I wanted to let you know what an incredible time we had on our tour today with Giorgio and Marco. We honestly couldn't have asked for two better guides than them. They were so knowledgeable about every place we stopped and even other questions we asked. They were funny and very personable. We felt like we were with good friends touring their city. Marco’s knowledge of the Vatican was superb! Giorgio gave us so much information on the monuments we saw, and we were so impressed by both of them. Prior to arriving in Rome, we spent a week in Paris and went on a few tours. Not a single tour guide we had there could compare to Giorgio and Marco. We just wanted you to know what national treasures we found them to be and that we appreciated them very much.

Everything! We saw so many sights. All of the guides were knowledgeable, friendly and spoke excellent English. If you only have one full day in Rome, this is the tour for you!!

Giorgio was very helpful when we arrived late into port. Giorgio and Catarina made sure we saw everything that we wanted. They helped us plan and change so we had one of the most memorable days we could have had in Rome.

What a wonderful day. Carlo took amazing care of us, and I can’t express the skill it took to navigate the crazy streets of Rome. Wow the things we saw. Giovanni and Marco made the day. Both shared much knowledge of all the sights we wanted to see. They were so pleasant and accommodating. We feel so lucky to have this team show us Rome.

Honestly one of the best parts of our trip to Italy. Livio was the absolute best tour guide and such a cutie. Worth every penny to not have to find transportation or wait in line to buy tickets. Everything was done for us and Livio was such a great guide and gave us such a great insight into Rome in general. We saw everything we wanted including the usuals, the Colosseum, the Vatican, Trevi Fountain and a general tour of the city. He took us through the Colosseum himself and added the Pantheon because there was time. The guide he provided for the Vatican was also great especially considering how crowded it was. To top it off we said we would like to experience lunch somewhere authentic local style Italian. He took us to the cutest little restaurant off the beaten path with great food and a bottle of wine at a very reasonable price. Livio made us feel like family and considering he and his wife were expecting their second child at literally any time added to the warmth of the experience. Do yourself a favor and book with this company and bypass the mess. We literally saw Rome in a day.

What a great day! I can't recommend this tour enough. George, our guide was excellent. No other way to see Roma except with a true Roman! So amazing to talk about the culture and the history with someone who has lived it their whole life. He really made us feel welcome, told us great stories and felt like he was really there to treat us to the best day in his city. Never did we feel rushed, which was an amazing feat considering we did everything in Rome! We saw and climbed the Spanish steps, then met our guide Alessandra for our tour of the Vatican museum. We spent about 3 hours with her and they were all amazing. She was so knowledgeable and while she kept us moving (too see everything we could) I never felt rushed. Her expertise shone through on the content of the museum and presented it to us in such a personal way. We ended up in St. Peter's Basilica. It was an amazing visit. The lines to go in to the Vatican were 4 hours long that day, so no waiting was amazing. Same with the lines going into the Colosseum. So the skip the line is truly the only way to see so much in one day. George brought us lunch to eat in the car between the Vatican and the Colosseum. He was our guide through the Colosseum and his insights and history really brought it to life. We ended our tour with the Trevi fountain and the Piazza Navona. A truly memorable day in Roma. Thanks to George & Alessandra it's one we won't ever forget. A busy day, lots of steps, but never rushed. Perfect.

Giorgio and Marco were amazing. Great energy, patient and a wealth of knowledge. They kept the day entertaining and adapted the tour to our needs/requests. Would recommend!

When I booked the trip, I had asked to personalize the tour and may not want to go to the Vatican. We definitely wanted to go to the Colosseum. The driver was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond my expectations. The tour guide was very good and knowledgeable, But I had paid for a full day for a tour guide and because we didn’t want to go to the Vatican again , he said that he was leaving. He was with us from 930 till 1230. His name was Claudio. When I asked him why he was leaving, he said that this was because we weren’t going to the Vatican. Fortunately, The driver filled in and took us to more places and to a lunch venue, which was very good. I feel that I should have been refunded some of my $500 since the guide did not stay the whole time.

Unbelievable tour, very informative, friendly, fun. Can't say enough about Claudio and Angelica. I defiantly will use viator services for my other adventures. I will be back in Rome next year 2024 love to have Claudio and Angelica as our tour guides again. Thank you for making this trip so successful. I will be back!

The driver, Marco and the tour guide, Elisa were both great. We were able to get a lot in and were grateful to not have to wait in lines. We could not have been happier!

OMG what an amazing trip - this was our first time in Rome and perfect day with Livio and Kat!!! We did so much and we weren’t rushed or anything it was a great day and the lunch recommendation was not short of Perfecto!!!! Ciao for now Italy we will be back!!!

Had the best time with Livio and Marco! Both so knowledgeable and Marco was an excellent and very passionate guide. We walked right it’ll at the Colosseum and Sistine Chapel/St Peters Basilica and really made the most of a whole day in Rome seeing everything we wanted to see and more. Nothing was rushed and Marco provided so much detail and history— simply amazing!! I would 100% recommend over a group tour. Private tour is the way to go!

It was a personalized experience. We had set points of interest the Colosseum and Vatican City, but we were able to squeeze in another place my husband and I wanted to go. The tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging. The driver was knowledgeable and engaging as well. He was also accommodating.

We had a wonderful driver called Carlo he went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable as it was a very hot day. The tours were great and the tour guide very knowledgeable. If anything it was maybe a little too long at times but only because of the extreme heat. Always happy to be back in the air conditioned lovely car

This tour was all we could have asked for given only one day to explore Rome. Carlo picked us up promptly in Civitavecchia and drove us to Rome, providing all kinds of interesting information along the way. After quick stops at the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, we met our guide Elyssa at the Colosseum. After a fascinating tour, we had time for photo stop overlooking the Forum and another stop at Capitoline Hill before a quick pizza lunch. We then spent about two hours touring the Vatican Museum, again with Elyssa. We then had time for one more photo stop with a fabulous view of Rome before Carlo took us back to Civitavecchia to meet our ship. Carlo and Elyssa were both wonderful. They are both proud Romans who clearly enjoy sharing their city with visitors. Thank you Carlo and Elyssa for a day jam packed with sights, information, and laughs that we won’t soon forget!!!
