Exceptional. The staff was really fun, funny and patient. One of the highlights of our trip. Kids absolutely loved it.

Fun and informative. I feel like I could make Ramen at home now. You get to pick a souvenir at the end. Of course, eating the ramen that you've made yourself is priceless.

The Ramen Factory was a very fun and enjoyable experience where we got to make our own self made ramen. Our instructor Haru was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind during our ramen making. He helped us through the steps patiently and when our self made ramen was complete I was surprised it was the best ramen I had eaten in Japan so far. We were also surprised that the experience came with a printed photo and souvenir included in the price. Note: We were the only group during our time slot, Haru was able to give us a lot of attention and help during our cooking. Extremely professional and helpful staff!! Would recommend this to anyone and even do it again on our next visit!!

Fuku was fun and engaging while teaching how to make ramen. This experience is worth the visit while in Kyoto!

We took time out from the tourist heavy sights of Kyoto to try this amazing experience with Haru and team. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere made us feel at ease whilst learning. The instructions were simple to follow for our mixed skill levels and the result was yum yum!! You got to sit, relax and learn at an easy to follow pace while conversing with the instructor. We'd love to go back again.

Excellent. We are Asian and eat a lot of instant ramen. This experience taught us to make our own. The staff was excellent! Friendly, helpful, very upbeat!! We told them to offer other kinds of classes! We’d take them all!!

What a fun way to spend a day in Kyoto! The family loved the instructor and chef! They made the experience so easy to feel confident that we could make ramen. The best part was laughing at everything we did as it was all enjoyable. Amazing part is we all made are own noodles by scratch. The close of class allowed us to grab a gift. I was all over the apron!!!! Would do it again in a heartbeat!!!!!!

Absolutely brilliant experience! The best ramen I had in Japan. The lady over it was also great and enthusiastic! Started with a video to watch on how we make ramen and then we began. We made everything from scratch and we had the choice of what base and sauce flavor we wanted. Overall it takes 1hour and half but it goes so so fast. Honestly, amazing experience and great value with a souvenir of your choice at the end! Would highly recommend.

By far one of the most fun classes/tours we have ever taken! Yes, it’s that good! The ladies that run it are so engaging and fun! And also helpful. Fun energy and they help you along the way. They even stop by to take photos! The ramen we made was actually good! I say that because I’m not a good cook! My 16 year old loves ramen and she also agreed this class was 10 out of 10! Out of the bust tourist area and down some steps you’ll be welcomed into a small but super cute classroom. They were ready for us with assigned seating and it was so organized!! I won’t ruin the surprise but at the end there is a super fun surprise (as well as your choice of souvenir; ramen bowl, shirt, apron, shot glass) again, this was a highlight of our time in Kyoto!!!

We had a blast at the ramen factory. Our instructor Fuku kept us having fun and on track. The whole class was extremely well run and the end result was delicious. Highly recommend!

It was a lovely interactive experience. The staff were great and extremely helpful, I got to make noodles and chicken teriyaki ramen.

The class was fun and easy, and the ramen was delicious! You get to keep a couple souvenirs, which I didn’t realize when we signed up.

Making ramen was such an interesting experience! We actually made ramen from the dough (I think that's what you call it lol) and the end product was not that bad. Would definitely recommend

Our experience was so fun! Nori was a great host, amazing to learn and have a hands on experience. Our ramen was delicious!! Great way to spend sometime (and lunch) in Kyoto!

We added this in and after a day of visiting shrines and temples, as something ‘hands on’ that my teenaged son would enjoy as well as mum and dad. It was great fun to make and ultimately consume our own ramen. Led by the excellent Tommy, she and her colleagues had the process well organised and provided support with a smile wherever it was needed. Our collective highlight was making noodles (and especially rolling the dough). It was something of a surprise that my son had enough left to make them as he seemed to be wearing most of it! This was a really good choice and a fun and informative session. I highly recommend it! Thank you Tommy!
