I can not say enough about our positive experience with Pr1motours. I'm not sure how many employees there are ( maybe she is the owner, even, IDK), but "our girl" on May 6 was just a breath of fresh air and exuded fun...i cant believe I didn't get your name, if you are reading this! :). She was so thorough in explaining our route and making sure we would have the best time. We felt like she was truly all in just for the 2 of us, even though she has probably done this a million times. And when we returned our bikes, she had been joined by an equally friendly guy. Great job not being jaded or grumpy, even though im sure dealing with the public (tourists, at that!) can be taxing. I want to come back and have a beer with y'all! Just made our week. Thanks again! Got to see so much more of Bled and it’s surrounding villages and countryside. So easy to collect and return the bikes. Everyone of enjoyed the day immensely.

Hired 5 electric bikes for the day and went exploring through Triglav national park. Great bikes and Pr1mo tours were very helpful suggesting routes and places to go. We had the best day out covering over 40k as a family through the most beautiful scenery. Pick up and drop off of the bikes was super easy.

Easy pick up with friendly staff. Helmet and locks included. Bike was easy to use and we had a blast.

What a fun way to enjoy Bled! We had such a wonderful time cycling all over Bled. We experienced not only the beauty of the lake activities, but some off the beaten path adventures as well. Primo was a master of hidden secrets of the area and fun facts.

Extremely friendly service. Both were very knowledgeable about Bled. We received a map and they helped us plan out our route. The bikes were amazing! We spent 5 hours riding and still had more than half of the battery left.

Great experience and an easy and fun way to explore the area. The 2 staff members tat we met in the shop were extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Thankfully their English was also great and we could ask questions easily.

Me and my husband had the best day on these bikes. We biked to vintgar gorge and around bled. The team were so helpful, getting the bikes set up safely & correctly for us, showing us how they work. As well as sharing information on the best spots to visit & taking the time to show us on a map provided where bike lanes and safe / scenic routes were. The bikes themselves were super easy to use and make exploring so much easier. Would highly recommend, we had a wonderful day.

Wendy was truly amazing. She was patient and kind. Explained the best bike route to take and was so energetic about our plans. She even helped us book a zip line tour! Wendy is a great resource! Highly recommend.

Lovely people, super helpful; Wendy was amazing! Excellent advice and local tips on where to go, like the lake in the photo, really good guidance and help finding routes. I rented both an eBike and normal mountain bike. Both were really good quality and in great condition. They also organised canyoning for me with great care and communication. Highly recommended.

Staff is very friendly, they helped us suggesting the perfect itinerary for us. Cycles are the best way to visit Bled and they offer the best rate.

The bikes were amazing! A really good way to bike around Bled and visit the Vintgar. Also the service, tips from Wendy were really good!

We went on a 4 hour trip with the eBikes. The bikes were in perfect condition and even though they may be better for rides around the city, they held out very well on the open road and on the hills. The shop is very well located as there are many beautiful trails you can try out nearby. The shop owners were very kind and helpful, they gave us useful advice, directions and also provided water and helmets without extra charge. We had a great time and can't wait to come back :)
