stranded for over an hour. When calling BD Travel was hung up on after kindly telling them our predicament. Would definitely chose amore professional tranpo next time. Costco Travel and BD Experience:1/5, would not recommend.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received from a private transport company. Customer service was rude, unhelpful and downright condescending. A waste of time, energy and money. Look elsewhere for transport. Zero complaints about the actual drivers.

Horrible experience! We have done many trips to Cancun, staying at all-inclusive resorts and always pre-arranging our shuttle/taxi to and from the resort. We had never used BDE before and never will again. When we arrived, we were told that 4 of us had not ‘confirmed’ our reservation (we were a group of 6). We booked through AA Vacations, so we didn’t know what they meant by this. Through a few conversations we showed the agent our voucher, the flight numbers for the rest of our family (who were coming in later that afternoon), as well as our return flights. We were told to talk to the agent at the resort to get our pick up time back to the airport. At least 45 minutes later, we had a van. We hoped the group coming in later wouldn’t have the same challenges, but they did despite us giving them the info while we were waiting for our pickup. Two days before we were to leave, my daughter’s boyfriend, who is Mexican American and speaks fluent Spanish, went to the agent at the hotel to arrange our pickup. We were two groups again. He gave BDE our flight numbers, room numbers, first and last names of everyone. BDE gave us a pick up time of 4 hours before our flights even though the hotel was less than 30 minutes from the airport and we were not checking bags. I went back up to ask for 3 hour difference and was firmly told no. Departure day, the boyfriend was waiting at the front while the rest of us sat in the air-conditioned lobby. Again, they told him they only had a reservation for him and my daughter. He told him he wasn’t leaving without his family. The van was empty so it we climbed in we were able to leave. When the second group went to leave, again, they claimed only 1 of the 5 had a reservation but this time, they only had 1 available seat on the van. A couple of them got upset and yet the BDE agent just smirked about it. Luckily the hotel concierge called a taxi for the 4, thinking the 5th would get on the van. However, the van driver just shut the door and wouldn’t let him on the van. The 5 got in the taxi and paid $100. We have filed a complaint with AA Vacations.

Coordinated airport transportation, snorkeling to the coral reef and a visit to Rio Secreto. Great family vacation.

Very disappointed in this transfer. We booked a private transfer and had to wait over 30 min upon arrival. At first they said 10-15 min and then kept bumping the delay by 5 min. When booking the return to the airport, we were told we had to leave 5 hours prior to our flight! We are only 20 min from the airport! Every other company said 2hr45min - 3 hrs in advance. Avoid this company!

Don't do it. This company arranges the time they will pick you up which turned out to be a mistake. After pickup at our hotel, we confirmed our airline verbally with the driver. The driver then took us to the wrong terminal at the airport unbeknownst to us. He dropped us off with our luggage and took off. We then discovered we had to be at a different terminal which would cost us a 50$ cab ride. Because he dropped us off with so little time before our flight we could not get help from the company in time to make our flight and our only choice was the overpriced cab ride. They were of no help when we contacted them about the mistake, even implying it was perhaps our mistake regardless of the fact that they arrange the pick up times and confirm your airline and flight before and during the transportation. Seemed like a total scam. Barely made it in our flight, lucky for us it was delayed. Additionally being 7 months pregnant got me no additional help or consideration. Excrutiatingly unpleasant all around. Go with a different company.

Our pickup from the Cancun airport went flawlessly. We had booked a private transport through Costco travel with BD Experience and the rep met us and took us to our van immediately. They sanitized our luggage (mostly hygiene theater, but we will take all the cleanliness we can) and drove us right to our resort on Maroma Beach. The driving was good and the van was clean. On the way back, we needed to change our time and couldn't reach any rep through the app they recommended we use. In the end, our hotel called them and they met us right on time at the earlier appointment we had rescheduled. It was no longer a private transport at that point, but given the last-minute changes on our end, we didn't complain or ask for a refund.

Perfectly delightful ride with Juan Manuel Olmos Ayala from our hotel at El Dorado Casitas on the Maya Riviera. He was informative and interesting. We had to navigate an automobile accident and we trusted him every step of the way. Thank you Juan.

Pesimo, no lo contraten. Reserve mi traslado aeropuerto-hotel a las 8pm y pasaron por nosotros hasta las 9:45 pm sin darme razón alguna. Ni el representante en el aeropuerto ni vía telefónica me daban atención.

Eh acudido varías ocasiones a esta empresa para compra de viajes y traslados y la verdad toda vez ah sido agradable, ya que todo lo que ofrecen en cierto, no mienten, cumplen, son puntuales, el personal agradable, amable y las unidades de traslado súper buenas‼️ Se los recomiendo ampliamente ya que te brindan toda la información que necesitas para que hagas de tus vacaciones un verdadero sueño 😃😃😃
