We had an amazing time climbing with Matevz near Bled! He took us to his hometown crag and found us several routes that suited our skill level. Strongly recommended.

Had an amazing experience here. We went with a small group of friends who are used to indoor bouldering but wanted to try rock climbing. The guide was a great guy who really helped and trusted us and also helped to push ourselves to try the hardest routes in our limites, but we never felt unsafe. We had a great day and are definitely considering coming back to Slovenia and doing more activities with this agency!

Had a wonderful experience rock climbing! The guides were informative, helpful, friendly, and fun. This was our family's (kids 12 & 14) first climbing experience. We felt very safe and the encouragement and guidance we received really made a difference. During the short trip to and from the rocks we chatted with the guide and got a few pointers for some hiking we were planning too. I have to add that communication with this company is fantastic. We have been trying to plan this trip for two years and even had previous reservations in 2020, and every time I contacted them through email I received a timely and informative response. They helped coordinate planning of a couple of activities and called us as our rock climbing experience was approaching to discuss the possibility of weather dependent changes. This is a very professional outdoor organization and a great group of people who really love the activities that they guide.

Spent 2 days with Matevz from Altitude Activities. We had booked for Mount Triglav but this was impossible due to heavy snow and high avalanche risk. Matevz suggested rock climbing instead. We had the most amazing 2 days as he guided us and taught us new skills to improve our mountaineering abilities. Matevz was very experienced and also very caring and made sure we were having a good time as well as looking after us. We left Slovenia with a new passion for rock climbing thanks to Matevz. He went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing holiday and his colleagues were also very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone visiting Slovenia!

Amazing experience! Our guide Jan was extremely helpful and friendly and fun. We did 3 climbs up to 30 meters and then a fourth bonus climb. The difficulty varied from ''relatively easy'' to ''defintely not easy but still doable for an amateur'' and offered great variety. It's such a different experience from indoor climbing. Fully recommend!

We had the most amazing day with our guides! Got challenged in any possible way, and they did an excellent job, trying to teach us prober technique. It was our first time climbing, but definitely not the last. If you’re up for at challenge, go with these guys!

I came to Slovenia on a solo trip and had the best time with Altitude! They are extremely helpful and the team genuinely wants you to have a blast in any of the activities they provide. I highly recommend booking your next tour with them. I came with no previous outdoor rock climbing experience and ended up falling in love with it and craving for more afterwards. My tour guide, Matevž, was very patient and encouraging during the climbs. He made the tour fun and safe at the same time.

My son (16) and I came with some rock climbing experience (up to 6b) to Slovenia and found with Altitude Attractions a perfect provider for a great rock climbing experience. Thanks to Jan, who not provide us a tailor made tour with nice, but also even more difficulte routes from 5a to 6b, all that we want for half day climbing in the morning. The afternoon is for swimming in the lake😄

We had an awesome day climbing with Matevž and Jernej near Bled. We'd done rock climbing only once before... I'm a little scared of heights and self-conscious about my (lack of) climbing ability, while my husband seems to be a natural and has no fear! The guys did a brilliant job of catering to both of us. The area we went to has climbs of different difficulties all in a small space so my husband could progress to harder and harder routes so he was constantly challenged, while I could stay on the easier ones. Matevž was very encouraging of me and I didn't feel rushed or like he found my slow-going and nervousness tedious. He also got me to do a few easy climbs but practising specific techniques, so I really felt I learnt something. They're both very laid back, genuine guys so it was a very chilled day and it was nice chatting to them about the local area, climbing, photography etc in between climbs. We'd highly recommend climbing with these guys, whatever your ability! And a big bonus was Matevž took some awesome photos of us on the rocks too!

We are travelling europe as a family of 5 and specifically stopped off in in Bled for outdoor activities. I researched companies that offered what we required and it is very clear why Altitude Activities are No 1 in the area. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. We booked the rock climbing (3 routes). A family of 5, 2 adults, 3 Children (5, 8 & 10). My eldest 2 had already experienced rock climbing indoors but for my wife and youngest this was there introduction. Jerry our instructor was perfect, his comminciation was first class. He catered for individual needs and recognised strengths bringing the best out of us all individually. It was great to watch my children climb with confidence and come away with such a degree of satisfaction. Everyone felt completely safe at all times, we were pushed but with very positive direction so we got the most out of our day. 3 routes were set up and we did as we pleased challenging each other for the morning. Nothing felt rushed and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for an experience to remember please don't think twice about Altitude Activities, an exceptionally proffesional outfit who we hope to use again in the future. I had a brilliant day of climbing with guide Matevz on the short german route on the North face of Mount Triglav. Matevz is an awesome guy to climb with, he made the whole day incredibly relaxed, his professionalism and amazing climbing ability gives you the confidence to enjoy the thrill of climbing this fantastic route in the stunning and unspoiled surrounds of the national park. I found Matevz was excellent at pacing the day according to my own climbing ability so that it remains challenging but still at a pace that he has time to snap dozens of great photos as well (he's a keen photographer!). I can't recommend altitude activities highly enough; the entire process from booking through to getting picked up at my accommodation couldn't have been smoother and i will definitely be booking with them again when i am back in that beautiful part of Europe.

We signed up for a half day of rock climbing and got exactly that and more. They offered to pick us up anywhere within bled which was great. We drove to a very close location by Bohinskja Bela where we climbed right beside Iglica Falls. It was a small group and there was one guide per couple which made for quick climbing. Both Jan and Yona(i think that's how it's spelt...) were both safety focused and helped make it a great climbing experience. Jan also helped take a number of great photos during the activity!

Spent 2 morning sessions With the owners of the company, one Via Ferata and the other rock climbing, very experienced, and personable people. They gave us helpful advice on techniques to try during routes which allowed us to challenge ourselves with harder routes. The ferata and climbing routes were well chosen and a lot of fun, would recommend!

Thank you so much Jan and Crew for this amazing experience! Very professional and motivating- you guys really pushed me to the limit! I learned so much from you yesterday and I will definitely come back to create more memories for live.

Matevz was an excellent guide. Very professional, helpful and motivating! The 6 climbs were tailored to our abilities and we had plenty of time to enjoy climbing the different routes. It was an excellent experience enhanced by the amazing views we could enjoy whilst climbing. Would definitely recommend!
