Lovely scenery. Great guide. The drive to the canyon can make you feel sick, So many turns... But it is worth it.

Well run outfit with an eye to safety but with a fun, relaxed vibe. Super helpful over email beforehand, and very fun and supportive on the trip. We had some first-timers on the run, and they provided good info on safety & protocols, and made an accommodation to allow some custom gear on the trip proper. The guides are really talented and fun to be with. They took gobs of photos and don't charge an insane price for those. Highly recommend.

I went rafting with my sister. The organization of the rafting was professional. The organizers took care of the participants' safety. The views in the canyon are spectacular. Special thanks to Alma and Xhuljo.

Amazing time in this wonderful Osum Valley! Rafting there is the best way to discover. The guide was fun and professional, very cool with my 10 years old boy!! The trip was so enjoyable, such a great day!

Just 1,5 hour drive from Berat we experienced a wonderful adventure rafting around canyons untouched by humans. Even though it's March, the water was fairly warm and we even decided to "take a shower" in a waterfall while rafting. The guide was experienced and made us feel welcome and approachable. Also, it was really fun to collaborate with our boat companions especially going through the more difficult parts of the canyon. Highly recommended!

A splendid experience during which we enjoyed every moment of our trip filled with excitement! I can recommend it to anyone who has a spare day in Berat and wants to fill it with excitement! 🤩 What we liked, - Very kind and helpful crew (tour guide who participated in the rafting championship, helper drivers, etc.) - Stunning views and moments throughout the trip. - The tour guide offers to take pictures throughout the trip for FREE and risk-free. You don't have to carry your phone with you :D - A very nice activity through which you talk with other people. - SPOILER ALERT!! - The tour guide offered us Raki (Locally brewed fruit alcohol) and coffee near a waterfall. - The mini-bus driver could be gentle with his steering on the curvy roads as it can be nasty. We almost felt like puking throughout our trip. I recommend taking some candy to keep your stomach happy or informing the driver to go easy (as we did). What could be improved for the next time, - Not everyone speaks English which could be challenging for a tour package in a UNESCO-recognized town. - The bathrooms at the rafting center could be improved by providing enough toilet supplies like toilet paper, liquid soap, regular cleaning, etc. - Essential information like pickup location, things to carry with us, cautions, etc. are not provided as I expected. But, the info was provided after I asked. Overall, a wonderful trip that we loved during our trip to Berat! We will remember it for a long time

We were really looking forward to this experience and drove 2,5 hours to Berat + booked a hotel in Berat for the night before the trip, so that we could be there in time when the trip started at 8am. We got up at 6:30am and drove to the meeting point, but no one was there. So we called the company and the woman said, that the activity can‘t happen because there were not enough participants. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The peak of everything for me is, that nobody of this company tried to reach out and tell us about the cancellation. Absolutely disastrous.

Hiking in canyon, jumps to the river and floating in the river - all of this was surprisingly fun, nice, beautiful sights, superfriendly guides, etc. Definitely worth trying out. But it was very different from what I booked: the rafting trip like it was introduced on Tripadvisor, to the mid of July. When we arrived to Berat, got the message (just ca 20 hours before the rafting should start) that no rafting will take place, because the low water season. Like we learned, rafting ended already a week earlier (I assume that the dry river in the July is surprise to tourists). According to some remarks in other reviews, I wanted to clarify with the tour operator matters addressed in the reviews regarding the proper shoes for the rafting. Messaging via Tripadvisor remained unanswered until I called to the contact phone. Got confirmation, that no worries, organiser provides all necessary gear. However, actually there was no suitable (in water and mud/on rocks) hiking shoes for everyone. Consequently, I advise that you should bring shoes which can be safely used in the water and on a rocky trail (for example, people did the trip with running shoes). In summary: if the organizer had described earlier what the hike is like instead of rafting, I probably wouldn't have participated for that price. But after completing the hike, it is a very special experience that I highly recommend. I only recommend giving people more detailed preliminary information about suitable shoes, and I'm still waiting for the photos for which we paid the guides separately.

It was awesome! We were under the waterfalls and jumping from the rocks to the water! Unforgettable experience!

Due to low water levels, we were not able to go rafting and instead, we were offered a hiking trip in Osumi canyon. We had an amazing day! Simply the perfect way to spend a cool day in the heat (it was above 40 degrees but in the water in the shade of the canyon, it was perfect and pleasant). We started with an abundant local lunch on a terrace with a spectacular view to the canyon. We were then ready for 3 hours of fun in the canyon - swimming, floating, hiking and jumping from cliffs. We are so happy we ended up on this tour which we would never have found ourselves. Guides were friendly and helpful. There was water, drinks and fruit throughout the day. Note: remember to bring shoes which can be used in the water! But if you forget, the guides can lend you some :)

It was my first time going for river hiking. The canion was very beautiful and the guides were very profesional. Inside of the canion the nature was very beautiful. I had an amazing experience and i suggest you should try it once in a lifetime.

We reserved rafting in osumi by the website, but then, some hours before they told us that the river was dry so we had to do the river hiking, but the didnt give us the option of get our money black. River hiking is good, do activities in the water with july Hot is perfect, but the group is too Big, so the activity is sometimes very slow and not excitin enough. Renato the main guide was nice. Its a good activity if you travel with childreen.

Spent a lovely day exploring the canyon. The only down side was that it was dry season so the water was too shallow. Didn't really get the adrenalin rush I was hoping for. But other than that the canyon itself is breathtaking. The trip lasted 12km and it was a very memorable experiance. My advice is if the staff tells you to go hiking in the canyon insteas of rafting (under rheese circumstances) than listen to them. The guys made a big effort to keep us entartained throught the trip (ladies watch out for Julijo). I would reccomend it to everyone, it was a beautiful experiance.

It was 5 of us that were doing this experience together and we had a very good instructor and guide Bledi! We saw so many waterfalls in the Canyons and the natural beauty that you get to see during this experience is extraordinary! Everything was as instructed and well timed! We paid for photos and videos after the experience as we are not allowed to take our phones for protection so our instructor took most of the photos and videos and he immediately transferred them to me via Android bluetooth. But some of our cliff jumping videos were taken by an Argentinian instructor who was guiding another boat. Unfortunately I still haven't received those videos and I was told I will via WhatsApp even though we paid separately for them. So, make sure to take your videos and photos as soon as the experience is completed from your instructor.

I am writing on behalf of my brother and I, who were looking forward to river rafting. We bought tickets the night before and were told it was for beginners, which was perfect. On the way there, we were told that we might not be able to river raft after all. There was no rafting involved, it was just a paddling tour where the boat kept getting stuck. I cannot recommend this, we only chose it because of the good reviews, but we would NEVER have spent 160 euros on it. Do not waste your money on this.

We went rafting to Osumi canyon yesterday. Our guide was young guy Julio, he was the best of all guides.😎👍 He is very funny, but also professional guide, we fell very safe and our team enjoy very much the whole experience. I reccomend the trip, with beautifull nature, waterfalls, a little bit of adrenaline too.

An amazing expcerience! Kind, helpful guides, beautiful views, and a delicious lunch. My only drawback would be that the waiting time for the vans were quite long, which made the event last longer than what they wrote in their event description.

Wonderfull experience. We could join last minute and they where very happy to take us with them. Wonderfull and funny guides who will take you through the canyon with excellent instructions. The water level was a little bit low, but the view inside the osumi canyon was stunning. After rafting we had a typical Albanian lunch with a wonderfull view across the canyon. We loved the trip!
