Romantic Road was informative, Harburg Castle was very interesting going back in time. The different types of armour, guns. Maria our guide was very informative, and spent a lot of time answering our questions. Maria also made the tour to our pace and preference

Thomas is a great tour guide and provide the excellent service. The vehicle is pretty new and comfortable.

We had a great driver/guide that made the trip even more fantastic. He knew the local out of the way sites and stories, and took us to a great little coffee shop at one of the stops.

We truly enjoyed not only the safe drive through the beautiful countryside but the walled towns with our private tour with Stephan who is very knowledgeable of the history. The quaintness of the walled towns were a great experience with friendly shop owners. This is a great tour I only wish we had more time to shop! We recommend this tour especially either in a small group or private allowing you the personal experience listening and viewing everything this beautiful area offers!

This was an awesome day. We got to easily travel through the little villages with our own private driver and tour guide. He was very informative, helpful, and open to customizing the day for us. This is definitely the way to go when it comes to exploring the Romantic Road!

Thomas was our guide and driver, he was very nice and his English was great. He informed us that this was only his second time taking this trip and it did show because he took a couple wrong turns. What he didn’t know he made a big effort to ask the locals for information. He took us to one of his favorite restaurants and it was great. A family member had an accident on the trip and he called a doctor friend to get his advice about her care. Thomas was great and offered us to call if we needed anything else, good person

Karl was an excellent guide. Took us to the best places to get photos. My wife has mobility problems and found it difficult to get into the van. He stopped at a timber yard and bought a block of timber to use as a step. Will not forget Karl. Highly recommend this tour. Scenery was incredible.

He went above and beyond to make our day enjoyable—from dropping us off to sites as close as possible to making lunch arrangements to giving us great insight into the places we visited. Karl was an excellent guide for our Romantic Road tour. He gave us detailed information about Rothenburg history, and showed us around before giving us time on our own to eat and shop.

This tour was a very worthwhile way to see Rothenburg and Dinkelsbuhl if you don’t have time to stay in Rothenburg for a night or two. Our guide Armin was very friendly and entertaining. Sightseeing Bavaria were also very flexible in rescheduling our tour while we were in Munich after our original tour date had to move due to bad weather. I will certainly look at booking tours with Sightseeing Bavaria again in future.

Our tour guide Armin gave us an outstanding tour to Rothenburg , Dinkelsbuhln and Andechs. He was highly entertaining (and fun to hang out with), knowledgeable, flexible, and patient. He provided us with lots of interesting and fun facts along the way. He wanted us to have the best experience possible, which we did! Memorable and perfect tour. Stefan is the professor of German History that I needed before the tour so that I could answer his questions. Ha Ha. Stefan did a wonderful job and has a world of historical knowledge that is mindboggling. I now know that Rothenburg is RED CASTLE and that the Bavarian Flag is WHITE and BLUE. Great Tour. Bravo.

He gave helpful advice on what to see and where to get the best views and photos. All 8 of us kn the trip are looking forward to the next tour. The private tour is really worth the extra money.
