Juan was friendly and informative. As someone who speaks both Spanish and English, he was great at communicating and making sure we all had a good time.

Sadly it was raining but we still had a great time. Provided with a good waterproof cape each. Couldn’t do Retiro park as too muddy, but Jacob gave us a good city tour which was very interesting.

The Tour Guide Jacob was amazing, guiding us in a very professional and in a safe way through the traffic of Madrid. He is very knowledge able and shares the stories in a very exciting and also funny way. Also the kids loved it. This tour is a great mix of sightseeing and a fun Segway ride through the park. We will definitely do it again when we come back to Madrid. Johannes

This was a highlight of our entire trip, so much fun and a great guide. It was amazing to travel thru the streets of Madrid and do a whistle top tour of Retiro Park on Segways!! We were lucky as it was a bright day and the ideal setting for this outdoor activity. Nb. None of us had been on Segways before but the guide got us confident and ready 1 by 1 in minutes!! P.S. In chillier weather definitely wear gloves for comfort and warmth, I had them but a couple didn’t. The guide really kindly leant his to my son!! (Thanks again)

This was great fun and a brilliant way to see around the vast Retiro Park. Jacob was an excellent guide, he helped us get used to the Segways before guiding us through Madrid to the Park. I was a little surprised we didn’t start in the Park as I booked a tour of the Park to avoid travelling through traffic on Segways, but I needn’t have worried as Jacob took it slowly and stopped frequently to make sure we were ok and to point out places of interest. Once in the Park Jacob showed us the highlights stopping often to take as many photos as required. Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent small group tour. Very good instructions for those unfamiliar with Segway’s. Clearly had safety of everyone as his priority. Excellent route and informative tour - lots of fun and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Segway tour of Madrid.

Chaotic since it’s within Madrid Centro! Luckily I’ve some experience with Segway but I could understand if a beginner found it disconcerting. The short training was on cobblestones in the extremely busy Centro. Half the trip was weaving among the hordes of tourists on narrow back alleys and congested streets. I personally found this part exhilarating but beginners may not be as forgiving. The description of the different sites was not always clear due to crowd noise. The trip was long enough to satisfy my desire for a long Segway sojourn.

Trip to the park was crowded with people and cars and tour guide had no personality. The other Segway tours I’ve done were much better

We had a terrific experience it was my son first Segway experience we had a really nice guide who was very good at making sure we were all comfortable and safe.

This is a great way to tour Retiro Park, avoiding having to walk around its expanse in the Spanish heat! Not only is it efficient, it is great fun and you feel nice and cool as you get the breeze of the Segway while you cruise along. Our guide was fantastic, giving us some history on all of our stops, and some picturesque photo opportunities/viewpoints. Highly recommend

So much fun! Initially I was scared I wouldn’t get the hang of it but as we rode I became more comfortable and at the end of the ride I didn’t want it to end 😅 Our tour guide was very patient and a good teacher. The park was beautiful. Such a good idea to use a Segway for it.

The Segway experience is a must in Madrid. Jacob the tour guide was very friendly and informative. He took his time to go through important places in the city of Madrid while we were on our way to Retiro Park. It was a fun and exciting experience.

This tour was great fun and it was a great way to see lots of Madrid in addition to Retiro Park. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are looking for a more unique way of experiencing a lot of the city in a limited amount of time.

Great experience despite a buster and the storm breaking. Good route and the Retiro park was beautiful. Nicholas our guide was very professional and attentive. The cars and people were very daunting on the streets but we coped. Sue

This was not our first Segway tour , we try to take one each time we visit a new city . But this one was by far the worst. Very poorly organized. Spent at most 20 min in the park with two short stops and brief commentary . Rode most of the way to the park on very busy streets and intersections in complete silence. Knowing a bit of English does not qualify one as an English speaking guide . Very unprofessional, boring and stressful . Waste of time and money .

What a great way to see Madrid. Our 10yr old had the best time and after having a practice before we set off we all loved it. I’d seen on a previous review that they’d recommended doing the 1.5hour tour and I’d totally agree. Definitely do it, it’s so much fun!

Great way to initially see Madrid but would have liked more commentary with an earpiece. Enjoyed it on our first day there.

The Segway tour to the Retiro Park was a great experience! After an introduction to the Segways we drove through the streets to the park with our guide Mario. He was very friendly and knowledgeable while showing us the park and explaining different sights, even helping us to get a few great photos. Definitely recommended to anyone visiting Madrid!
