STAY AWAY!!! If you value yourself, your money or your time - stay clear from Civitatour. Guides and driver were rude, condescending and unapologetic. They do not care about customers and once they got your money, they do not give a crap about you. The office completely ignored us when we tried to contact them. Absolutely terrible experience that left us with a bitter taste about Rome. Never again.

We were supposed to be at the meeting point at 9:20 a.m. Unfortunately, the bus didn't leave until shortly after 10 a.m. That was already far too late for a trip to Rome. There was obviously a lot of traffic in Rome. We got a ride straight to the Colosseum. That took forever again. Then it was time to leave again at 4 p.m. It felt like we were just running through Rome because we had to be back at the ship on time.

Everything was great - we explored Rome on our own. The journey there and back was very relaxed and everything was perfectly organized.

It was fast but the bus was quite old.

Our guide Beatrice looked after the Spanish and Ukrainian guests in particular and did so in an unbelievably loud manner! The shouting got on our nerves. There was little English... As a family of four with two boys aged 6 and 8, we had to look for individual seats everywhere on the bus. Unsatisfactory!

Great trip and everything was well organised

All perfect. We left according to the pre-established times both on the outward and return journey. The super friendly guides.

Professionalism and seriousness... we arrived in time for the return to the ship... the driver Simone and the girls Federica and Alessia were very good.
