Our experience was amazing! Jose was so informative and helpful and also made you feel safe the entire time. It was beautiful to see and experience the mountains by rappeling.

Our guide Jose was wonderful. He was very helpful and patient with our family. The repelling was a blast. He tailors the levels to what your family can do. He made the instructions easy for everyone to understand. Our 12 and 14 year old loved it!

Jose was very patient and experienced and I always felt safe even though it was my first time rappelling. Awesome experience. Would definitely recommend.

We LOVED rappelling, Jose was the best guide!! It was our first experience rappelling, and Jose made us feel comfortable and confident! We are ladies in our late thirties, with moderate fitness levels. We went early November, the temps were in the 70s in the morning. Highly recommend pants so your legs don’t get scraped up by the brush on the hike back up. We rappelled numerous times, each time you hike back up to the top. Jose supplied all the water so we didn’t have to carry anything. I do recommend a belt bag to carry phone in to take pictures. We are SO happy we booked this excursion with Jose!

José with Epic Adventures was amazing. We were first time rappellers but he was great at making us feel comfortable and safe. He was a ton of fun and felt more like a friend than a guide. We were able to rappel multiple times and had a blast each time. Highly recommend this experience. His company Epic Adventures is the one I’d use for any experience in the area!

Jose was a great guide! He is very patient, made us feel very comfortable and super safe. I would definitely recommend and would do it again. Super fun experience. There is a little climb you'll make for this but definitely doable and Jose will go at your pace. Loved it!

Went repelling yesterday for the first time. Jose was our guide and he was awesome! He was great at explaining everything and making us feel safe at all times. We didn't need to bring a thing. He had all the gear we needed and plenty of water. He even took photos for us. It was so much fun and I felt a huge sense of accomplishment when we were done! I highly recommend Epic Adventures to anyone.

My husband and I had a fantastic time rappelling with Jose. As two midwesterners with little to no experience, we didn’t know what to expect going into the experience but felt comfortable and safe the whole time. We can’t wait to come back for some canyoneering with Jose and Epic Adventures!

Every part of the day was adventurous and fun - enhanced greatly by our outstanding guide, Jose. A quick and picturesque hike to the base of the rappelling hill, a hike up to the top, and we were rappelling before we knew it. We were able to experience eight rappels across three different rock faces - each more exciting and just a bit more challenging. When we weren't rappelling we were able to take in incredible views of the mountain ranges and desert around us. Jose, our guide, was a wealth of knowledge about the area and its history. Overall a five-star experience for fun, adventure, and activity that the whole family could enjoy.

This was a great adventure. We hiked and rappelled the Tom’s thumb trail which had some spectacular views. Nick was a super friendly and helpful guide. We felt safe, plenty of water, he knew all the folks hiking and climbing around us. If you’re looking to experience arizona in a more adventurous way, this is a great way to do it.

Nick was our guide to the top of our rappelling spot. Little endurance needed to get to the top each time but so worth it! Rappelled 3 times, husband got 5 in!!!

Our guide Nick was encouraging for the different skills levels in the group. He made sure everyone was hydrated in the high heat during our excursion. Safety was also a top priority for him.

My son and I had so much fun. Jose, our guide, was warm and engaging. He took such good care of us. We did not have to worry about a thing. Jose was wonderful!!!! My husband and I took our 5 kids rappelling ages 19-11. They had the MOST incredible time!! My husband and I were petrified but Jose encouraged us and was so supportive! Definitely recommend it to everyone!!!

Live out your childhood dream of coming down on a rope! This was such a great feeling. The weather is perfect. My girl enjoyed the first two repels and took a break just to take in the beautiful scenery. Looks like a postcard.
