We had a great trip. They were running on time and check in was smooth for the helicopter ride. We had a couple of apprehensive people in our group, and the staff helped to relieve their anxiety about the flight. The staff checked in with all of us after the flight to ensure that we enjoyed our trip. All of us agreed that we would definitely use the company again if in the area.

Bucket list item for me! First time ever in a helicopter. Adam was a pilot was super friendly, informative, and did a great job! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Staff at location are amazing as well. From the kind lady that helped us pick a tour to the guy taking our pictures.

First time flying on a helicopter with my family. Jay was our boarding attendant and he was wonderful and reassuring. Tommy was our pilot he is the best, our first flight was very special and I can check mark it off my bucket list.

This was great! My four kids enjoyed it a lot! One of them got a little unhappy with motion sickness.. so advice parents to give them motion sickness medicine like Dramamine before onboarding for this! The pilot and the entire crew at the place were very helpful and friendly.

Best experience, beautiful views. The staff were so helpful from buying the tickets to finding the location to assisting us on the helicopter. The pilot was Dakota. Sweetest guy ever! My husband was nervous but loved it. Can't wait to do it again.

Had such an awesome time. We did the Bluff Tour and it was totally amazing! Everything was seamless, the flight was amazing and the staff were just the best! The photos they took were also beautiful, we looked like rockstars.

Flight time is awesome for an adventure around a mountain side and views of Pigeon Forge. Absolutely loved the smoothness of the flight. Our pilot Dusty and my husbands pilot, Jacob, were awesome! Jay did a great job with our photos! This will be a memory forever for our kiddos (2 and 4 years old)!

Dusty was amazing pilot and even helped us figure out where on the ridge line our cabin was at since we were going over it. Lots of fun.
